Jacopo and his brother are excellent hosts. Very friendly and available for anything. He gave us clear instructions and suggestions regarding places to visit and so forth. It is also very easy to communicate with them. Highly recommended.

L’appartement d’Arianna est parfait! Très bien agencé et équipé, une belle terrasse avec vue, en plein cœur de Marina centro et la plage à proximité immédiate. Arianna nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse et nous a donné de bons conseils pour notre séjour! Nous recommandons ce logement!! Merci beaucoup Arianna!

Tutto perfetto come da descrizione, pulizia e confort il punto forte, ottima posizione, a soli 500 mt dal mare in un area molto tranquilla. Ho avuto soltanto qualche problema col box doccia, un pò troppo piccolo ma nel complesso soddisfacente. Appartamento consigliato

Eine wunderbare Wohnung, super durchdacht und perfekt umgesetzt. Es ist alles vorhanden was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Alice ist eine sehr sympathische und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung nur bestens empfehlen.

Io e il mio gruppo di amici abbiamo soggiornato presso l'appartamento di Valentina, e ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo! Abbiamo trovato un alloggio moderno e pulitissimo, con tutto quello che serve. I due condizionatori hanno aiutato nei momenti più caldi della giornata, e oltretutto sono messe a disposizione degli inquilini due biciclette anche queste in ottimo stato, che ci sono state comodissime per vedere posti un po' più lontani (per trascorrere una giornata diversa in bici, consigliamo la vicinissima Misano, ben coperta dalle piste ciclabili). L'appartamento è vicinissimo al mare, ed il lido più vicino (lido delle sirene) ha buoni prezzi e tutti i servizi che possono servire. L'alloggio inoltre si trova a pochissimi metri da una lunga via pedonale piena di bar, negozietti e gelaterie, ideale per le passeggiate serali! L'alloggio ha un rapporto qualità prezzo eccezionale considerando soprattutto la vicinanza al mare, e Valentina è un'host gentilissima. Torneremo sicuramente :D

Unser Aufenthalt bei Nicolò, Roberta und Thor hat uns unglaublich gut gefallen! ☺️ Wir sind zusammen mit unserer zweijährigen Tochter gereist, die bei uns im Bett geschlafen hat, und die Lage der Wohnung war perfekt. Der lange Sandstrand ist direkt vor der Tür (ein paar Meter) und überall sind kleine Spielplätze. Die Kommunikation mit Nicolò und Roberta hat auch immer reibungslos funktioniert. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen, wenn wir noch mal in Rimini wären. Vielen Dank für alles! ☺️🤗

Einfach super! Simona hat uns von der ersten Sekunde an herzlich aufgenommen. Nachdem wir von der Bushaltestelle abgeholt wurden, hat sie uns alles erklärt und super Tips gegeben. Auch die Wohnung und die vielen kleinen Extras waren sehr besonders und absolut nicht selbstverständlich. Sie war immer zu erreichen und hat auf alle unsere Anfragen immer eine Lösung/Idee gehabt. Außerdem liegt die Unterkunft fast direkt am Strand. Wir waren mehr als zufrieden. Danke Simona!

Abbiamo trascorso 3 giorni davvero piacevoli in questo appartamento, perfetto per una vacanza con una bimba piccola. L’alloggio era pulitissimo, accogliente e situato in una posizione comodissima: vicinissimo al lungomare per le passeggiate, ma anche il centro si raggiunge facilmente a piedi. Il parcheggio e il garage sono stati super comodi: si può parcheggiare all’arrivo e dimenticarsi dell’auto, perché tutto è a portata di mano: ristoranti, negozi, servizi. Un grazie speciale a Gabriele, preciso, gentile e sempre disponibile a rispondere a ogni mia domanda. Consigliatissimo, e sicuramente un posto in cui tornerei volentieri.

Merci à Laura pour son sympathique accueil. Logement de style local ancien, propre et bien agréable. La terrasse est bien clôturé ce qui était important pour nous avec nos 3 petits chiens. Laura est disponible, elle nous a donné de bonnes informations touristiques. Nous espérons revenir, la proximité de la plage de Bellaria-Igea à pied nous a séduit A 2 min à pied nous avons pu profiter des commerces dans la rue piétonne et son ambiance. Was soll ich sagen? Mega! Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Besten Dank an Michele und Patty für die tolle und zuvorkommend Unterstützung und die unkomplizierte Kommunikation. Hoffe wir sehen uns bald wieder. Nur das Beste für euch.

Ein fantastischer Aufenthalt, der Strand ist direkt hinter dem Haus, Geschäfte und Cafes nebenan, auch der Garten war unglaublich schön, inklusive eines großen Privatparkplatzes. Alle Italiener sind äußerst freundlich und kommunikativ. Und die Innenstadt wäre sogar zu Fuß zu erreichen, um das Parkplatzproblem zu umgehen. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Einziger Wermutstropfen: Das Haus ist leider sehr hellhörig, ab 5 Uhr hört man die Vögel pfeifen. Aber insgesamt mein schönster Urlaub.

I recently had an incredible stay at an Airbnb that exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the host's warm welcome made me feel right at home. The space was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the essentials, plus some thoughtful extras like local snacks and guidebooks. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the location was perfect—close to all the main attractions yet peaceful and quiet. Communication with the host was seamless, and they were quick to offer helpful recommendations. Overall, it was a flawless experience, and I can't wait to return!

Świetnie spędzony pobyt. lepszego gospodarza nie ma co szukać w okolicy.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa vacanze con tutta la famiglia e ci siamo trovati molto bene. L’abitazione è spaziosa, ben organizzata e dotata anche di un comodo cortiletto interno. Tutto era pulito e in ottime condizioni. La posizione è eccellente: vicina a tutti i principali punti di interesse e comodissima per chi desidera godersi una vacanza di mare. L’host, Graziella, è stata molto attenta, precisa, simpatica e davvero capace, contribuendo a rendere il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Un’esperienza che consigliamo.

Appartamento bello, pulitissimo e in posizione ottima, vicina a tutti i servizi e alla spiaggia. Comodo il parcheggio nelle vicinanze dell’appartamento. Vincenzo è stato un host gentile e disponibile. È stata un’ottima esperienza e, se dovessimo tornare a Cattolica, alloggeremo sicuramente qui!

L’alloggio di Roberta è pulitissimo, la zona è carina ed è facilissimo arrivarci! C’è anche un parcheggio riservato sotto casa, il che è un plus.

Our stay in Rimini was truly wonderful! The apartment was ideally located, just a short walk from the beach and surrounded by numerous restaurants and activities. Whether you wanted to relax by the sea or explore the vibrant local scene, everything was easily accessible on foot. The apartment itself was modern, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the private parking, which made our stay even more convenient. The host was exceptionally kind, flexible, and always willing to help. Their warm hospitality added a special touch to our trip. We highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Rimini – it’s the perfect base for a memorable vacation!

Top Wohnung in perfekter Lage und mit großartigem Ausblick. Einmal über die Straße und man ist im Strandparadies! Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich, stets erreichbar und hilfsbereit - wir haben uns hier das erste, aber nicht das letzte Mal eingemietet 😃

We had a wonderful time at Mara’s place and we absolutely loved the location on the beach. The apartment was beautiful, airy and bright, spotless, and we had plenty of space. The best part was the beautiful bagno. It was not overcrowded and the umbrellas were not spaced “on top of each other”. The kids had a blast! Note that there is no convenience store in immediate walking distance and to get supplies on your way in (if you don’t plan on moving the car once you’ve arrived). We would definitely return! Thank you!

Appartamento confortevole a due passi dal mare con parcheggio gratuito sotto casa. Io e la mia famiglia siamo stati benissimo, letti comodissimi, cucina e bagno forniti di tutto il necessario. Grazie Alberto!

Ci siamo trovati molto bene in questo appartamento! c'è stato qualche problema con il self check in, ma l'host è stato davvero molto disponibile ed è arrivato all'appartamento, quindi siamo riusciti a risolvere. Casa molto bella e pulita, posizione ottima.
