Estuvimos muy contentos en nuestra estancia, la comunicación con Marisol fue muy ágil y la persona que apoya en casa súper amable . Su casa tal cual las fotos , está en el centro llegas caminando , súper recomendada para familias . El jardín está muy lindo y la chimenea un plus.

Gracious and professional host. The condo was really clean despite its older age. We really appreciated small convenience touches, like firewood, laundry detergent, and some coffee k-cups - it just made the small things easier. Nice neighbors and fairly quiet area. The location is very convenient to the resort and lift.

Aida, súper amable, muy atenta, ella y su esposo Francisco buenísimos anfitriones lo recomendamos 100% todo coincide y mucho mejor que en las fotos. Sin duda volveremos a quedarnos ahí.

The Place was Great for our family of six. We stayed at this place last year and celebrated New Years so decided to book again for this New Years. Glad we did lots of good Memories to be had! Thank you for sharing your place with us!

The cabin was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our family Christmas! Nestled in the mountain with great views and wildlife. We will definitely be booking again!

Taxco was a great unique experience. We got lost once and locals very willing to help out! Easter procession was our focus. All went well!

We had a wonderful stay at the Hilltop Chalet! Daniel and Deborah were fantastic hosts. All of the small, thoughtful details made the place awesome. Great outdoor seating to have coffee in the morning. Also extremely clean and beautifully decorated in a warm, cozy style . It even looked better in person than in the photos. When back in Fredericksburg, we would love to stay here again!

I was looking for a home that could accommodate my family. I have a big family and this home was perfect. The owners we're responsive to every message I sent. They provided good details on how to get to their home. The home was very accessible and easy to get too. Upon arrival I inspected the home to see if it was clean, the cleaning that was done was descent. The home was very spacious. They have a pool table, air hockey table and many board games. My family fit perfectly in this home, we were 12 people. We had no issues with parking. We had a lovely time in this home. Two things that i would recommend changing. First fix the gas grill, i was really looking forward to grilling some burgers outside but had to make them on the stove. Second recommendation, changing the check in and check out time, even though I know I accepted the time frame. I feel that a check in time of 3pm and check out at 11am would be excellent. Other than that I highly recommend this home, it is very beautiful.

We stayed here on a family get away to ski and relax. The house was a fantastic family home with beautiful views and just a short drive from Angel Fire Ski Resort. The basement of the home was a fun place to hang out and play games and the main floor gave us enough space to eat dinner together as a group of 9 and enjoy the breathtaking views of the mountains. The upstairs rooms do get warm at night in the winter and the host did provide recommendations on how to regulate the temp, so read all of the tips they give you about this property. We would stay here again.

We loved falcons nest. Beautiful property. Looks like the pictures. We were able to get quick responses all weekend. It was a peaceful yet enjoyable birthday weekend. The gate entrance is hard to find from the dark road. And I was a bit bummed to leave out two more of my close friends that couldn't even visit the property during the day (No day guests past the 10 guests permitted to stay.). But I understood the 10 person max guideline and previous issues they've had with too many guests. We'd definitely return.

Overall a really wonderful stay. It really was a great time for me and my family and it helped make some really meaningful memories between everyone and my little daughter. Only thing I’d say about the cabin was the main level bathrooms that were recently renovated were awesome but my only complaint about it was the shower temp. The water wasn’t always super hot so it left me a little bit cold while showering but it wasn’t enough to leave a bad review. Thank you!!

This was our first ABnB rental. Frankie and Sue’s hospitality and attention to detail was phenomenal. their home is beautiful and came as advertised. We will return! We’ll also use ABnB again as a result of our experience with Frankie and Sue. Though I know it will be hard to match our experience elswhere.

Es la segunda vez que visitamos esta cabaña y nos encanta por su ubicación, acceso, instalaciones y por que está hermosa! Si tuviera que ponerle un pero, sería el horario del check out, ya que comparado con la mayoría de otras propiedades, nos pareció muy temprano a las 10:00am, sin embargo volveríamos de nuevo sin duda!

This place was amazing. It had everything we could ask for and so much more. It was spotless. The hot tub on the river was amazing. My kids love the games provided! We felt like we were at home! I would definitely come back and recommend this house to anyone! Thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts!
