The house was built by my grandfather in 1948 and known by the family as, “The Denver Blvd House”. The house is centrally located to shopping, dining, and various local attractions like Pueblo’s Riverwalk, Pueblo Lake State Park, Colorado State Fair, and county farms. Also, an hours drive to Colorado Springs, Cañon City (Royal Gorge Bridge), La Junta, and San Isabel Mountains (Bishop Castle). Enjoy the beautiful sunsets on the back patio and annual Balloon Fest during the Chile Festival.
