Within 3 blocks are the 1912 Building, 2 schools, East City Park, county & city offices, library, post office, farmers market, & downtown Moscow. The U of I is just beyond, & WSU is a 15 min. drive. The self-contained LOWER level of the house consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, laundry/mudroom, & an open living space spanning the kitchen, dining, & living room. The Sassy Stone house, a quaint space that is full of character from top to bottom, was once a Wine Bar and Coffee shop it has now has been converted back to a charming rental space. The home is centrally located in Clarkston, next to Tri-State Hospital and not far from any place in the LC Valley. The house has two sleeping areas. The kitchen is fully stocked.
