My place is on a slope planted with olive trees and pines and a nice view to small capes, Kassandra and mount Olympos. There is a proximate access to the road that connects village Nikiti with village Marmaras. The building is consisted of two separate houses (both of them are for booking) and it has an extended, planted and safe garden. The house is suitable for a couple or family of three. It's 400 m away from the beach Elia, 2 km from Kalogria. Access to nature beauty through a footpath.

A traditional and cozy apartment right in front of the sea, an ideal location for romantic strolls and mesmerizing sunsets by the sea. Our accommodation ensures the vacation of a lifetime in Chalkidiki, Greece, just like a poem inspired by Calliope, the Greek Goddess and ‘chief of All Muses’ of epic poetry. The apartment is situated in a strategical spot that can be used as a base to explore all the other famous Sithonian beaches.

Enjoy moonlit nights and warm sunrises with island views. Walk to the bottom of the hill to your private little Pebble beach (warning it is a little bit of a hike to the bottom). We are in between Vouvourou, and Ormos Panagia and a car is needed. The bedroom has a queen but 3 guests can fit due to a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The apartment is about 40 square meters.
