This is a comfortable & fully equipped lower unit of a duplex to enjoy your time in Pullman. It's perfect for WSU football games & Family Weekends, graduations, etc. If you need more space for your gathering, check out the upper unit as well - The View House 1. Located in semi rural area near University of Idaho in Moscow, Idaho. 7 miles from Washington State University. Great views of the Palouse; easy access to town and schools. Comfortable 900 sq ft apartment with separate entrance from main house. Are you coming into town for business at the U of I, WSU or SEL? This would be a great place to spend several days to a week. Our mountain modern interior is complete with a full service kitchen, generous living room with gas fireplace, and two bedrooms sharing a Jack and Jill bathroom.

The Upper Room

Comfortable studio just steps from the University of Idaho campus on the south side of Moscow. Ideal for visiting parents, sports fans, conference guests, or college scouts. The Upper Room is a private studio with its own entrance on the same property as our Palouse View Villa. It includes a mostly full kitchen (no dishwasher), a queen bed, and a queen sofa bed, comfortably sleeping up to four guests.
