Right from the moment we got into the house we felt right at home. Perfect place for the family stay. Home is well furnished with everything that is needed in day to day activities. Very spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen is well equipped with everything that is needed. The beach is literally few steps away from the door, and yet backyard and outdoor space of the house is well protected from the ocean winds. Maria is always available to help with any questions about the house and everything that you might need during your stay! Highly recommend!!! Thank for the great vacation!

Maksym is one of the best hosts I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Always quick to respond and helpful. His beautiful house exceeded our expectations and after staying in many luxury residences across the world his place is one of the best. Pictures do not do justice! specced to the highest standard from the oven, electrical appliances to the swimming pool and outdoor space The area is beautiful with no safety concerns and an easy commute to most areas in the city. We stayed with 5 friends in total and had ana amazing stay. Kemberly the housekeeper is also amazing, friendly with amazing energy and no request was to big or small Would definitely use Maksym’s house for any future stays in Punta Cana. Thanks again for everything

The house was super comfortable and easy to navigate. Very private and secure area. Amenities are phenomenal and the pool was refreshing. Raul was professional, flexible and his comunicación was on point at all times. I'll return.

We spent an entire month at Todd's place for our work retreat and it was absolutely perfect. The unit is new, nice, clean and well laid out. 3 bedrooms each with their own bathroom was a huge plus. The air conditioning was strong and located in each room. The furnishings were tasteful and the kitchen was well stocked. I love that there was a water cooler with lots of water, and it was easy to order more when we ran out. The gated community was safe and pleasant. We spent some time in the pool and I loved having my coffee at the gazebo in the mornings. It's a close walk to the main strip so you can easily get to the beach. We spent a lot of time at Dalia's coffee shop:) Highly recommend.

Una estadía placentera y en un lugar muy seguro. Seguramente volveré. Algunas cosas que arreglar en la casa pero son pequeños detalles. En general tiene todo lo que se necesita. Gracias a Diego por asistir en todo.

Awesome place, Pat is a great host, good team, great Manager Greg. Driver was nice, picked us at the airport, even took us grocery shopping. Pat has a comprehensive hospitality package that was really helpful. Felt at home. Our group enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

De woning van Alex is fantastisch! Hele grote ruime woning waarin wij met de familie zijn verbleven. Heel leuk is ook het aangrenzende resort waar je met een dagoas gebruik kunt maken van alle faciliteiten. De ontvangst was ook heel goed! Alles werd persoonlijk uitgelegd.

Leslye runs a wonderful place! Everything was the same as shown or even better. You’ll have everything you need for your time there & its in a really good location, close to everything. Leslye was really accommodating, understanding & available to help anytime we needed her. I would definitely stay here in the future.
