Our upper level bed/sitting room opens onto a sunny deck, ideal for evening sundowners. Hikes and walking tracks nearby. A short Ferry ride to Whitianga with cafes restaurants and bars. Purangi Golf Course 500 meters away. To explore the Purangi River Estuary in a kayak you can launch directly from the property.

Relax & enjoy beach views from this one bedroom accommodation at a stunning beach. A great base to discover the beauty of the Coromandel. Wake up to ocean views and pop across to the sand. Easy for low-tide hot pools. Bliss! Don't feel like cooking? Then walk meters to Hotties Eatery/Bar or Hot Waves Cafe Linen/towels provided. Sorry, no animals/smoking or camping allowed. Please note there is no access to kitchen facilities (but we have fabulous local restaurants we can recommend!). Easy parking to Cathedral Cove on our road!

Coromandel Sanctuary

Situated on the crest of the Coromandel ranges on the 309 road. Mahakirau Forest Estate comprises almost 600 ha of native forest. Each site is convenated by QEII National Trust who describe Mahakirau "outstanding for it's ecology and wildlife value with brown kiwi, kaka, Hochsetetter's and Archey's frogs all present". A spacious house in a bush setting, sit back and relax, take a bush walk down to the stream on the property and star gaze at night.

Flaxhaven Lodge

We are situated in a peaceful garden setting down a private drive. We are close to the ferry to Whitianga where there are beautiful restaurants, shopping and the Lost Spring. You can walk across the road to Lonely Bay and Shakespeare Cliff. Or you can do a 15 minute drive to Cathedral Cove and the famous Hot Water Beach. Local restaurant within walking distance (Eggsentric) or you can go into Cooks Beach where we have The Vessel or Go Vinos.

Cooks Beach Studio Escape

Relax in this beautifully designed 30sqm contemporary studio, just moments from the beach. Featuring warm timber tones, crisp whites and a calming coastal aesthetic, the open-plan space includes a kitchenette, breakfast bar, lounge, queen bed and designer bathroom. Bird's Nest - Straw-bale Studio at Hot Water Beach

The perfect place on the Coromandel Peninsula for a couple to escape to. This unique straw-bale studio is a magical place to stay. Overlooking farmland and Hot Water Beach, you can enjoy the view from the comfort of your bed. You'll be close enough to the beach to hear the waves crashing and even hear kiwi in the nearby bush. Please note that our studio is approximately 1.5 kms from the beach.
