Brand new apartment listed at beginning of this juni.Villa Marija for two is placed in first small and quiet bay (first row to the sea- 30 m distance) near Korcula old town, so the walking distance to Korcula old town is only 10-15 min.You do not have to use any vehicle while you stay by us. We always try to help make your check in and check out seamless, so we wait our quests in a korcula port on the check in day.The sea in bay is very clean, also it has very nice terrace seaview.Welcome !

The olive trees surround this small stone house.The house is built from natural materials.Electricity is provided by solar panels and water is naturally sourced.Situated 10 min. drive from the beach and village of Prižba.Town Blato is 3km away where you have shops,bus stop,etc.We recommend getting to the house by car.Should you require to rent a car we can provide that service.If you are looking for a beautiful view of sea,islands,with some peace and quiet feel free to make a booking. The seaside cottage is constantly being renovated and is now available for up to 4 people with one large bedroom that includes two beds. There is a kitchen equipped with cooking station, fridge, all sorts of cookware, pans, kitchen tools and running hot water. The bathroom has been renovated and it has hot water whole year. Distance from the sea is only 20m.

Apartment is located in the first row next to the sea. Shop and restaurants are within a 3 min walk. Neighbouring village Čara is the area where famous Croatian wine Pošip is produced. Zavalatica is in the middle od the island, Korčula is 25 km away and Vela Luka 20 km. The sea is crystal clear, ideal for swimming, snorkeling and fishing.
