The road to the house is not paved and pretty bumpy but once you get to the house it is a pleasure to be there. The house has everything and has a great view of the valley below it. It has a pool on a lower level and below that a small field for soccer or volleyball. A lot of stairs both inside and outside. The surrounding area is interesting as it is an archeologists dream with Roman ruins within walking distance everywhere.

Otroligt fint hus med vacker utsikt! Sergio var en otrolig värd och gjorde verkligen det lilla extra. Jättebra för barn, det finns massor av leksaker och annat. Det enda jag reagerade på var kostnaden för elen som betalas separat - den var väldigt dyr trots att vi aldrig använde AC. Jag tycker också att det var lite märkligt att elen + städningen betalades separat och inte via Airbnb, det har jag inte varit med om innan. Annars var allt väldigt bra och vi hade två fantastiska veckor i det fina huset!

Bella villetta in campagna, tenuta molto bene, bel giardino che circonda la casa, personale molto gentile e presente per qualsiasi esigenza.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. La maison est idéalement située, offrant un accès facile à Rome, Assise et aux autres points d'intérêt de la région. La vue sur la montagne est magnifique. Les extérieurs sont plaisants et parfaitement entretenus. La grande piscine, ensoleillée toute la journée, est un vrai atout. l’espace pour les repas en plein air, à l'abri du soleil, a été très apprécié, tout comme le grand barbecue qui a charmé nos soirées ! La maison est spacieuse pour 6 adultes et 5 enfants, très propre, et parfaitement équipée. Cependant, elle reste chaude le soir et la nuit en raison des fortes chaleurs en journée (août). La literie est confortable. À noter que l'éclairage de la piscine en soirée nécessite un supplément, malgré le coût de la location et les charges de consommation réglées à l'arrivée. En résumé, nous avons passé un séjour des plus agréables et avons beaucoup apprécié l’ensemble des prestations offertes.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful property in Monteleone for our first trip to Italy. The home was perfectly situated, with breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside, even more stunning than the photos. The property itself was peaceful, well maintained, and a perfect place to relax after exploring nearby towns. Giacomo and his family were very warm and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches around the home that made it feel cozy and authentic. Special thanks to Giacomo for helping to arrange the return of an item we left behind. Highly recommend!

Fantastic peaceful location, immersed in nature, warm and helpful hosts, pool ( which we had to ourselves ) was a major plus, setting and views amazing , close to beautiful towns eg Spoleto. Accommodation was clean and comfortable .

We stayed due to being fans of Normal People and had a lovely time hosted by Giada and her family. We’re lucky with the weather, the apartment is off to the side of the main house, private and all amenities we would need. Giada went above and beyond for us for various reasons and made sure we got to her and on to our next destination safely.

We needed a place with air conditioning and a pool during a bad heat wave and this place delivered! If there was any issue, the owners were very responsive. The pool was perfect, the ac units in the bedroom worked great and the farm setting was lovely. They have sweet cats and dogs, too. Would definitely stay here again!

Abbiamo passato due giorni in totale relax nella casa di Maria Laura. La piscina dà quel punto in più, perfetta per passare del tempo anche nel bel giardino che la circonda. Siamo stati trattati con tanta gentilezza e ci è stato permesso di fare come a casa nostra. Davvero soddisfatti! Consiglio per chi vuole passare un paio di giorni a Spoleto per visitare la città.

La posizione è tranquilla , Lara molto gentile disponibile per le necessità e allo stesso tempo nonostante abiti nello stesso stabile ( la casa ha un entrata indipendente ) è riservata e per nulla invadente . Abbiamo alloggiato due settimane con amici e 4 bambini che hanno tutto lo spazio per divertirsi sopratutto grazie alla piscina bella grande dotata di lettini e spazio dove appoggiarsi o mangiare . Presente un barbecue che abbiamo usato un paio di volte . Nei dintorni di Terni belle cose da visitare . La descrizione della casa è corretta in ogni aspetto :camere bagni e aria condizionata in tutte le stanze . Infissi e zanzariere nuove . Insomma consigliato per chi vuole rilassarsi e godere delle bellezze dell Umbria , o del Lazio . A un ora di treno da Roma .

Angela è una grandissima host lei e tutta la famiglia ci hanno accolto calorosamente. La location incantevole, così come nelle foto, regala una splendida vista su Spoleto facilmente raggiungibile anche a piedi (10 min). Ci tornerò sicuramente, consigliatissimo!!

Amazing property with breathtaking views and pool. Lazio region is very underrated and this property is perfectly located to explore the little towns around Lazio. Plus it's fairly close to a train station to get to the center of Rome. Our only struggle was a stable internet connection for work, however Andrea is very proactive in resolving the issue

Laura’s home was beautiful, and perfectly located. She was very friendly and welcoming, and everything in the apartment was as described. It’s a wonderful base to explore a beautiful place.

Perfekter Aufenthalt! Riesiges Apartment mit Vollausstattung. Nichts fehlte. Sehr nette Gastgeber. Bei Ankunft gab es gleich eine Flasche Trinkwasser und Gemüse aus dem eigenen Garten. Den Pool kann man völlig ungestört genießen. Ebike laden ist ebenfalls kein Problem. Es kann auch sicher über Nacht abgesperrt werden. Alles in allem eine wunderbare Oase der Ruhe. Der Aufenthalt war viel zu kurz und ich komme gerne wieder!!! Soggiorno perfetto! Un appartamento enorme con tutti i servizi. Non mancava nulla. Padroni di casa molto gentili. All'arrivo c'era una bottiglia d’acqua e le verdure del giardino. Si può godere della piscina completamente in privacy. Anche la ricarica delle biciclette elettriche non è un problema. Si può anche chiudere a chiave durante la notte. Tutto è una meravigliosa oasi di pace. Il soggiorno è stato troppo breve e mi piacerebbe tornare!!!
