We made a last-minute decision to stay at Sandra's place on our way back to Rome, and what a gem we found! Nestled in the rolling hills of Arezzo, the house looks like something straight out of a fairy tale. Sandra was incredibly flexible—despite our late arrival, she warmly welcomed us, gave us a tour, and made sure we felt right at home. The bed was very comfortable, and the house had everything you'd need for a longer stay. Unfortunately, we were only there for one night, but I would have loved to stay longer. We also opted for the breakfast, and it was absolutely lovely—a beautifully presented and delicious spread overlooking their beautiful vineyard. I really hope we get the chance to return!

Beautiful property in an amazing part of Tuscany. Incredible and friendly hosts who were always so happy to help us, all details had been thought of at the property. The most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on too!

Wow what a place. This is a genuinely amazing property hidden in the hills of Tuscany. The house is one of a few in a secluded hamlet owned by Petra’s family and is surrounded by forest providing privacy and tranquility. The house is beautifully appointed and is sparkling clean. The upstairs rooms have panoramic eastern views, perfect for watching the sunrise. We even spotted a few deer grazing in the morning. Petra is a kind host who helped organise a dinner booking in a neighbouring restaurant and cooked an excellent breakfast including strong Italian coffee. We highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone who wants a peaceful base from which to explore Tuscany - it’s only a 10min drive to San Gimignano. Thanks Petra for being such a gracious host. We look forward to staying again in the future.

Mein Wunsch einen sympathischen Ort zu finden um die Toskana per Fahrrad und Auto zu erkunden hat sich bestätigt - ruhig, abseits vom Trubel (eine empfehlenswerte Trattoria ist aber zu Fuß erreichbar!), mit viel Grün, vor allem aber eine sympathische und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin, die immer Tipps zur Umgebung parat hat. Alles in allem eine Unterkunft um sich wie zu Hause zu fühlen!

el departamento de Stefano está ubicado en una zona privilegiada de Siena, cerca de todas las atracciones turísticas de la maravillosa ciudad es muy cómodo y todas las mañanas el anfitrion te recibe con un delicioso desayuno, nos brindo todos los consejos necesarios para recorrer la ciudad, un placer alojarnos en lo de Stefano! un lugar para recomendar siempre!

Herzliche Gastgeber. Wir fühlten uns super wohl und auch unser Hund war überall herzlich willkommen. Das Haus ist super schön und toll eingerichtet. Unser Zimmer war sauber, hatte ganz tolle Möbel und ein gemütliches Bett. Eine Klimaanlage und ein Ventilator gab es ebenfalls. Das Haus liegt an einer Straße. Mit geschlossenem Fenstern und Klimaanlage ist hier aber nichts von zu merken. Das Frühstück war super lecker. (Überwiegend süß) Kaffee mit warmer Milch gab es auch. Wurst kam aus eigener Fleischerei. (Ein Haus weiter) Großer Garten vorhanden, haben wir aber nicht genutzt. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für die Chianti-Region, sowie zu wunderschönen Bergdörfern wie San Gimignano und Volterra. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und die Kommunikation war immer schnell, super nett und sehr herzlich. Wir kommen gern wieder.

An absolutely beautiful property perfect for the dream Tuscan stay. All staff we incredibly kind and helpful - they made our stay extremely enjoyable. We can’t recommend the property highly enough, from the room, the views, the pool, the food and the staff. We hope to one day be back!

What a beautiful, beautiful home. This stay was at the back end of a 6-week travel through Europe for me and my partner. It was the perfect place to unwind, between the beautiful flowers and forest, the running creek, the gorgeous home and lovely hosts, we barely wanted to leave to explore Tuscany! Elisa and Alessandro made us feel right at home and helped to explain the whole area to us. We tried fantastic wine, ate beautiful food and honestly loved our stay. Thank you Alessandro and Elisa!

È stato magico stare insieme a michela e a suo marito, io e mia figlia siamo state coccolate come delle principesse. Il posto è bellissimo si è immersi nella quiete e circondati da tanti pelosetti con cui alice si è divertita Gastone, Mirtilla, Ginger e pagnotta sono stati anche loro a loro modo degli host fantastici. Es war ein zauberhaft schöner Urlaub! Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön gelegen und man kommt schnell zu allen wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten der schönen Toskana. Die Unterkunft ist ein Bijou und können dies sehr weiterempfehlen…zudem sind die Gastgeberinnen super lieb und aufmerksam und man fühlt sich wie Zuhause. Die Zimmer haben jedes einen eigenen Zugang mit einem kleinen Sitzplatz was uns sehr gefallen hat. Die Unterkunft ist wie auf den Fotos gezeigt…aber in echt noch viel schöner.

Simonetta und Pierro waren sehr gastfreundlich und haben uns viele Hinweise und Tips für die Umgebung gegeben. Die Aussicht vom Wohnzimmer auf das Meer Richtung Elba und die Altstadt ist wirklich fantastisch und von dort kann man auch schöne Sonnenuntergänge erleben. Jeden Morgen gibt es ein bisschen ein anderes Frühstück. Sehr nette Gastgeber.

Chez Marina est le Bed and breakfast le plus chaleureux! La chambre est très charmante et bien équipée. L’ambiance et la vue sont très reposantes.

Sembra di essere in una favola, completamente immerso nella natura il cosolare di Rita e Andrea è davvero un posto incantevole dove soggiornare. La suite Roverella è arredata con gusto e curata in ogni dettaglio. La loro accoglienza, poi, ti fa sentire coccolati e la colazione è davvero superlativa! Ci abbiamo lasciato il cuore.

Simply speechless with what we experienced at Gabriele’s home. The photos posted are just a chunk of what actually was presented to us. The room was super cozy and the whole place was mesmerizing! There’s lot to explore in the area and Gabriele and her brother were very helpful in tending to our every need. She even recommended so many things to do in a very detailed manner that the plans made our day very special. We opted for the cooking class with Paola and had the best experience cooking authentic Tuscan dishes with her. Paola gives warm hugs and the sweetest person at heart. Highly recommend this airbnb and the cooking class for a fruitful Tuscan experience.

Splendida esperienza, Alessandra è stata gentilissima e molto disponibile nell’accogliere le nostre richieste. Alloggi splendidi e curati in ogni dettaglio immersi in un piccolo paradiso dove il relax regna sovrano. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente per un’altra giro in bici tra le colline senesi.

Staying at Le Dune was a wonderful experience. The property was pristine, the hosts were absolutely lovely and the location in the Tuscany countryside could not have been more beautiful. We opted for the dinner on site and it was absolutely amazing, breakfast served in the garden was also perfect. We are so happy that we found this gem and we hope to return as soon as possible.

Esperienza ottima. La stanza veramente graziosa, fornita di tutto il necessario e soprattutto... pulitissima. Rosy è stata un host eccezionale e ha fornito indicazioni precise sulle regole della casa e sulla sua posizione. La struttura è appena fuori dal centro storico di Arezzo ed in posizione strategica per visitare Firenze e Siena. super consigliata.
