Loft @ Nine is a B&B styled studio room above our garage. Located in a quiet, residential area of Pukekohe & 3 mins drive to town, the room is perfect for a couple or single occupant. Please note the angled wall. The self-contained, air-conditioned studio comes with free wifi, private access & onsite parking. Equipped with 1 queen bed, 1 bathroom, a sofa & TV. Milk & light snacks will be provided in the small kitchenette, which includes a mini fridge, toaster, microwave, jug, tea & coffee.

Please note we have a cat and a dog who may visit but please feel free to let us know if you would prefer we kept them away.

In Pukekohe, there is a range of restaurants, shopping, markets as well as racing 20 mins STH at Hampton Downs No visitors not accounted for on the booking will be admitted to the property. Kia ora and welcome to Chaparral Sunset. Your hosts Lyn and Keith welcome you into their rural fully self-contained accommodation. Our cosy guest house has Sky TV, wireless internet, a guest BBQ and well equipped kitchen. Babies under 6 months are free. There is a charge of $20.00 a night for children older than 6 months, a free porta-cot (including mattress and bedding) is available on request. Service animals are welcome, we do appreciate guests letting us know.
