The condominium complex is very nice and family friendly. Jim was very helpful and extremely prompt on any requests and guidance for the area.

Gil and Bernie’s place at Pueblo Del Mar was great! Checkin was a breeze. The home was beautiful with everything we needed. Gil and Bernie were very responsive and answered any questions on the area that we needed help with. The unit is right across from the pool that our kids loved, and spent majority of their time in. Gil and Bernie had kids floaties for the pool and toys for the beach. This place is set up for a family of 4. Very clean, just like the pictures and the description. The air conditioners and fans worked well and kept the place cool in the hot Tamarindo weather. If you are looking for a place that is quiet and in a good location in Tamarindo, this is the place. We would book again when coming back to Tamarindo. Thanks for everything Gil and Bernie.

Loved my stay at Danny's. Place was exactly as listed. 5 minute walk to the beach and the bed was comfortable. Loved the organic hand and body wash soap that he provided too, as the quality if it could be felt. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

The unit is close to everything. Grocery store is just a short walk, the beach a short walk and lots of restaurants to pick from. Every evening we had margaritas on the beach watching the beautiful sunset. Tamarindo is one of our favorite places in the world and this was a good place to stay with a pool, beach towels, washer and dryer, good kitchen and comfortable living area. Note to anyone renting this unit, if you don't do stairs realize there are three stories of tiled steps to the top master bedroom, which we didn't mind even though we are seniors as it's good exercise. It's a great bedroom with AC and a balcony and bathroom. We were very comfortable there. The rental agency is super helpful and quickly responsive. We had our transport from the airport set up with them and when our shuttle was late, we just called Kattia and she took care of it promptly. Even an email on Sunday morning was answered within minutes. Ellen is a person you can trust. The location is fantastic.

Look no further…this place is amazing!! We were so spoiled by the animals we saw right from the balcony that we were actually disappointed when we went to the national park. The home is beautiful with all necessary amenities. Walkable to so many restaurants and shops. The bus was fun and easy and so convenient as it is right outside the complex. Tara was our concierge and she did an amazing job…answered all of our questions, booked transport and excursions and was available whenever we needed something. I sincerely hope we have the opportunity to return again one day.

Had an amazing stay! Josue was incredibly proactive and helpful throughout, always keeping us informed and making sure everything went smoothly. His recommendations were spot-on! The location was super central—right by all the main spots and great restaurants. The only minor drawback was the steep uphill walk to the villa. It’s doable on foot, but can feel like a lot after a night out—I’d recommend renting a golf cart if you’re not up for the climb. Also, the water pressure in the first-floor bedroom was a bit weak, but aside from that, it was a wonderful place!

Nice clean place in a perfect location to experience Jaco. Still one of my favorites after multiple stays. Juan Diego is helpful and available if you need him. Thanks for the hospitality.

Roxy is the most amazing host I have ever experienced. So kind, helpful and understanding. Her beautiful home is the absolute perfect location if you are planning a home birth. She has all the best connections for midwives, you have everything you need within walking distance, the house is perfectly set up and the neighbourhood is so friendly. I cannot express enough how grateful I am to have found this place and connect with Roxy. Thank you so much.

Sehidys place was great!! She was very attentive and helping us with everything!! She is a very nice woman. The place was clean and nice for the price. Will definitely recommend.

Our stay was great from start to finish! It was a super easy check-in process and easy to find the place. Both Erika and her property manager were extremely responsive, and constantly communicated with us for any potential issues. This made things very easy. Erika also gave a huge list of recommendations for restaurants, bars, activities in the area, which was very helpful! The apartment was also in a great location, walkable from great food spots, the beach, etc. The apartment itself is also extremely comfortable and spacious, given that it is two floors. We had such a lovely stay here!!

The place was very clean and modern. Had everything you need to enjoy your stay. Host was very responsive. The shared pool is beautiful!

Una casa amplia y muy cómoda, tiene una piscina preciosa. Un lugar perfecto para relajarse y olvidarse un poco de nuestra rutina diaria. Falta un poquitín de mantenimiento en baños y lavar el sofá principal, pero son pequeñas cosas que no hacen que uno deje de disfrutar tan bella estancia.

10/10. Quedamos super contentos. Pasamos un increible fin de semana y definitivamente vamos a volver. Buena comunicacion con la anfitriona todo el tiempo, casa en excelente estado y bien equipada con todo lo necesario y mas. limpieza perfecta.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Matthew and Carmen's townhouse. It is centrally located in a quiet and well-maintained gated community and very close to a modern shopping center, restaurants, beaches and attractions such as zip lining, golf and nature tours. The townhouse itself is nicely appointed with comfortable furniture, a fully equipped kitchen and the bedrooms are of a generous size with very comfortable beds. The highlight of the townhouse is the patio with a large private pool. It quickly became the center of our activities. Just a great place to relax, cool off and converse with friends. There is also a large community pool with a waterfall and slide that even the older folks had to try. The hosts, Matthew and Carmen, were very helpful and promptly responded to any question or issue that arose during our stay. They also arranged for an excellent weekly cleaning service at a very reasonable price. All in all, we had a great time at the townhouse and would highly recomm
