Silvia treats all her guests like friends and goes out of her way to make them feel welcome. The rental was spotless and pristine with an amazing breakfast setup. Rooms were clean and as was the bathroom. She had a nice kitchen setup; breakfast items, cutlery, fridge, snacks. She also has a washer that she allowed us to use. Silvia is very passionate about hospitality and it shows with her conduct; one of the guests broke a glass and she didn’t charge or make a big deal about it even after the guest offered to pay for it. When we wanted an early check in due to our scheduling, she not only accepted but also carried pretty heavy luggage 2-3 floors up to check us in after room clean up (we weren’t there as we had an engagement elsewhere in the morning). I recommend her with the highest regards and trust. Should I return to Florence, Silvia will be my first contact; her place was that great.

Many years ago, I used to live nearby. The area is as beautiful as it was, maybe more so. This villa is a standout. Beautifully proportioned with super high ceilings, beautifully furnished with well-maintained grounds in the first flush of spring. My stay was the perfect antidote to the hustle and bustle of tourist-ridden Firenze. Only a short distance from the centre, yet to all effect in the country. The perfect situation for me. I hope to return for a longer stay.

Teresa and Agostino were the best hosts we have ever experienced. They were both extremely sweet, made us breakfast, taught us how to make pasta and then served us dinner all for free! We had multiple options of where we wanted to stay (went during off season). She gave us some of the best recommendations for local activities and food and what to see. Teresa and Agostino deserve so many more stars than you can physically select. If you have the opportunity to stay with them, you need to!

Great location and great place to stay. The views from the rooms were amazing.Steven was a great host and gave us good recommendations for local restaurants. The place is very calm and quiet and it was a very enjoyable stay.

Francesco super disponibile, rispondendo velocemente alle nostre esigenze. L'alloggio viene pulito giornalmente. Zona strategica per poter visitare diversi posti di Firenze (anche a piedi). Inoltre è compresa la colazione italiana (buonissima) presso un bar veramente ben attrezzato e fornito. Se dovessimo tornare a Firenze sicuramente opterei nuovamente per questa soluzione!

В помешканні затишно але доволі просторо. Більше нагадує власне житло ніж стандартний номер готелю. Трамвай маршруту Т1 чітко за графіком та швидко дістане вас до центру міста, інших історичних місць або залізничних вокзалів (3 шт). Наявність поблизу кафе-Caldana для сніданків, також додає балів. Рекомендую.

Alloggio centralissimo , scendi e sei nel cuore pulsante della città , a piedi si raggiungono facilmente tutte le attrazioni della città. La casa molto caratteristica rispecchia quel che è il fascino del centro storico. Spazi ampi , due camere da letto con 2 bagni doccia molto ampia e comoda ,ottimo per 4 persone. Unica nota che a noi non ha dato fastidio ma potrebbe per chi ha difficoltà, è al secondo piano senza ascensore ma un pò di movimento fa bene e nel centro storico penso ci siano pochissimi ascensori. Per i più pigri per mangiare il portone di fianco alla casa è un ristorante a buon mercato :-). Ringraziamo Ilaria è stata sempre disponibile ed è venuta in contro alle nostre esigenze.

Senore Maurizio's place felt like home, every morning we would wake up and go down and he would have made us a beautiful freshly brewed italian espresso - with a very wholesome breakfast offering. but what really stands out is his company and his passion for all things italian. He told us stories about Florence and Wine and Italy and the Medici and even architecture and the Moka pot. his English is good and he also uses Google Translate to share his passion about Italy and Italians! :) he was so kind to tell us exact directions to get to his place including two different bus and walking directions. The room was excellent and warm and cozy with a lovely large window and a beautiful wardrobe and a chest of drawers. the bathroom was clean and well stocked and lovely hot water for the cold April rains. we are so grateful to have enjoyed his company & to have had the privelege of knowing him & his home. it's not very close to the Center- but buses & trams are plenty and affordable!

Such a great few days here! We felt so welcome and we really enjoyed our time. Yael serves a very nice breakfast and the location has such beautiful views. Really recommend staying here when visiting Florence!

Marco propone un B&b rilassante, con più camere disponibili ed è ben curato, fuori dal caos e con grandi spazi esterni. Tutto é funzionale, dal parcheggio, al giardino , agli orari del check in, alla colazione fatta con grande cura. È un posto rigenerante e lui estremamente positivo e accogliente. Sono un host anche io e se potessi darei a lui 10 stelle e 10 e lode alla vista. Grazie di tutto.

Il posto è splendido. I proprietari ci hanno aiutato anche a risolvere i nostri problemi logistici e ci sono venuti incontro all’orario del check-in. A due passi da Firenze , in una zona tranquilla e ben fornita. Siamo stati una notte sola , e abbiamo apprezzato davvero ogni cosa durante il nostro (breve) soggiorno. Pulizia impeccabile, stabile ristrutturato a nuovo, colazione ottima. Posizione per visitare Firenze perfetta e a attraversata la strada c’è un discount in caso di ogni necessità. Ci torneremo sicuramente. Grazie!

Очень красивое и атмосферное место, оформленное с утонченным вкусом. Отель расположен в старом городе, в доме, построенном несколько столетий назад. Радушная хозяйка, чистоплотная, предупредительная и отзывчивая. Интересный собеседник и просто красивая женщина! Добраться до Флоренции можно в считанные минуты - с раннего утра и до позднего вечера со станции ходят поезда. Если же вы приехали на автомобиле, то рядом с домой можно найти место для стоянки. Что довольно трудно сделать в центре Флоренции, где все занято автомобилями. Настоятельно рекомендую останавливаться в этом отеле. Отличный отдых и масса положительных впечатлений гарантированы!

Marco’s place was amazing. It is the perfect getaway spot, very quiet, but easily accessible. It was also fun to chat with Marco over breakfast! We will definitely be back!

Chez Marina est le Bed and breakfast le plus chaleureux! La chambre est très charmante et bien équipée. L’ambiance et la vue sont très reposantes.

La camera è esattamente come mostrata in foto; ordinata e spaziosa. Il grande terrazzo privato con idromassaggio è la ciliegina sulla torta. Struttura nel complesso molto bella e dotata di tutti i confort. Colazione molto variegata. Daniela super gentile e disponibile.

Abbiamo alloggiato solamente per una notte ma ci siamo sentiti subito a casa. La camera era perfetta come tutta la casa ma il vero plus è stato essere accolti da una persona speciale e disponibile come Cristina. Se avremmo occasione torneremo sicuramente.

Il B&B è accogliente e pulito; un'ottima soluzione per un week-end.

We made a last minute change of our route along the Via Degli Dei and Chiara’s house was a wonderful mountain chalet that was better than expected. It is right on the trail and a lovely place. Chiara was helpful and flexible upon checking in. Really loved it!

Het is een ontzettend leuke b&b met heerlijk ontbijt! Het heeft een goede rustige locatie, bereikbaar met leuke kleine weggetjes over de heuvels heen. Het zwembad geeft verkoeling na een hete dag, en er is een heerlijk restaurant waar je goed kunt eten. De mensen die er werken zijn allemaal heel vriendelijk en aardig, ze helpen je graag waar nodig. We hebben er super verbleven, dankjulliewel!

Bardzo miły gospodarz, komunikatywny. Świetne miejsce: spokojne, ciche. Nie tylko polecać i wracać :)
