We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The property was stunning—beautifully maintained with excellent facilities that made us feel right at home. The location is breathtaking, offering peaceful surroundings and amazing views. Our hosts were incredibly welcoming, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. Every detail was clearly well considered, and it truly made for an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended—we would love to return as soon as possible!

Our stay in the Carla apartment was lovely and peaceful. The surroundings are truly beautiful. Simona was so kind and helpful recommending some short hikes for us in the area. Highly recommend.

This is our second time returning to Parma in under a year. Parma is one of the easiest cities to fall in love with and, for us, Gianni’s place plays an integral role in shaping that narrative. It is located right near the city center, and everything is walkable and easy to access. Gianni’s place is quiet; however, if you want the hustle and bustle of Parma, simply open the balcony doors & enjoy the symphony of sounds. Gianni is both patient & kind, especially with us being Americans and new to the area. He is hospitable and quick to respond — and he has placed many thoughtful touches around the Airbnb such as a hot-water kettle, hot teas, etc around the space for guests to enjoy. If available, we will always stay with Gianni when traveling to Parma!

La casa Bel da Fer è estremamente confortevole, pulita e gradevole. Spazi ben suddivisi, la zona notte è ben separata dalla zona giorno. Cucina molto attrezzata. Il tapis roulant in camera: una chicca. Zona tranquilla, facilità di parcheggio in strada (vicinissimo all' alloggio). Federico cortese e disponibile. Esperienza davvero positiva.

Kompakte, für zwei Personen völlig ausreichende Wohnung in einem architektonisch ansprechenden Neubaublock. Bei der Anfahrt mit dem Auto leicht zu finden, durch die Lage am Nordrand der Innenstadt ist man für Tagesausflüge schnell auf der Autobahn. Die Tiefgarage war aus meiner Sicht ein dicker Pluspunkt. Fußläufig zur Altstadt und nah am Bahnhof, auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten liegen in der Nachbarschaft. Michela war sehr flexibel beim Ein- und Aus-Checken, ganz schnell bei allen Fragen, präsent und freundlich. Ein perfekter Aufenthalt!

L’appartamento di Mattia si trova in una posizione fantastica per visitare la natura meravigliosa dell’Appenino emiliano e anche le vicine città come Reggio Emilia e Modena, la zona è tranquillissima ed immersa nella natura. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Il soggiorno è stato splendido, la proprietaria sempre disponibile e molto gentile inoltre ci ha offerto prodotti artiginali realizzati da lei. Lo chalet era pulito e attrezzato con tutto il necessario per un ottimo soggiorno. Si trova in una posizione perfetta per rilassarsi.
