The apartment is nice and cozy. Great for a couple's weekend getaway. The kitchen is very well equipped, we had everything we needed. We came from the city by train, it was a breeze getting to cold spring and back. You can walk to the apartment in like 10 minutes from the station. No need for a car.

Beautiful location! Stunning view and the cozy house made my weekend. Highly recommend if you want to spend some quality time with your loved ones. Everything was perfect!

Exactly as described. The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood with amenities within 5 minutes drive. if I'm back in the area I'll definitely check to see if it's available.

We had a great stay. Perfect for what we needed it for - a night away within walking distance of the village, yet secluded. Beds were comfortable, linens were fresh, although we didn’t use it, it had everything we needed even the ingredients to make coffee (also milk and water in the fridge), an extra shower and toilet on the downstairs level, and washer dryer with detergent. Really nice deck area to sit outside. Easy communication through app messaging. Would book again.

Large comfortable place close to town. Good small kitchen, great bathroom, comfy couch and bed. Great location! I would stay again. Some overhead lights didn't work and I spent awhile looking for how to turn them on. Seth hadn't mentioned they are controlled by another unit so not functioning. It was dark in the bedroom area so I moved the stand up lamp to improve it. The bedside tables are low and only 1 lamp on one side of the bed which shines in your eyes while reading. Seth probably will improve the lighting as I could tell he wants his place to be exceptional. I left something there and he was very responsive and is sending it right away. My only other issue is that Seth asks you to write back to him with some code words that will prove you read all of his instructions, and something similar with a link he includes. I've never encountered this and feel it's not the right choice in interacting with potential guests, and hope he decides to change it.

The nicest aspect of this rental is the owner. Khaleya is a kind and lovely person and a gracious host who cares about her home and her guests that stay there. She lives in the lower portion of the home and we enjoyed several conversations we had with her as we were coming and going to and from work. We stayed here for 7 weeks while our new home in Monroe was being completed. The location is close to everything -- about one minute from shopping and restaurants. The rental was spacious and clean. Comfortable beds, good water pressure in the shower and two designated parking spaces which were a great help. We are so happy to finally be in our new place -- we hope we see Khalsya and her sweet son around town. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Absolutely magical stay! This property is truly a hidden gem. The little stream in front of the house adds such a serene, soothing ambiance. My dog had the time of his life exploring the grounds and lounging by the stream. Every detail of this place feels thoughtful and inviting. Needed a last minute place for a concert, and thankfully we were able to get in here last minute. Everything was clean and Tim was very helpful and quick to respond. The view was definitely an added bonus!

Evarist is great host. The suite is massive with 2 large rooms and in a very nice safe part of CT. I liked being able to take walks in any direction. The bed was very comfortable and had great new linens freshly put out for me including nice fluffy towels. The work station is amazing with a nice big long table I used to layout my computer and extra monitor i like working from. There is now a microwave and refrigerator so i can prepare food when i want it. There are 4 large windows providing a pretty view of zen like garden backyard and all have new screens and can be easily opened to create the temperature desired. Evarist has provided a nice rotating arctic fan to make use of. This is one of best values you can find in this part of CT and best of all Evarist is a nice guy who will go out of his way to make you feel welcome and comfortable. It's a great spot for long stays and I will stay again if I travel thru this part of CT.

The suite was spotless and very comfortable, and Eddie and Liz were communicative and kind hosts: a very nice place to stay!

This is a great location in a half-basement with excellent decor as shown in the posting photos and with a full laundry and good kitchen that looks out on the large and grassy backyard. The bath has exposed plastic and copper water pipes near the ceiling that are convenient (after a quick brush off of dust on top) for extra room for hanging towels so they dry fast, but it's a mystery why big bubbles of old yellowish expanded foam at either end of the pipes and along the floor next to the WC have never been cut back flush with the adjacent wall and baseboard. In the entry room there is a steady drip from the apparent condensate drain just below the ceiling. When our son came in ahead of us to drop off some food the cleaning ladies had multiple windows open because the dryer wasn't connected to the vent so hot air was pouring into the bnb. Fortunately, he was able to reconnect the connection and later the a/c worked well and all the windows could be shut.

Mark’s place was exactly what we needed. We attended to a friend’s wedding and all the other days we did something else in the city. It is a great place to sleep and prepare your breakfast in the mornings and even a steak at night if you are hungry. Mark is a very nice person and was very friendly and communicative. Looking forward to repeat the place in the future.

The place is beautiful and spacious. It looks exactly like the pictures. John, Anne, and their family are very nice and sweet. We enjoyed our stay very much and will come back again in the future. It has been our favorite stay so far! Make sure to check out their family's farm and baked goods. It is delicious!

This place was wonderful! I stayed there with my mom and sister. It’s huge sweet with good view, Bathtub, jacuzzi, and steam sauna! Check in was easy and Aric respond quickly and very nice! We stayed there for Woodbury mall , which was very close (15min drive), and many farms around there was so fun to visit! We will definitely come back again. Thank you Aric!

I had a wonderful stay at Linda's place!! It was beautiful, peaceful, clean and tidy. The perfect escape from the city! Linda was such a graceful host, made me feel welcome and right at home, complete with gorgeous dahlias from her garden! I absolutely recommend Linda's home for anyone needing a place to stay!

April has a very clean and comfortable place. She was responsive, accommodating and hospitable from the heart. The location is great for shops and restaurants - A friendly town. I surely plan to return to April's for a future visit.

This is the second time we spend at Alan‘s Place. My boyfriend and I absolutely love it! Everything is super clean and Alan is an amazing host. The neighborhood is really quiet and pretty, especially in autumn. You can’t go wrong staying here. ☀️

This was a great place to stay the night for a marathon I was doing in the area! It had everything I needed, the bed was comfortable, it was quiet, view from the bedroom was amazing, and the coffee machine worked well. I’d stay again!
