A stones throw from the beach, restaurants & cafes. We couldn’t believe how quiet it was for the time of the year. First time to Wales, stunning scenery and beaches. Recommend train journeys again amazing views…mountains/hills one side and beach on the other. The property had everything we needed. The door height into the main bedroom must be for a 5ft 6 person, my husband hit his head several times. The double bed must be quite a small double bed, if you are again above 5ft 6 you may struggle. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your property. Aberdovey we will be back.

There were 9 of us that used this accommodation for the weekend. It was spacious and didn't feel at all cramped. There was lots of space to escape and short walk to town for amenities.

We all (six family members & a 🐶) had a superb time at the house in red wharf bay. Having been red wharf numerous times before this was the 1st time at the beach house everything about the house was perfect including the weather for our stay. Lydia&Hannah are easily contactable and helped us with any questions we had. We love a great location and this was 1st class so much so we all want a return trip next year 😎👍

We loved our stay. It’s particularly lovely with the lighter evenings as the view from the upstairs lounge is stunning. It’s very peaceful but only 10 mins from Caernarfon.

wow.. what a Gem/jewel of a cottage. we where already staying in Anglesey for the past two weeks and decided extend our stay for the may bank holiday. we came across Fiona's cottage. booked it and immediately she responded with instructions and great communication. located easy. few reviews mentioned long bumpy drive or track to it. nope, it's a unadopted road maintained by Carl Fionas husband and probably other owners. it's a great little track giving fabulous views of rhosneigr, the golf course and valley. sheep grazing along road. stunning. At the front door with private parking right at the accommodation we were met by Carl. great information and showed us around and Fiona came by later. The owners live next door. friendly and helpful but not intrusive at all. inside the cottage there is very comfy furniture and very homely. spotlessly clean. great kitchen with everything one needs. if its not in kitchen you honestly don't need it. lovely bath/shower. . comfy spacious bedroom.

A fabulous location. Across the road from the bay and we literally walked over in our swimming costumes it was so close! The photos really don’t give you a sense of how spacious the cottage is. It’s a very private space at the back of the building, away from the road. Stunning big lawn so perfect for a family trip. EV charge point was really speedy. Kerry was really attentive to our needs - thank you!

Caroline little cottage was lovely, great location for us (5 mins from zip world) beautiful scenery with walks all around. The cottage facilities was well equipped with a lovely goodies basket. There was no restaurant's nearby but the town had two supermarket and takeaways in the town. We had a great short break here. Thank you . Would definitely book again.

A perfect house for a Barmouth break. With great instructions we had no problems parking up and arriving at the house. The house was spotless and perfect for our requirements including our dog. The car parking pass for the main car park made life easy, in fact we left it there for the whole stay! It was very easy to walk to the beach, supermarket and the many great places to grab a bite or drink. If you want a train trip then the station is just a 100 metres away. We would definitely return if we come back to Barmouth.

Amazing place would definitely recommend. Would stay again. All details were as described and better. Very nice experience and the pictures in don’t give the place justice very stunning.

Lovely few days at Carla’s place . A great base for visiting North Wales . Very peaceful and relaxing . Accommodation is exactly as described , and very clean and tidy .

Had a great couple of days with kids and the dog. The site has lots to do but also plenty to do off site. The beach is beautiful and we got lucky with the weather. We had a perfect sunny day. Would definitely visit again.

We had a wonderful stay, Karen was the perfect host, really responsive to any questions we had and there were lots of little extras in the caravan that were so helpful. Really clean and tidy. Clear check-in/check-out instructions. Thank you Karen for a lovely stay - we will be back 😊

Lovely stay, there was a little hiccup but was able to contact Charlotte who responded straight away, and it was resolved. Site had everything we needed, and was situated near to everything we wanted do/see. Would 100% recommend.

Check in was easy, Penny met us as we arrived and explained everything. The views were amazing, the dog loved the garden and the pool and hot tubs were great. Already looking into next year!

We had a wonderful stay! The cottage was spotless and had everything we needed for a few relaxing days. The private garden was a lovely bonus — perfect for unwinding after a day out exploring. The host was incredibly friendly, warm, and helpful, which made us feel right at home. The shower was great, and the beds were very comfortable. The location is absolutely beautiful, with lots to do in the surrounding area. There’s also a great pub nearby — Tafarn Snowdonia Parc is highly recommended if you enjoy good pub food. Even better, they brew their own beer, which adds to the authentic and cozy atmosphere! We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-equipped stay in a stunning setting.

We loved our stay in this pretty cottage. It was very clean and comfortable and incredibly well equipped. Plenty of room to spread out and sit and chat in the evenings. The front garden is a sun trap and a great place to sit and chill after a busy day. The cottage was easy to find and the key safe makes it easy to access and means you’re not tied to a specific time. Great power showers and comfy beds too. The perfect place to stay if you want to be in Betws.

Fabulous stay at Mountain Studios. Lliwen called to let us know the cottage was ready earlier than we expected which was so kind and allowed us to have just a little longer than we thought in the idyllic surroundings.

Great place to stay. Well equipped and as described. In response to negative comments about house rules. I didn’t find the rules excessive given the fact I would do these at home - cleaning equipment after use and not having shoes in the hallway/bedrooms - there is a large non carpeted areas you can leave shoes on if needed. Loved the little touches of eggs/bread drinks left for us on check in and I’m sure we would stay again. David was responsive to messages.

An amazing place to stay. The lodge was tidy and clean upon arrival. The space was incredible and we loved every minute. Would 100% recommend and will be coming back!

Stayed for 2 nights in March. Gavin messaged to give clear instructions prior to checking in and also what to do on check out day. The cottage was lovely and clean with a games room and animals on site which was a nice touch! It was also a 13minute drive from Rhyl beach, Unfortunately a lot of the shops on the front were closed and they seem to be doing some building work along the beach, however, it was still a really lovely to walk and the weather was good too! There’s also a waterfall and town a few minutes drive away where we stopped to get some food and take in the views. Thanks for a great stay!

Amazing, great little getaway for a couple of nights. Very impressed, nice and peaceful, very clean and tidy, hot tub was a great touch along side the view of the mountains, would definitely recommend and stay there again. Many thanks to Kelly.
