We had a wonderful stay with our family of 9 and highly recommend this property. The en-suite bathrooms with each bedroom worked very well providing privacy and convenience for all. The living room and main living space with dining table also provided space for meals, games, and general gathering spaces. We took advantage of the outside patio for coffee and reading time in the cooler mornings. The pool area is conveniently located directly across the street from this unit making it convenient for even short dips or lounging. We were at this location during the Puerto Rico blackout and the diesel generator started automatically and provided power during multiple power losses over three days. Having backup power made a real difference during our family vacation as most restaurants and businesses are not open on January 1st and we were able to celebrate by staying in for dinner and family time knowing we would have power during the random blackouts.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at the property! Not only did it have all of the amenities and space to accommodate our family but it felt so homey and welcoming. The property is truly a sight. You have both mountainous and ocean views that are breathtaking. We woke up to the beautiful sounds of Puerto Rico every morning while enjoying our coffee and spent our afternoons poolside with an outdoor bar when the Caribbean sun called for a cold drink. Wilton and his team were attentive and responded quickly to anything we would need and we were all sad to leave. I highly recommend this property and we will for sure be back! We loved this house it was perfect for my group of 10 SUPER comfortable and spacious for a big group the host was AMAZING 🙌🏼the house was clean and located in a beautiful SAFE neighborhood. You will not regret booking this Beautiful Home.

An absolutely incredible place. The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s peaceful, clean, spacious. My family and I had a great time. The views from the pool are incredible. Thanea was incredibly responsive and helped out with any inquiry’s we had. Great place, great stay!

This was the perfect house for our family trip. The outdoor space around the pool and the patio was AMAZING! We spent so much time outside, and the kids enjoyed having so much to do. There was also a lot to do in the house! We played a ton of pool, and there was lots of space for board games and hanging out. Carlos was a great host, and any issue we had was addressed immediately. One of my daughters has to be gluten-free, and when I let him know, he went out and bought brand new pans for her, so we did not have to worry about cross-contamination. It was a great house for us and we loved our vacation in Puerto Rico.

Ashley’s place was exactly as described. It was clean, comfortable, attractive, and stocked up with amenities—perfect for our group of friends to relax in after our days out exploring the area. The kitchen was great and allowed people to cook meals for 8 people. The views of the forest and ocean were just as amazing as they looked in the pictures on the listing. Ashley was very responsive and helped immediately with any minor issue that arose. I would highly recommend this stay!

Carmen's place is in an ideal location--lovely beachfront property! The house suited our group so well and had lots of space for hanging out. There were a few minor glitches with the gate lock and one A/C unit, but Carmen got things fixed very quickly. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there!

Great spot for a base camp for exploring the NE part of the island. We had 2 families of 4 and were pleased with everything: the space, the amenities, the communication. Would definitely stay here again.

This was our second stay at Casa Don Toribio, and it has officially become part of our family’s annual tradition. The home offers a peaceful, serene retreat — a true home-away-from-home. There is something uniquely special about this property; its simple, zen-like setting allows the natural beauty of Puerto Rico to shine all around. We loved exploring the local panaderías and savoring our morning coffee while surrounded by nature. Casa Don Toribio is truly a place where you can breathe deeply and recharge. The hosts are incredibly responsive and kind, with every detail thoughtfully arranged to make our stay memorable.

Our first night in Puerto Rico, we learned that our rented VRBO, was a scam. I was very disappointed and VRBO did nothing to help us out even though their motto is ‘Book with Confidence.’ I was so happy and pleased with Edwin’s listing, Tara’s house because I had to find a place for 9 people to stay for two nights and I was scared to get scammed again. Tata’s house was pristine clean, exactly like it is represented, and Edwin and his family are kind and helpful. I recommend staying there if you get the chance to vacation in Puerto Rico!

The place was very beautiful ❤️ I loved the home and all the values it came with, unfortunately came out around the wrong time due to a lot of rain, construction, and water going out and barely having hot water nothing the host had control over. but Marilyn was very attentive and apologetic about everything. would rent again in the future 😉

We had a wonderful stay at Brenda and Rafael’s beautiful beachfront property. It was the perfect spot for quality time with our adult children and grandchildren. The shared terrace and the incredibly close beach access made our vacation truly special. We also had the pleasure of meeting Brenda and Rafael—such lovely, hospitable hosts. The location is great, with plenty of bars and eateries nearby that stayed open late, which was a nice bonus. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and memorable family getaway!

Carol is an amazing host. Things in life may not always be perfect, carol stops at nothing to make sure my family and I had an amazing safe trip at her property. I arrived late ( due to delay) she was waiting by the phone to assist the driving and making sure we go in. We missed the rental car place; carol gave us a ride the next morning. We had a few things that we needed assistance with and Carol was always intentional about providing an amazing service. By the way …. don’t walk run to this place Carol comes highly recommended😉 she was more than just a host.. “she felt like family !!! P.S the pictures don’t do this place any justice. It’s so beautiful!!!

Fernando was a great host!! He was very responsive when we had questions, had a book with things to do at the home, even while speaking over the phone gave recommendations. The house was a 10/10, the neighborhood is very peaceful and has great views. The home itself was amazing, really felt like home. Would book again in the future! Thank you Fernando for allowing myself and family to stay at your beautiful home! We enjoyed every minute of it.

Lovely location (a quick walk to the beach), fully equipped kitchen, and family friendly. The beaches and sunsets in the area were amazing. Our family loved spending time there and hope to come back very soon!!

I had an exceptional stay at this lovely Airbnb just steps away from the beach. The location is ideal—close to excellent restaurants and offering stunning views that made the entire trip feel special. The property is spacious, clean, and well-maintained—perfect for a family gathering or group getaway. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and made sure we felt welcome from start to finish. I highly recommend this place and would gladly return in the future. One area for improvement would be the outdoor space directly in front of the rooms. It could benefit from more regular upkeep, as there were some stains, scattered leaves, and occasional dog waste that took away from the otherwise beautiful surroundings. That said, it didn’t take away too much from the overall experience, and I would still highly recommend this property. I’d gladly return in the future!

I stayed here this past weekend for my bachelorette and we all loved the views from this place!! It was 9 of us and felt like we had more than enough space to get ready in. The only issue we had was that the wifi was not working, but it was not a big deal at all since we were mainly out exploring during the day. Still had good cell service regardless. This place was so beautiful and peaceful! It was easy to locate and check in was easy as well especially since our flight landed at 1 am it was still easy to find in the middle of the night. We all felt safe during our stay as well. I wish we spent more time at the Airbnb so I would recommend having a day to relax to truly enjoy the views!

Beautiful house, better view: to the south, the Caribbean Sea; to the north, the mountains. Beautiful pool with heated water available 24 hours a day. Even though we had some issues with the Internet in the lower floor, Héctor (the host) was able to fix it within minutes. He was very friendly and kept in touch with us during the whole stay. If I have a chance, I’ll go again.

This double apartment was perfect for our bachelorette trip with 9 girls - space to hang out & cook, walkable to grocery & bars, and a good location to get to various beaches. We loved the pool access too - we basically had it to ourselves the whole weekend. There's definitely some nightlife noise, but with earplugs it was totally fine.

Excelente lugar !!! Nos encantó absolutamente todo. Las casas comodas con todo lo necesario. El patio super amplio, area de BBQ comoda. La verdad es que estamos locos por volver. Recomendado al 100 %

El lugar es según más fotos, cómodo para familia grande , el anfitrión es súper atento , está cerca de muchos restaurantes y cerca de farmacias y supermercados , caminando a la playa. Estaba todo limpio y organizado . Lo recomiendo 100%

I cannot say enough great things about our stay at this house! Connie is a wonderful host. From booking day she has been available for questions and gave us so many awesome local places to check out during our stay. She was easily available during our stay for any questions. The location of the home is perfect! The views of the rainforest and ocean are breathtaking. The yard and pool are beautifully maintained and we spent much of our time there enjoying the views nature around us. Very close to Luquillo Beach and the Kiosks, to El Yunque National Forest, snorkel tours, bio bay The home has everything you need from cooking meals and playing games at home to spending a day at the beach. Lots of common areas to hang out as well as quiet areas to retreat to. It was very comfortable! 100% recommend this home if you are traveling to Puerto Rico. We can't wait to go back!
