We were a group of 3 retired couples that stayed for 30 days at Laura’s place. We loved the area! Gated , safe area, secure property. Walked to beautiful beach , and restaurants, convenience stores. The house was nice and very well stocked. Rooftop was great! The community was very friendly and helpful

Beautiful home situated just outside the main part of town. Easy to get to from the airport or Ferry. Minutes away from all the action and very cozy when you’re there. I’ve stayed here twice and plan on staying again.

It was our second time at Francisco’s house, and we will be back. We always enjoy staying there. People in the community are friendly and so are the staff. Great communication with Francisco & Teresa. Any issues are always taken care of immediately.

This place is simply in a league of its own. It's literally as if Mark wrote the book on AirBnb hosting. We asked him numerous times what course on hosting or interior design he has taken, but he insists this is just his labour of love. This place literally has everything a family could wish for. When walking in you are greeted by an entire hallway full of toys, beach and pool accessoires. Not only does he include a full on small library, but also spare batteries, some tools... you name it. Entering the main living room and kitchen, you'll notice these thoughtful little QR code stickers next to most appliances. That's right. This man has taken the effort to have user guides for literally everything in this house! Like, including rules to the board games upstairs! Who does that? I'll tell you who, Mark. This man is simply a blessing in the AirBnB community. What a freakin' unicorn. Do yourself and your family a favour and book yourselves a stay in this place.

Tuvimos una excelente experiencia en esta casa en Puerto Morelos. La ubicación es muy céntrica y a solo unos pasos del mar. La casa es amplia y cómoda, ideal para grupos; en nuestro caso fuimos tres parejas y disfrutamos muchísimo del fin de semana. Cuenta con su propia alberca, una terraza perfecta para relajarse y una mesa de ping pong que le dio un plus a nuestra estancia. El servicio por parte de Kath y Roberto fue impecable. Siempre estuvieron atentos y al pendiente de nuestra llegada y de que todo estuviera bien durante nuestra estancia. Un gran detalle fue la guía que nos compartieron, con recomendaciones de comida, servicios a domicilio, taxis y más, lo cual hizo todo aún más fácil y cómodo. Sin duda, ¡volveríamos!

Muy buena casa para un grupo grande, todas las estancias eran lo suficientemente grandes para no sentirse apretados. Tiene todo lo necesario para una buena estancia. La anfitriona siempre estuvo atenta a cualquier cosa. Seguro la tomaremos en cuenta para cuando regrese a Playa del Carmen

The house was perfect for our stay. Large king beds and plenty of bathrooms. The pool out back was great! We are divers, so the clothes line and area out back was perfect for drying our gear each day. We highly recommend!

Excelente ubicación, buena comunicación por parte del anfitrión, Edson y su papá estuvieron pendiente de nuestra llegada. La casa estaba ordenada y limpia cuando llegamos, la alberca está limpia. Es una buena opción para hospedarse en Playa del Carmen.

Très beau petit condo, super propre, central, près de plein de bons restaurants locaux et de la zone touristique. Vraiment agréable pour un séjour d'une semaine! Je recommande.

This Airbnb is in a great location. Grocery stores are a block away, as well as a fruit stand and several restaurants. The apartment was nice and clean, the air conditioning worked great and the pool was refreshing. As others have noted there is a bar near by that plays loud music…but you can just dance along or wear ear plugs. Our stay was wonderful.

This was a great family apartment. It was spacious and had all the things you need. The pool is heated. Anna was very helpful, she could recommend a really good massageterapeut and Anna also gave us recommendations where to rent a car. The place is close to supermarket and a lot of restaurants and approx 15min to the beach. I would definitely stay at this place again.

Greatest host ever! This was our second time staying at this Airbnb. Phenomenal communication, extremely helpful, and Karla went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. This is our favorite Airbnb on the island.

El alojamiento se encontraba en un barrio tranquilo pero a la vez bien ubicado para ir caminando a la 5ta. Tuvimos una grata estadía! La habitación era tal cual estaba descripta en las fotos. La cocina estaba equipada. Llegamos y había café y agua en la heladera. Lesley respondió rápidamente cuando tuvimos un problema para ingresar (nos habíamos equivocado de puerta) siempre estuvo muy atento. Muy buen precio-calidad. Recomendable sin lugar a dudas.

Easy 5 stars - the place itself was perfect for a family of 4. There is a spacious master bedroom with separate bathroom and private balcony and a nice 2nd bedroom with separate bath that can be set up as a king or 2 single beds. Huge, well appointed kitchen, dining room, and living space and a beautiful balcony with a comfy sitting area that was perfect for an evening drink while watching the sunset. Place was super clean and there was housekeeping service one day. Valerie is an excellent host. I did not have the pleasure of meeting her in person but communications were very pleasant, quick, clear and informative. What else? There is a huge tiled swimming pool for when you need a break from the ocean and a few good restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Overall, we loved Valerie's place at Palmar and would 100% stay there again on our next trip to Cozumel.

We had a great vacation in Dovile's apartment. We were 2 adults and 2 small children (1 and 4 years old). Dovile kindly provided a cot and a highchair. The apartment has a great layout - the bedrooms are separated from the living room by a corridor. The terrace became our favorite place, where we spent a lot of time and often cooked food using the gas grill (Weber). The Vaiven Del Viento complex itself is very calm and peaceful. We will be happy to come back here again.

À beautiful condo, felt like home. Had a hot water situation but it got fixed right away. Would love to stay here again, and will definitely recommend. Great location, beautiful place :) thanks again for everything

Excelente servicio, tuvimos un problema con la segunda chapa pero no hubo tema en repararla y de ahí todo bien, teníamos todo a la mano, la lavadora excelente que era un plus y el AC buenísimo, volvería aquí sin dudarlo

Perfect location close to town for an easy walk to restaurants and the center but far enough out to not be crowded. The space is large and comfortable with a great kitchen, well equipped for cooking and meal prep. Clean and comfortable furniture and beds. The place doesn’t have a brand new feeling, but is beyond lovely and comfortable. The pool and beach were amazing. Cathy, the property manager on sight was very helpful, responsive and kind. Access to the washing machine and easy, safe parking was a bonus. Pro tip- go to the roof for some amazing views!

todo fue muy sencillo y el lugar es privilegiado. si te molesta el ruido en la noche puede ser molesto.pero la verdad para eso queri estar muy cerca de la zona turística y la vida nocturna para poder caminar sin problemas por la noche.el lugar muy tranquilo y bonito. solo haría sugerencia de sellar la regadera de la recamara principal por que se pasa el agua.excelente lugar

We very much enjoyed our stay. Casa Coco Bella has everything you could want in a Cozumel vacation home. We enjoyed the pool, the snorkeling out front, and the gym. The front desk staff were always friendly and helpful, and Norman was also responsive to any questions we had. The location is great, not too far from town. The condo itself is also very nice and the beds are comfortable. Great views from the patio. We hope to return!
