Lovely little apartment with a superb and beautifully maintained garden. Elena and Giuseppe were perfect hosts. Helpful, kind and responsive. We really appreciated being able to bring our two dogs and it was a delight to meet Elena’s friendly little dogs. There are an abundance of places to visit within half an hour’s drive which made for an enjoyable week. Recommended!

Lia’s place is thoughtfully organized, comfortable, wonderfully decorated with antiques, spacious, and cozy. The location is convenient and easily accessible, and there are so many thoughtful amenities that it’s like having a home away from home. We loved our stay and will definitely come back.

Margherita è un host disponibile e gentile. Prontissima a rispondere ad ogni richiesta, e prodiga nel dare consigli sui posti da vedere e dove mangiare. La casa pulita ed in ordine. Davvero un bel soggiorno.

Ubytování bylo moc pěkné, velmi vkusně zařízené, odpovídá fotkám. Hostitel je velmi pohotový, doporučil nám skvělou restauraci s mořskými plody a pomohl s dopravou na letiště, kam jsme se museli dostat v nepříznivou denní dobu, kdy nejezdí veřejná doprava. Nedaleko ubytování je pekárna, ideální na snídani. Dávám plný počet bodů.

Struttura molto bella, nuova, funzionale e ben organizzata con tutto il necessario per un eccellente soggiorno. Host Nicoló molto gentile e disponibile anche per tutte le informazioni sulla zona ricevute. Da consigliare sicuramente. Grazie ci ha fatto sentire come a casa.

- The description of the apartment is more modest than the reality. The central photo shows the shorter(!) side of the house. The dimensions are impressive. - The dining terrace was especially pleasant in May. - The house and its surroundings are quiet, but there are many attractions within a 20 km radius. - The host lives nearby and you can rely on his help.

Alles wie beschrieben. Perfekte Lage für Hundestrand (knapp 10 Minuten zu Fuß). Relativ ruhig und man ist auch schnell in der Stadt. Auto kann man gut parken.

Super Ferienwohnung, in ruhiger und dennoch strandnaher Lage, mit eigenem Parkplatz und Unterstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder etc. Perfekt für Familien.

Absolut saubere Wohnung mit allem was man braucht vorhanden. Elena und Paolo sind sehr nette und aufmerksame Gastgeber. Die Altstadt war mit dem Fahrrad noch gut für uns zu erreichen.

Die Unterkunft ist in jeglicher Hinsicht zu empfehlen. Alenka und Diego sind super Gastgeber, immer hilfsbereit aber nicht aufdringlich. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Aussicht ist einfach traumhaft und wunderschön. Es fehlte uns nichts. Es war alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Parkmöglichkeit an der Unterkunft.

Nous nous sommes posés 2 jours et 3 nuits à Versa dans ce joli Agriturismo, avec une belle piscine et plein de petits endroits ( hamacs, chaises longues ) qui donnent juste envie de .. carpe diem :-). Un délicieux petit déjeuner est prévu et pour le soir, il y a un bon petit resto avec spécialités locales. Linda et Gianfranco sont très accueillants et il y a des tas d’endroits à visiter dans le coin (Aquileia, cividale…). On se serait bien posés un peu plus longtemps !

Wunderschöner Ausblick, tolle Terrasse, sehr sauber, Triest ist gut öffentlich erreichbar, wobei der Bus (zumindest im Winter nur bis ca 20:30 fährt). Hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt! Würde mir noch ein Mülltrennsystem wünschen, nicht nur einen Kübel für alles.

Sehr saubere Unterkunft. Platzpersonal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Super Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Esperienza ottima nella villa di Mauro! Posto riservato ma non isolato. Quartiere tranquillo immerso in un paesaggio fantastico. Io e il mio compagno ci siamo sentiti a casa, i nostri cani si sono divertiti nell’enorme giardino. Casa dotata di molte comodità, e Mauro è stato super ospitale e gentile nei nostri riguardi, venendo incontro alle nostre esigenze anche di check in e check out! Speriamo di tornarci presto! Ottima posizione, appartamento confortevole e spazioso con tutto il necessario. Rilassante vista sulla laguna dal terrazzo. Completamene soddisfatti.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Grado. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und geräumig. Sie liegt sehr gut zwischen Grado und Grado Pineta, mit dem Fahrrad ist man schnell am Meer und gleich daneben ist ein Supermarkt. Parken kann man im Hof. Am besten ist allerdings der Pool, groß und auch perfekt für Kinder zum Schwimmenlernen. Es gab ein kleines Problem mit dem Internet, das wurde sofort behoben. Danke, wir kommen sicher wieder!

L'alloggio si trova cosi come da descrizione a circa 15 minuti a piedi dal centro. Pulito, ordinato, dotato di tutto il necessario per un tranquillo soggiorno. La comunicazione con Lorenzo sin dal primo momento é stata piacevole ed efficace, per qualsiasi consiglio. L'appartamento pur trovandosi al piano terra è ottimamente isolato dal punto di vista acustico per cui abbiamo dormito benissimo. Il parcheggio in strada essendo gratuito è un po' difficoltoso soprattutto in certi orari, ma comunque questo non ha pregiudicato il mio giudizio estremamente positivo sulla location, e poi che dire, Trieste è una città bellissima, e che vale veramente la pena visitarla.

Daniela est une hôte charmante, accueillante et très réactive qui a tout fait pour faciliter notre séjour. L'appartement est très beau et très agréable. Il est en outre extrêmement calme (la chambre et le séjour donnent sur un jardin). Excellente adresse que je recommande vivement !

Appartamentini molto bello e curato, a 20 minuti scarsi a piedi dalla stazione e a pochissima distanza dalle aree centrali.

Apartamento maravilhoso em uma ótima localização em Trieste. Fizemos tudo a pé, embora transporte público fique próximo. Apartamento muito bem montado, com linda decoração, cozinha completa e muito bem equipada, inclusive com alimentos! Minha casa em Trieste!!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Silvia's apartment. The sofa bed was already made up for our daughter when we arrived and the place was spotlessly clean. The lift in the building was great and saved us having to climb the stairs. It is centrally located within walking distance of the city center and some great restaurants. Highly recommended.

I can't say enough good things about the place we stayed! The apartment was super clean, tidy, and spacious, with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. If you’re traveling with kids, there are tons of toys and things for them to play with. Marzia is really friendly and always ready to help with any questions we had about the apartment or getting around Trieste. She even gave us some great tips for places to check out in the city and nearby. Plus, there’s parking all along the street, and you’ll find plenty of shops and a bus station close by. We even walked to the city center, which wasn’t too far at all! Overall, this apartment exceeded our expectations, making our stay in Trieste truly enjoyable 😃

Abbiamo provato diversi alloggi a Trieste e questo è uno dei migliori. La casa è ampia, ben riscaldata, dotata di tutti i comfort, la notte si dorme benissimo sia perché non ci sono rumori da fuori sia perché gli scuri non fanno entrare luce. Posizione perfetta per girare a piedi tutta la città. Garage a 10 minuti a piedi, ma davvero indispensabile per chi ha l’automobile. Torneremo sicuramente!
