Located on Lemon Lake, this 1/1 upstairs with a covered balcony has beautiful views of the San Juan Mountains and Lemon Reservoir! All photos are exact & accurate. We are Superhosts of Airbnb's in Florida and Colorado. Hike, bike, bring your horses, dogs (limit 2 with required pet fee - $50 per dog due by check-in). One king bedroom and one queen bedroom with a full bathroom. The living room/dining area has a free standing fireplace and windows, windows, windows to take in the awesome view! Enjoy the deck furniture & charcoal BBQ grill. The pool is just downstairs, the sleeper loveseat can increase occupancy to 6 persons. (654 sq. ft.)

Welcome to our little slice of heaven. The apartment is above our detached garage and accessed through a separate private entrance. We've equipped it with everything you might need for a comfortable, relaxing stay. The neighborhood offers a lake (with a walking trail) right across the street, National Forest access, and wildlife (deer, turkeys, the occasional bear). We do live onsite and are here should you have questions or need recommendations.
