Filippo's "Villa La Roccia del Poggio" is a perfect getaway, it's perfectly located at the top of a hill and you get splendid views. You can chill on the lounge in the garden or visit the wonderful beaches of La Maddalena or Caprera. The house is very well equipped, it has everything you could possibly need. Filippo responds very quickly to answer any question and communicates proactively. Thank you so much Filippo for having us at your wonderful place. We will definitely come back :-)

Wir haben eine tolle Zeit in der Villa verbracht und würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Das Haus, der tolle Pool und der wunderschöne Garten haben uns supergut gefallen. Vielen Dank an Norman für die Flexibilität beim Check-in!

Heerlijk appartement. Fijne tuin met veel plek om in de zon te zitten en uitzicht op zee. We waren erg vroeg in het seizoen, daardoor voorzieningen, zoals het restaurant en zwembad nog dicht. Maar met een heerlijk strand voor de deur en veel te doen in de omgeving, totaal niet gemist.

Wir haben 10 Nächte Anfang Oktober in Micheles Villa verbracht. Das Anwesen ist wirklich fantastisch. Das Haus ist in zwei Etagen unterteilt. Erdgeschoss: große Wohnküche mit Esstisch für 8 Personen + Sofabereich. Vordergarten mit überdachtem Tisch für 8 Personen + Couch-Landschaft. Daran grenzt eine große Rasenfläche an. Außerdem gibt es im Erdgeschoss ein Gäste-WC mit Waschmaschine/Trockner sowie zwei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad (1x Dusche, 1x riesige Badewanne). 1. Stock: zwei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad + kleine Küchenzeile. Der 1. Stock ist über einen separaten Eingang nur über draußen erreichbar. Im Hintergarten befindet sich ein großer Pool sowie der Grillbereich mit nochmals einem Tisch. Der Hintergarten kann von vorne aber auch über die Schlafzimmertüren im Erdgeschoss erreicht werden. Haus ist sehr sauber, alles da was man braucht. Michele super erreichbar. Einziger Nachteil: in Nebensaison recht wenige Restaurants offen und bei uns viele Mücken.

Abbiamo trascorso 6 giorni piacevoli nella villa di Chiara. Tutto è stato perfetto dal check-in al check-out. La casa è molto grande e in perfette condizioni. Le camere da letto sono molto spaziose e i letti confortevoli. La cucina è perfettamente attrezzata. La sala da pranzo è spaziosa e luminosa. Anche se è inverno, grazie ai condizionatori d'aria nelle camere da letto e nella sala da pranzo, la temperatura all'interno della casa era sempre piacevole. Il giardino è semplicemente magnifico. We spent 6 pleasant days in Chiara's villa. Everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. The house is very big and in perfect condition. The bedrooms are very spacious and the beds comfortable. The kitchen is perfectly equipped. The dining room is spacious and bright. Although it is winter, thanks to the air conditioners in the bedrooms and dining room, the temperature inside the house was always pleasant. The garden is simply magnificent.

A lovely villa with beautiful views and very convenient for all the activities available in the area. Plenty of space both inside and outside the house and kept beautifully clean. WiFi worked well and pool table a bonus. The swimming pool was very cold which discouraged some swimmers and the villa is close to the Dorgali/Oliena road. Salvatore and Adriana were very helpful and welcoming and kindly provided some local produce. This is a lovely area to visit especially if you like a variety of outdoor activities.

Lovely villa which is comfortable and very well maintained. A few minutes walk from a beach with many beautiful beaches a short drive away. We stayed in August and were turned away from some beaches if we had not booked Cala Brandinchi Lu Impostu so plan ahed and book if you want to visit these beautiful beaches.

Villa Momo is een klein paradijsje. De ligging is prachtig! Elke ochtend wakker worden met zo een prachtig uitzicht is een beetje onwerkelijk. Het huisje was heel proper en praktisch. Luca en Chiara zijn warme en behulpzame mensen, die het beste willen voor hun gasten. Dat gaf de vakantie nog die sprankel extra! Dank je voor de mooie dagen!

Our stay at Anna Maria’s home, Via Mar Nero, was absolutely wonderful. She is truly a gracious host and I could not recommend it enough. We arrived late due to travel delays and she was very kind and showed great patience and waited hours for us to arrive to help us settle in. Then she returned the next morning to help even more. The house is the perfect size and the 2 bathrooms are great. Easy access to world class beaches! We also used it as a home base from which we could thoroughly explore the vast history of the region then return home to peaceful dinners in her beautiful garden. To stock up on essentials you will need before you arrive I would suggest the Conad near the airport. Great prepared food, wine, and essentials like paper products and soaps which you will need. Also be prepared to divide your trash and take it out daily which we were happy to do as recycling keeps the island looking so profoundly beautiful. I highly, highly recommend Anna Maria and her piece of paradise

The villa is fabulous for a family holiday, my husband and I stayed with my son, his wife and 14 month old baby, my daughter and her partner. The accommodation was just right, with on-suite bathrooms and the additional room for the baby with a cot provided. The accommodation and outside areas were so clean and tidy we had no concerns for our small grandson crawling around. There are two supermarkets within walking distance that provided everything we needed and Palau is a short walk to great restaurants, a small beach and harbor and a short ferry trip to the nearby island. Claudia and Pier were brilliant in providing a large playpen we requested for our grandson as he had become very mobile, which was so useful when we were out around the pool. Antonella who met us on check in was amazing, and so helpful for any questions we had and she helped us so much when my daughter was unwell. There's so much more I wish we could add to this review to say how much we recommend staying here. 10+

Lovely villa in amazing setting. Fabulous views. Helpful local host called Marco. Bathrooms have been updated since the photos so are better than they appear in the listing. Local amenities are walkable and bus takes you to Olbia for just €1.50. We had great weather, used the pool and the beach which is a short walk away.

We absolutely loved our stay! Tranquil home set in a residential neighborhood overlooking the beautiful conca verde inlet. Short easy walk to the water for a quick dip. 5 minutes walk down the road to cafe and snack bar, plus a beachfront bar and boat rental during the high season. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay: cookware, beach towels, umbrella, sun chairs, and more. The rooftop and outdoor patio overlooking the water was by far our favorite part! Highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Sardinia. Host communication was prompt and helpful the entire time.

Daniela war ein super Gastgeberin. Das Haus ist wie auf den Bildern zu sehen, echt toll. So eine gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung hatten wir noch nie. Hier war alles da was man braucht, von der Standliege mit Sonnenschirm bis zu kleinen Aufbewahrungsdose für den Kühlschrank. Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Stand in einer abgeschlossenen Anlage mit 5 Häusern. Es gibt einen separaten Strandzugang wo man keine 50m hin läuft. Man merkt das Daniela die Wohnung auch selber nutzt. Hier ist so viele liebe zu Detail das es an nichts fehlt. Der Stand ist super und einen kleinen Imbiss gibt es auch für Snacks und kalte Getränke. Zu Bäcker waren es ca 500m und ein kleiner Supermarkt war auch in der Nähe. Parken konnte man direkt vor dem Grundstück und es war auch immer was frei. Ich kann die Wohnung nur empfehlen

We loved the house and its position; very close to a good choice of beautiful beaches and within a minutes walk to a restaurant/bar. Everybody is friendly here. The house has everything you need with comfy beds, lovely open terrace for outdoor dining and drinks. The path to the beach is at the bottom of the garden. There is also a daytime snack bar just before the nearest beach. Lovely clean beach with clear water and a choice of quiet water sports. Ignazia was a great host, responding very quickly and helping with suggestions and recommendations. We would definitely stay here again and look forward to the next time.

If I could give 6 stars I would. Sara could not do enough to make our stay comfortable - from buying pool toys especially for our kids, to leaving absolutely everything you could need for a week away! Including even a whole kit to make a pasta dinner for us , a yoga mat, Pilates equipment, bbq utensils… I could go on. It was like being in a five star boutique hotel! Also Sara’s place was so clean! And everything inside was so charming and cool! I texted her a few times to ask where she bought things from as I wanted to replicate in my own home! I didn’t want to give away this secret gem as we will want to go back often and I don’t want it to be booked up but Sara deserves all the success with it so I will have to put my selfish desires second and say- do not hesitate to book this place. You will love it!

Fantastic find! We had such a relaxing time at Francesco’s place during our honeymoon. You are surrounded by olive trees and beautiful views. The property is a quick drive to local beaches and cute towns. We especially enjoyed our visit to Castelsardo, which is less than 30 minutes away. The host was very responsive and gracious, check-in was easy, and the house is just perfect. As others have mentioned there is plenty of food in the fridge and cabinets upon arrival. The 2 pools are not heated which is worth mentioning only because we had cooler weather during our stay, but that did not stop us from spending time in the pool. Also, the bed was so comfortable! We hope to be back!

Das Ferienhaus ist wunderbar ruhig gelegen mit Sonnenuntergang über dem Meer von der Terrasse aus. Der Check-in klappte perfekt. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlte allerdings an Müllbeuteln, der Grill war nicht benutzbar und der Raum mit Waschmachine und Besen, Kehrblech in desolaten Zustand. Mir fehlte zu diesem Preis die Liebe zum Detail: ausreichend Handtücher auch für den Strand, Kerzen, …., trotzdem ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in Silvias Haus. Das Haus ist super ruhig gelegen, sehr gut ausgestattet und Silvia war als Gastgeberin immer sofort erreichbar, hat uns tolle Ausflugstips für die Umgebung und Empfehlungen für Restaurants geschickt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

Pina ist eine herzliche, offene und kommunikative Person die sofort geantwortet hat und uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment willkommen gefühlt, dies nicht zuletzt als sie uns mit einem leckeren Dessert persönlich empfangen hat. Das Haus ist ein Traum, mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht um einen sorgenfreien Urlaub zu geniessen . Ihr Mann war für die Reinigung des Pools einige Male beim Haus, dies jedoch jedesmal unscheinbar so dass es uns nicht stören konnte, obwohl dies sowieso nicht der fall gewesen war. Danke Pina

Nous avons rencontré des gens très gentil et très ouvert. L’endroit est calme paisible. Très bien proportionné. Jolie piscine très agréable. À proximité de Santa Teresa. Jolie petite ville. Plage (très belle). À proximité. Excellent. 👌 🪴😘

What a great place to stay. All of us loved it. The kids had space to run and play. The pool was 5 out 5. Really good for kids as there is big shallow bit which was able. We felt welcomed and loved it! We can't wait to come back.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la villa. La maison est grande, propre et bien entretenue. La literie est très confortable, il y a de grands placards dans chaque chambres. Il y a la climatisation dans la maison et toutes les chambres. La piscine et le jardin sont entretenus tous les jours par une personne très sympathique. Sandra, l’hôte que nous avions sur place, est très sympathique, agréable et réactive. De plus, elle nous a recommandé des endroits ou aller à proximité. Nous avions eu un souci avec la chaise haute pour le bébé et le problème a été solutionné rapidement par Sandra. Nous avons été ravis de notre séjour.

Que dire … 😍 La maison de Filippo est un véritable havre de paix et de tranquillité avec une vue magnifique. Les photos sont fidèles à la réalité, et Filippo très réactif. Francesca et Pietro, les personnes qui gèrent le logement sur place sont très sympathiques et efficaces. Nous avons apprécié découvrir la Sardaigne, île sauvage et très belle.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit auf Sardinien in der süßen und gemütlichen Unterkunft von Sara. Wir waren 5 Erwachsene und die Größe war für uns völlig ausreichend. Für mehr als 5 Erwachsene würden wir es jedoch nicht empfehlen, da es auf Dauer zu eng werden könnte. Das Haus war gut eingerichtet, die Küche vollständig ausgestattet und es war sehr sauber. Zum Haus gehörte ein wunderschöner Pool, eine praktische Außendusche und eine kleine Kinderecke, die wir nicht genutzt haben. Zu unserer Zeit gab es eine Katze mit 2 Kitten auf dem Grundstück, die wir regelmäßig versorgt haben. Wir würden uns freuen, wenn diese weiterhin versorgt werden. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass wir eine sehr flexible Check in Zeit hatten und somit schon vorher in das Haus durften. Sara war sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und würden nochmal kommen!
