15 of us stayed here for a family vacay PROS The place is STUNNING and well kept Plenty of couches - seating everywhere. The place is equipped with almost everything you need to cook and bake Flexible check in- we were allowed to check in early and check out late. CONS Far from places - I’d bring what you need or go once to Supermarket and buy everything at once Propane wasn’t provided and it was inconvient to have to buy- what’s the purpose of providing a grill if there’s no gas. Only two bathrooms, one in the master bedroom. Because one is in the master, it really ends up being one bathroom for 14 people and it was tight and people fighting over bathrooms. Even if there was a third outdoor bathroom- that would’ve been better. The listing didn’t really say what the kitchen was equipped with so we brought way too much Pet fee was high - this is a perfect place to bring my pups, but $200 per pet is simply too much. $200/2 pets would have been reasonable. OVERALL

It’s was such a cute cottage in a well maintained area. Had everything we needed. Teresa was kind, provided clear instructions for just about everything you could want or need. Would definitely stay again.

This was our 2nd stay and it was, again, clean and spacious and perfectly located for our time with family. It is convenient to grocery stores and restaurants and our kids loved the pool. We enjoyed sunrises over the lake from the swings by the camp store and also played horse shoes one afternoon. The beds are comfortable, the shower has great water pressure, and the kitchen is serviceable. We also used the gas grill and Florida room.

We loved this stay!!! The area is so peaceful and so much to do! My kids enjoyed fishing from the pier while I enjoyed the pool. The airbnb was clean and had plenty of supplies and lots of towels!!!! We did several local springs, including salt springs, juniper springs, and the de leon springs. They are magical and worth the trip from Virginia. They responded quickly and made sure everything was great! Bathroom was spotless as well as the refrigerator and all bedding was fresh and clean. Excellent a/c!!! Would definitely stay again.

A beautiful home in a quiet setting. Located just a few minutes from all st Augustine has to offer. Emmanuel was a great host. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning next time. Thanks!!

Everything was perfect. Comfortable beds & pillows..utensils and all kinds of cooking pans,pots measuring stuff..We had big family dinner..Wonderful outdoor space with a pool, hot tub, floaties, beach towels, chairs and lounge area. Grill. One of our favorite AirB&B's ever. Private, Peaceful, great for families..fully stocked bathrooms: shampoo, bodywash, conditioner, towels, washcloths, beach towels, hand towels, games, game room, great porch and even managed to have a great yard as well. No wasted spaces here. No complaints. Washer. Dryer..Pleasant temperature. Nice and cool reprieve from.the Florida heat.Great layout..Tons of storage room, drawers , cabinets. Made a great use of the space. Decorated so cute. Well taken care of. Would love to stay again if we are ever in the area.Relaxing spaces with a large covered porch in the front and such a great outdoor setup. Beyond pleased with our stay here. We cooked large family meals and just really enjoyed our time here.

We enjoyed our time spent with Melissa. The house was clean and neat. It was just right for us. Melissa is a great host she replied back quickly when we had questions. Melissa also check in on us to make sure we didn't need anything. The surroundings of the house are very quiet and relaxing. We greatly enjoyed out daily visits from the peacocks. We will definatly keep this Airbnb on our list of places to stay. Can't wait until we comeback.

Second time visiting this property and will not be our last! This has become our favorite place to stay when we visit the lake. Ashley is very responsive & checks in on us to make sure everything is up to par. the location is perfectly set between the springs and Satsuma with many many places to eat. Very easy to drop the boat and head right over the house (less than a mile). House is always clean and feels welcoming. can’t wait for our next stay!

Fred’s place is very nice and comfortable. We hated to have to leave. We actually got to meet him as he was across the street helping one of his neighbors. A genuine gentleman!

We fully intend to vist Ricardo's again. It was very quiet, on the lake, with it's own dock. Any questions we had Ricardo responded immediately. We are very pleased with his place.

George was great with communication. The place is in a great spot on the river and is very accommodating for fisherman.

Yearly family trip to FL was so great, we as well as my two pups, had the best time! Jenny, the co-host was very helpful and responsive. Great hosts! The house and property itself were beautiful! Definitely better than the pictures in listing. Very comfortable and cozy! No issues with anything. Just a note to the next guests that stay, there’s tons of wildlife in the area. So be very careful when driving around. Other than that, it was beautiful to see. Thank you for allowing us to stay, we hope to be able to stay again next year !

Hosts graciously greeted us when we arrived and gave us a thorough tour and instructions for all the innovative and technically advanced amenities. They continued to be responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We needed to cut our visit short for health reasons but would encourage others to enjoy this peaceful retreat.

We had the best weekend! The setting was beautiful and house exceed our expectations. There was so much room and the pics didn't do it justice. We will definitely be back. June was very responsive and so easy to work with.

My sister and I stayed at the cabin for a reunion with our third sister living in Keystone. We especially appreciated the beautiful lake views from the porch, the quiet setting, the several conversation spaces inside and out. Everything we could possibly need was provided including a Keurig coffee maker and a welcome gift basket. I personally loved kayaking with life jacket provided and the outdoor shower with its instant hot water! Thank you for all the thoughtful and decorative touches that made us feel so at home together again.

Welaka is a great area to spend some quality time boating, hiking. Area restauants very nice, good food. The house is centrally located for traveling around. Perfect to hang around on porch or dock to cook out or try your luck fishing. House is very homey; met all our needs; very secure as was neighborhood
