Little cottage by the pond

This is our little cottage for guests. It’s right next to our koi pond , with the windows open you can fall asleep listening to the waterfall. Or have a cup of coffee in the morning watching the fish and if you get lucky the ducks . Lol . It is very cozy and warm . This is a private cottage and you do not have to have any interaction with people! It has keyless entry. I clean and sanitize everything !We are extra vigilant to keep everyone safe! This cottage is not suitable for children,or pets .

Minutes from train station, hospital, WA state fairgrounds, farmers markets, restaurants & bars. Perfect hub for day trips to Olympia, Seattle/Tacoma, Mt. Rainier & Puget sound.

Our home is located in Central Tacoma. It is fully furnished with 2 beds, an open living & dining room, fully stocked kitchen, full bathroom & outdoor firepit area with a grill. This is the top level of a home that has been turned into a duplex. We rent out both spaces on Airbnb and the backyard is a shared space between both rentals! We use surveillance cameras around the exterior of the home for security. There are no cameras in the home as that would violate Airbnb’s policy.

This spacious and clean ADU apartment is located in a secluded area 10 minutes outside Puyallup. Relax in the quiet backyard, shoot pool , or enjoy a movie night on the comfy couch with surround sound. basketball hoop and firepit for your enjoyment also. Queen size bed in bedroom, sofa couch and futon in living room. Steep outdoor steps to unit so could be difficult for those with mobility concerns. With wet weather the steps will be wet and possibly slippery please use railing.

Upstairs "English Cottage Studio, Private Bath"

Our English-style suite, upstairs over our detached garage, seems a world away. Pure cotton linens, down comforter, good lighting, cosy chairs, and tasteful decor make this an ideal place for retreat or business trip. Microwave, refer, coffee maker. Private bathroom with shower, no bathtub. The stairs to this room are quite steep and narrow. If you are at all challenged by stairs we would suggest you consider our other room, the Cabin Retreat, on the ground floor.

Centrally located custom built guesthouse minutes from downtown, airport, and beach. Walk to coffee/deli or 5m drive to local businesses, restaurants, and groceries. 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom guest house with a qn bed on the main level, addt'l qn bed in loft area leading to view deck accessed via "ship's ladder" stairs. Outdoor patio with seating. Qn sleeper sofa in livingroom area with large smart tv and LED fireplace. Ideal for small families and couples. 4 guests.

You’ll feel like you’ve been pulled into a mid century lounge and spa with a cocktail/espresso bar. This owner occupied, 2 bedroom, downstairs suite is located in the North End Tacoma, Proctor & Ruston area.

At the waters edge of Lake Tapps you’ll find our cabana. It’s hidden and private within our residential property. You’ll have the entire waterfront to yourself. Fish off the dock, kayak, or just relax in seclusion. Outdoors you’ll find a large covered porch, fireplace and hot tub. Inside- a queen wall Bed, small sofa bed, fireplace, cable TV, Wifi. Neighbors are not close. Please be aware the shower is in an outdoor room accessed through the bathroom.
