We spent 3 nights at Ivan’s apartment and all went well. The place is as described and nicely located, very close to a beach and close to Split (also close to Split airport btw). We very much appreciated the shadowed terrace for breakfast and dinner. We recommend.

Die Wohnung ist top! Matej und Nena waren perfekte Gastgeber. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet, sauber und genauso wie auf den Bildern und in Wirklichkeit sogar größer, als es darauf aussieht. Vom Balkon und durch die Fenster von Wohnzimmer und Esstisch hast du einen wunderbaren Ausblick aufs Meer. Obwohl die Wohnung im Dachgeschoss liegt, ist es dank der Klimaanlage auch im Hochsommer darin nicht zu heiß. Bei unserer Ankunft (bei 39 Grad!) hatte Nena uns die Wohnung bereits klimatisiert übergeben, was nach der langen Autofahrt erst einmal eine Wohltat war. Außerdem war der Kühlschrank mit Getränken für uns befüllt und kleine Snacks standen bereit. So einen Service haben wir vorher noch nicht erlebt! Waschmittel, Kosmetikprodukte, Spülmaschinentabs, alles bereit da! Zum Strand sind es zu Fuß 5 min, mit dem Rad brauchst du in die Altstadt vielleicht 20 min. Restaurants und Supermärkte sind direkt in der Nähe der Wohnung. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Die Wohnung ist sehr nah am Meer gelegen, der Strand gut fussläufig erreichbar. Am Strand gibt es aufgrund der Lage in der Bucht keine Wellen und das Wasser ist zunächst sehr flach, ideal für kleinere Kinder. Die Wohnung ist groß und zweckmäßig eingerichtet mit voll ausgestatteter Küche. Ankica und ihr Mann sind sehr freundlich und bemüht. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt, vielen Dank!

The place was exactly how it was described in the picture with an amazing view from the balcony. The beach, shops and restaurants were a very short walk from the apartment and felt very safe walking at night. The apartment was also very spacious with everything you needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. The throw rugs were also a massive bonus.

10/10 recommend Josip and his Airbnb. He is the best Airbnb host we have ever met. Picked us up and dropped us off at the airport, took us to the supermarket, helped us with plans and recommendations including booking us a boat trip, and breakfast was included every morning hotel style. The location and views are beautiful and very peaceful. The local town has a few nice bars and restaurants which is only a few minutes walk away. Or you can get a 5 minute Uber into Trogir, and a 40 minute Uber to Split which was only 30 Euros. Worth noting there is another apartment next door so the pool area is shared if there are other people staying. We had a wonderful stay and would love to come back again. Thank you Josip for being so accommodating and making our trip so special.

Milka is such a lovely host, if we needed anything she responded immediately. Beds very comfy and plenty of storage space. Air con was brilliant. Apartment very roomy with everything you should need. Supermarket and bakery right next door. Beach just a few minutes walk away. Would definitely return and recommend.

Celý pobyt byl bez problémů a velmi příjemný.

Ein kleines Paradies direkt am Meer, von der Terrasse blickt man in den zauberhaften und liebevoll gestalteten Garten mit zahlreichen schattigen Plätzchen zum Entspannen und aufs Meer hinaus. Man ist ganz für sich, die Wohnung ist sehr komfortabel, die Küche gut ausgestattet und schattige liegeplätze mit gemütlichen Liegen direkt am felsig schönen Strand in der kleinen Bucht machen diese Unterkunft zu einer wahren Oase. Wir bedanken uns ganz herzlich bei den Gastgebern Maria und ihrem Mann, die uns so freundlich empfangen haben und sogar unser Auto und sup vor einem Sturm geschützt haben. 😍

Sehr nette ,saubere Unterkunft in dem ruhigen Ort Betina, vom Vermieter hat alles bestens funktioniert, Wünsche wurden sofort erledigt. Natürlich gibt es zu dieser Zeit ( November) nicht so viele Anbote von Restaurants, etc, aber in Murter gibt es um diese Zeit auch sehr gute Restaurants, und die sind ja in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Jedenfalls top! Gerhard

Une maisonnette décorée avec goût dans un environnement paisible et proche de la mer. Très bon rapport qualité prix pour les personnes cherchant un logement proche de l’aéroport, bien desservi par le bus 37 pour aller à Split ou Trogir.

We had a wonderful stay here at House Petar. Toni contacted us ahead of time to check on our arrival and gave clear instructions to find his house. The house was spotless and roomy and the outside patio is spacious; excellent for outdoor dining. The house actually borders the sea and there is a wide, level walkway that leads into old town, about a 5 min very pleasant walk. All the amenities that you would need are within a 5min walk. Toni was also very helpful in providing recommendations for restaurants and local beaches. Thanks Toni for a wonderful stay at House Petar. 😀

Wonderful stay right by the sea! We really enjoyed our stay in this house! We received a very warm welcome on arrival. We immediately felt welcome. Dado, the father of the family, greeted us with a culinary surprise and let us taste his incredibly good olive oil. The location is truly unique: right by the water, with a wonderful view from the balcony and from the house's separated terrace on the other side of the street. We always had breakfast and dinner there. A few steps lead directly down to the rocky jetty, from where you can swim in the crystal-clear sea. The bay of Stomorska is just a five-minute walk away. The village is really pretty, had a small well-stocked supermarket (with fresh bread/rolls) open in mid-April and a nice little cafe/bar. We really enjoyed our stay as a family, it was a great vacation for us in a very special location and with a very nice landlord. We can only warmly recommend the stay!

Wij zijn samen met onze twee dochters 15 dagen in het appartement van Josip verbleven en hebben een ontzettend leuke tijd gehad. Het huis is fantastisch, erg ruim, erg compleet en een ruim balkon met een uitzicht dat nooit verveeld. Josip is een geweldige gastheer, staat altijd klaar om vragen te beantwoorden en tips te geven. We hebben een gezellige avond gehad toen hij voor ons een maaltijd heeft bereid en ons zijn wijnkelder heeft laten zien en we hebben mogen proeven van zijn lekkere wijn en likeur. Het huis ligt op loopafstand van een supermarkt en een gezellige boulevard met leuke restaurantjes. De zee ligt voor de deur, kortom de perfecte locatie! Wij hebben genoten en hopen hier nog eens terug te komen!

We zijn volledig tot rust gekomen op het gezellig terras aan het huisje. De zee op wandel afstand was idyllisch Ook leuk om te ervaren dat je host met je begaan is en spontaan een bericht stuurt zonder opdringerig te zijn!

The place was nice, with everything we needed. The bed was good, a nice shower and nice to have an airco! The kitchen had everything we needed. On top of that all was the garden super! Specious, quit en has a nice bbq place! Loved it en most definately would come back!

Very nice appartment in a beautiful Amadria Sibenik resort. We enjoy its perfect location, right on the beach, and sea view from the balcony. Hosts were very responsive and gave clear instructions. Bathroom and kitchen were renovated recently. We missed only sun shade on the balcony which is shown on the cover picture. Sun umbrella is present, but not that usefull due to its size and wind. We wish we had, for a 4 member family, extra wardrobe too. Private parking is available, however outside the resort.

We stayed with Adrienn for 5 days, and had the best time. She organised a transfer for us to and from the airport which worked a dream. We arrived earlier than checkin and were able to get straight into the property. The studio is quiet, clean and most importantly has a great AC! It was a haven after a long day in the sun. We were able to use the villas sun loungers which was very helpful. We very much enjoyed spending time on the roof terrace, which made up for not having a balcony. The beach is less than 2 mins walk, as are a host of very good restaurants (Leonardo, great value for money). The location is great for exploring, we hired a scooter and many other beaches were less than 10mins away (Labadusa, Kava, Duga). We will definitely visit Adrienn again with no hesitation. Thank you! We had a great time in the apartment. The view from the terrace is breathtakingly beautiful looking out over the sea. The location is great, there is a supermarket in walking distance and very close to the beach. It is also a lovely costal walk to Trogir which we loved and is great for a drink or a sweet treat (Klara's recomendation). We rented a car and it was easy to park, Krka National Park is less than an hour away and its a short drive to Split so really well located. Everyone we met were friendly. The apartment itself is well appointed and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Klara was a great host, responsive and helpful. We had a great time and 100% recommend the apartment as a great base in Croatia.

Vi var 2 voksne og 2 børn i 9 dage. Selve lejligheden var som på billederne. Der var dog ingen parasol på terrassen men der var meget grøn bevoksning der gav en del skygge. Køkkenet er meget småt men fint til at lave små måltider. Dejligt med en opvaskemaskine. Der er AC i stuen - desværre ingen AC i soveværelserne så det kan blive temmelig varmt i soveværelserne, selv med en vifte. Vi rykkede et par dage ind i stuen om natten da det var for varmt i soveværelserne. Stedet ligger dejlig tæt på 2 strande (beach Rožac og Okrug Gornji Beach). Der er et lille supermarked tæt på lejligheden. Det tager ca 30 minutter at gå til Beach Bočići - en dejlig strand. Det tager ca. 30 minutter at gå til Trogir. Man kan også tage en Uber ret billigt. Det tager ca. 15 minutter at komme fra lufthavnen til lejligheden og koster ca. 15 euro med Uber. Alt i alt et skønt sted.

Ubytovanie splnilo naše očakávania- čisté, útulné.Apartmán bol kúsok od pláže, čo bola veľká výhoda. Za poplatok sme mali k dispozícii aj vírivku. Dovolenku sme si veľmi užili. Ďakujeme.

Notre séjour s'est très bien déroulé. L'appartement est conforme à la description. Il est très lumineux et la terrasse est très agréable lorsque le soleil est là. La communication avec Luka était très fluide et il a toujours répondu très rapidement à mes messages. Nous n'étions pas préparées au réveil à 6h30 avec les cloches de l'église tous les matins. Cela surprend les premiers jours. Nous avons pu visiter tous les sites que nous voulions malgré un temps mitigé. Nous avons aimé notre séjour. Je recommande.

The Studio flat was really great with everything you need for a holiday. It is very close to Split airport so only 10 minuits by taxi. Enough distance so that there is hardly any aircraft noise. It is literally across the road from the beach. All the beaches have fine slightly sharp gravel so take beach shoes. The Island of Trogir is a 10 minuite bus journey ride away that stops practically outside the door. You can also easily bus to many little beaches with changing places and showers. There are Water sports, buses, water taxis close by and a ferry to Split. The host is really nice, always contactable, very helpful and full of local knowledge. I cannot recommend the wonderful host and her family enough in this perfect location.
