Our treasured family on-the-beach house was designed by my grandfather and built 65 years ago. It has since then been remodeled and upgraded frequently. Located 2 block from the beach. Close by is Mannys, Pink Cadilac Pitaya, and the American Legion. 5 minutes from the Malacon and 13th street. Both are very popular with the tourists. My wife and I are long-time residents and can direct you to anything you need. The property is very clean and comfortable.
