Very clean and well equipped apartment in short walking distance to the old town of Tropea and to the beach. The highlight is the terrace with an incomparable sea view, on a clear day you can see the Stromboli volcano and the sundown is fantastic.

Marie was our saviour, having taken us in at the last minute after another booking fell through. Despite the late request, she was able to get the place in order super quick so that we had a safe place to land and enjoy the rest of our time in Tropea. The place itself is clean and well stocked. It couldn’t be better situated in the heart of old town. It overlooks a buzzing central square that is great for people watching. To top it all off, Marie’s partner gave us a lift to the train station. Great stay overall. Bravo. Merci!

Ich bin sehr zufrieden, direkt am Meer mit Fels/steinküste, dadurch hat das Meer immer ein schönes Türkis und das Wasser ist sehr sauber. Parken auf dem eingezäuntem Grundstück und der Pool - der sehr groß ist- macht den Aufenthalt perfekt, auch dass draußen noch Tische zum Essen sind.. und natürlich die Außendusche… TOP Von hieraus kann man viele Orte gut mit dem Auto erreichen. Der Vermieter auch sehr nett… auch sein 92 jähriger Vater und sein Bruder… sehr herzlich Vielen Dank

Loved the stay - the view from the terrace is marvellous and the apartment so full of character. (And unexpectedly large) Special thanks to Albino who did the check in - he made the whole process smooth. Lastly , the owners found a travel cot for us even though we asked at the last minute. Thanks a lot!!

We were happy with the apartment. It was cozy, comfortable, clean and quite modern. In particular, we enjoyed sitting on the peaceful, sunny terrace amidst blooming plants and run-away lizards. Stepping through the backdoor of the terrace, it took just a very short walk to Pizzo beach, which was like a lonely planet in mid- October. Liudmyla was very hospitable and provided useful information before check-in. Apart from a short power failure on a rainy day we had a perfect stay at Marinella. Strongly recommended!

This home was absolutely beautiful and exactly what we needed to escape the craziness of home. The views were unmatched, the apartment was pristine, the instruction booklet had everything we needed to be able to use all of the appliances, etc. that were in another language. We will definitely return!

We spent a few wonderful days at Nicole and Filip‘s apartment. The terrace is so spectacular that we wanted to spend all our time outside, even though the inside area is wonderful too (kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom) and equipped with everything one needs. Nicole is very very friendly and accomodating.

Appartamento nuovo appena ristrutturato, abbiamo trovato una pulizia impeccabile. Zona carina e comoda, a due passi dal mare e con piccoli negozietti e bar per poter muoversi sia di giorno che di sera. Host molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha aiutato per in ogni richiesta. Consiglio assolutamente questo posto!

The apartment is very well located in the heart of Tropea’s old town, with the most beautiful sea-view. There are several very good restaurants nearby. It was quite hot and there was only one fan. Would have been nice to have had a second one, especially at night. Other than that, we can highly recommend this spacious and very well equipped apartment. Massimo was more than helpful with everything. He gave us many good recommendations where to eat, grocery shopping, etc.

Giuseppe Haus hat einen ganz besonderen Flair. Die Ausstattung (Fenster, Böden, Küche, ...) ist hochwertig und stilvoll. Der Garten mit Sitzmöglichkeuten und Grill ist gepflegt und wir haben es sehr genossen, die verschiedenen Zitrusfrüchte zu probieren. Da wir mit dem Flugzeug (und Mietwagen) angereist sind, war es sehr hilfreich, dass.nicht nur Bettwäsche und Handtücher sondern auch ein paar Grundnahrungsmittel (Öl, Essig, Salz, Zucker, ...) vorhanden waren. Sogar Wein und Kekse standen zur Begrüßung bereit. Die Lage an der Straße war kein Problem. Fußläufig kommt man gut an die Marina und auch hoch in den Ort an die Piazza... zum Supermarkt sind wir wenige Minuten mit dem Auto gefahren. Wir können diese Umterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Casa molto ben attrezzata, spaziosa, con terrazza, giardino (comune) e parcheggio privato davanti a casa. Massima disponibilità e cortesia dell' host (Valeria). Non c'è l'accesso diretto al mare ma a poca distanza ci sono le più belle spiagge della Costa degli Dei. p.s. ricordarsi di portare o comprare quanto necessario per la cucina ed il bagno (sale, olio, detersivo, bagno schiuma ecc. ecc. , che non sono a disposizione)

Bright and spacious apartment with a large terrace, unbeatable views and a wonderful host! Our host was one of the very best we have ever had. Adriano held us a parking spot on arrival, drove us and our luggage to the apartment and also carried our luggage down the one flight of stairs. Whatever we needed, Adriano provided. The washing machine broke down near the end of our stay, we reported it to Adriano and he replaced it the same day! The apartment itself was perfect. Located in the heart of the historic centre and just steps away from restaurants, bars and shopping, it was wonderful to explore all the small streets and alleys as well as the beaches below the city but it was so hard to tear ourselves away from the terrace! It was so relaxing, we could see the beaches below, Stromboli on the horizon and we enjoyed many beautiful sunsets. The daily market was within walking distance and we cooked many meals in the apartment with fresh ingredients. Highly recommended!

We were glad to find Antonio’s place at the last moment. The place felt right at home. Exactly what we wanted. A peaceful place to stay with nature. The place has a sea view over the olive trees. Parking is on site with plenty of space. Train station is within walking distance (a plus). Antonio was very responsive and let us in the apartment earlier than we expected. Grazie mille Antonio! È stato un piacere!!!

È stata una vacanza meravigliosa, oltre le nostre aspettative. La vista incantevole e la spiaggia ad uso quasi esclusivo a ferragosto non hanno prezzo. La scala di accesso alla spiaggia è abbastanza comoda, gli spazi esterni della villa sovrastano mare e cielo. Gli spazi interni sono comodi per accogliere più famiglie grazie anche alla presenza di quattro bagni. Qualche accorgimento in più sugli arredi garantirebbero alla dimora l’eccellenza a cinque stelle. Basterebbe davvero poco.

Lovely location and felt right at home. The house has gorgeous views and a wonderful sitting area on the terrace. The apartment is spaciously laid out with each bedroom having its own bathroom. I would recommend staying here. Parking is not right at the apartment because the house is wedged off the street so you will have to carry your bags either up or down the street, but get used the hills! Pizzo is amazing!

Casa in posizione perfetta per visitare i dintorni Tropea, Parghelia, Ricadi... E poi vicina a spiagge stupende raggiungibili a piedi in 10-15 minuti. La Sig. Ra Rosy in loco è stata disponibile e molto gentile, la comunicazione con Alex perfetta. Purtroppo considerato il caldo la terrazza al piano superiore non è stata molto sfruttabile e non è comodissimo l'accesso viste le scale interne. Tutto corrisponde a quanto descritto comodo avere un servizio per piano. Siamo stati bene!

Der Empfang war sehr schön, die Mutter von Francesco, signora Caterina hat uns alles gut erklärt und sogar die Empfehlungen zum ausgehen gegeben. Die Wohnung war sehr, wirklich sehr sauber und es gab alles nötige, sogar Shampoo und Duschgel waren da. Alle Details der Wohnung waren praktisch und durchgedacht. Die Lage ist auch sehr praktisch zum einkaufen und ausgehen. Der separater Eingang hat uns sehr erfreut. Auch die Kommunikation mit Francesco war sehr angenehm, er hat immer schnell auf die Anfragen reagiert und auch tolle Tips gegeben. Also unserer Urlaub war einfach toll dank diesen herzlichen Menschen.

Persone squisite e sempre disponibili. Location curata con dei fantastici alberi di clementine in giardino. Spiaggia e centro storico facili da raggiungere a piedi. Siamo stati benissimo, come essere a casa. Grazie ancora Flavio e a sua moglie. Consigliatissjmo!

We had a fabulous stay in this fantastic appartment. the place itself is super spacious, Bright, clean, with an amazing sunset view on Stromboli, much better equipped (kitchen and bathroom) than most places we had stayed before, at a walking distance from all the best city spots (beaches, restaurants, train station..). Giacomo and the team was super flexible, welcoming and helpful, very reactive at any time. we would love to come back!

Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour à Pizzo, dans l'appartement de Maria, qui a été une hôte exceptionnelle, adorable, réactive, compréhensive, surtout à notre arrivée avec un jour de décalage suite à une "mésaventure" à Rome, elle nous accueilli avec du lait et des gâteaux pour réconforter les enfants. L'appartement est très grand, avec tout le nécessaire pour la cuisine, le linge, 2 salles de bains, et 2 chambres, l'équipement était parfait, et sans oublier la climatisation indispensable pendant l'été. La piscine était très agréable, et la plage accessible à pieds à 300 mètres. La résidence était très calme, idéale pour notre famille. Et en plus, un glacier proche de la résidence "Gelataria Enrico" pour déguster leurs glaces artisanales et locales, les "tartufo di Pizzo" qui sont un régal. Les meilleures villes à visiter et plages sont Tropea, Scilla (village de Chianalea), Pizzo, reggio Calabria. Merci encore Maria pour ce séjour, nous recommandons fortement son appart.

L'appartement de Guiseppe correspond en tous point à la description. Il est aménagé de manière contemporaine, extrêmement propre et tout à fait neuf. Quelqu'un nous a accueilli personnellement alors que nous sommes arrivées vers 21h15. Il est idéalement situé au cœur de la Calabre et proche des commerces et de la mer. C'est vraiment un super endroit et nous y avons passé d'excellente vacances.

The view from the balcony was wonderful! The pictures of this apartment don’t do it justice. The balcony was big enough for two to enjoy coffee or wine. Really felt like a local but had enough restaurants around. Everything was walkable up and down hill. The apartment was not so big, but very comfortable for two. Can’t say much about how the kitchen worked, because who wants to cook when so much Italian food is at your doorstep? However, we were there the day many things closed down at the beginning of November. Still, we found good places to eat. Would recommend this apartment.

Appartamento comodo unica pecca che ha un solo bagno. Ma questo lo sapevamo. Per il resto soddisfattissimi di tutto vicinissimo al mare ed a piu di qualche ristorante ed una gelateria buonissima. Pizzo calabro è una stupenda cittadina. DA TORNARCI SICURAMENTE.

Dal primo momento ci siamo sentiti accolti da questa casa, ci ha fatto ricordare quando si tornava da parenti lontani e persone e case ti abbracciavano. Il suo aspetto vintage mescolato al moderno la rende snella e fresca e con ampi spazi. La sua posizione, leggermente rientrata, consente quella discrezione e tranquillità che molto spesso si cerca anche in vacanza. L'appartamento è dotato di tutto ciò che serve, anche per trascorrervi qualche pomeriggio di pioggia. La posizione geografica è ottima per raggiungere qualsiasi delle vostre mete , sia al mare che verso la parte boschiva o l'aspromonte. L'host è anche un ottima guida turistica: la conoscenza del territorio (anche da un punto si vista professionale) saprà darvi indicazioni precise che vi faciliteranno la scoperta dei luoghi limitrofi. La zona ha ottimi punti panoramici, numerosi luoghi in cui godere delle specialità e per chi ama camminare c'è solo da scegliere. host cortesi e discreti: consigliatissima.
