Conveniently located within walking distance of the train station and all the great places to visit in downtown Parma. The flat has a feeling of tranquility and is comfortable. We shared it the apartment with a friend it was great for that because it has 2 bathrooms that have their own showers in them.

Appena entrati, si percepisce subito un'atmosfera accogliente, grazie all'arredamento curato nei minimi dettagli e alla pulizia impeccabile. L'attenzione ai dettagli, come la biancheria fresca e gli accessori moderni, rende questo appartamento davvero speciale. In sintesi, un perfetto rifugio per chi cerca una sistemazione intima e ben curata, che fa sentire subito a casa. Consigliatissimo!

Ci siamo trovati molto bene in questo appartamento, proprietari molto gentili e disponibili per tutto. Apprezzo l'accoglienza che abbiamo avuto all'inizio della visita, non è da tutti. Consiglio assolutamente questo alloggio!

La casa è splendida ed in centro in modo da potersi spostare solo a piedi. L'host è estremamente chiaro nelle indicazioni di check in e molto gentile e disponibile per tutto il resto. Soggiorno ottimo!

The house was beyond our expectations. Francesco was very friendly amd helpful. Explained everything in detail. We were in our 50s and 60s firat time in Italy! He made us feel so welcomed and right at home! Thank you! Will not heaitate to book again if we ever come back..

Un ringraziamento al nostro Host, che ci ha consentito di trascorrere una settimana in un appartamento dotato di tutti i confort necessari, come a casa. Posizione tranquilla e comoda per gli spostamenti, nelle vicinanze si trovano anche dei supermercati ed una pratica lavanderia a gettoni. Ci ha accolto all'arrivo fornendoci tutte le informazioni necessarie per vivere la casa e i dintorni. Grazie, è stato un piacere.

A wonderful spot! I’ve stayed at many Airbnbs, and Fausto’s is absolutely in my top three. It’s in the center of Parma but on a quiet street. The building has historic charm but all modern amenities—no slow elevator or poor water pressure here. The bed is comfortable, and the views (even from the bathroom!) are beautiful. Fausto, who is kind and extremely responsive, provides anything you might need. I felt right at home and very much hope to stay again.

Location immersa nel verde, un posto curato ed accogliente dove si può davvero "staccare". La piscina é fantastica, ahinoi il meteo non é stato molto clemente, ma gli spazi in casa sono ben organizzati e ci siamo godute lo stesso la situazione. La sera c'è stato un freddo fuori stagione, ma Alessandra e Stefano ci hanno lasciato stufetta ed extra coperte quindi disagio superato! Il centro ed i servizi sono a pochi minuti di auto, si é vicini a ristoranti, negozi, centro commerciale etc... Il momento della colazione è stato una gioia e la foto ricordo con Matilde (l'asinella) la ciliegina sulla torta... torneremo alla prima occasione!

Maria Teresa è stata una padrona di casa perfetta. Non solo ci ha fatto sentire a casa nella sua splendida corte, fornendoci tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno e molto di più, ma ci ha raccontato anche la storia della sua splendida famiglia che in quella casa ha vissuto tanti momenti importanti per la storia italiana durante la seconda guerra mondiale. Ci ha coccolato con le sue squisite torte e fatto viaggiare con la memoria nel suo territorio e anche oltre oceano, con racconti che ci porteremo nel cuore con tanto affetto. Speriamo di incontrarla di nuovo, perché le persone come lei sono un vero tesoro!

Great stay, they have everything you may need to during your stay. The host is helpful and responsive. Check-in and access very easy and automated. I fully recommend and will definitely come back.

Het verblijf bij Fabrizio was geweldig . Het is gelegen tussen de heuvels met een prachtig zwembad en uitzicht op de bergen. Ideaal als je graag in de natuur vertoeft en wandelingen wil maken. Ook het verblijf was heel mooi! We kunnen geen enkele opmerking bedenken.

Very spacious apartment, in a quiet area. Has everything you need for a short but also for a long stay (including washer and dryer). Beds very comfortable. Check in easy, hosts available for any questions. Formigine is a small town, but for us location was perfect as we were moving around in a car and didn’t want to stay somewhere central where parking would be a problem.

This fantastic apartment is in a perfect location. Very easy to access with parking options close by (at an extra fee). The apartment features hotel-quality linens, towels and many amenities throughout, including even bathrobes and slippers. Everything was spotlessly clean and comfortable, making us feel right at home. Breakfast was well-stocked with many options, plus a really thoughtful welcome gift! We couldn't have been happier with our stay. And Marianna was always available and quick to respond to anything we needed!

Très bon séjour, appartement au top, propre, clair, lumineux. Quartier calme, vert, et une place de parking au top. Un emplacement idéal pour les courses, et pour balader.
