Arredamento curato nei minimi dettagli con una forte attenzione all'arte e al gusto. Tutti i suppellettili erano impeccabili ed azzeccati (malgrado la quantità di oggetti non c'era un filo di polvere!). Comodissimo il parcheggio interno e assoluta disponibilità da parte dell'host nel venire incontro alle nostre esigenze. Consigliatissimo!

Alloggio super carino, immerso nel verde, piscina top! Io e la mia bambina siamo state benissimo!

L’appartamento di Teresa è una vera chicca e anche lei è stata adorabile! Oltre all’arredamento e alla pulizia impeccabili, la vista è impagabile: svegliarsi la mattina con un po’ di nebbia, il foliage del giardino sottostante e il sole che illumina il campanile di Sant’Andrea non h davvero prezzo. La posizione anche è strategica e, mi raccomando, seguite tutti i consigli di Teresa. Super consigliato, una delle esperienze migliori su Airbnb.

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad op deze prachtige locatie. De villa en specifiek ons appartement op de eerste etage is prachtig en ruim. Het landgoed is mooi en heerlijk rustig. We konden veel mooie plaatsen zoals Pistoia, Lucca en Florence snel en makkelijk bezoeken met de auto. We komen graag nog een keer terug.

The apartment was spacious and very comfortable for our two night stay in Pistoia with our eldest two granddaughters. The high ceilings made the rooms feel so open and the girls loved sleeping in the upstairs loft space. We always appreciate when there are plenty of towels (which there were) and when there is flexible check-in time (which there was)!!!! And the open living room/dining room/kitchen made relaxing in the apartment so comfortable too.

I will book again for my next holidays and I will recommend to my friends!!!

Wir haben dort acht großartige Tage verbracht. Und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeberin und ihre Eltern sind sehr hilfsbereit, sehr freundlich, gebildet und nett. Der Garten ist auch kinderfreundlich. Unsere achtjährige Zwillinge haben dort gerne gespielt. Wir haben uns dort wie Zuhause gefühlt und hoffen das wir bald wiederkommen.

We had a lovely stay. The scenery was beautiful and breathtaking. The home was fantastic with lots of character and very peaceful. We slept well, it was quiet and relaxing. Donatella was very helpful and friendly. Francoise responded quickly and gave lots of recommendations on things to do in the area. All around our stay was wonderful! Grazie!!!!

La casa, spaziosa e confortevole, è immersa in un boschetto da favola...una vera e propria oasi di pace! Vacanza estremamente rilassante per me ma soprattutto per il mio cane che ha potuto scorrazzare libero per il giardino/bosco in sicurezza (la proprietà è tutta recintata). Sicuramente un luogo in cui tornerò e che consiglio vivamente. E cosa dire di Paolo? Un super padrone di casa, estremamente cortese e disponibile...grazie per tutto!

E' stata una bellissima esperienza, ideale per chi si vuole godere un po' di tempo immerso nel verde, nella tranquillità e lontano dalla città. L'appartamento ha tutti i comfort ... il nostro cagnolone ha apprezzato molto lo spazio verde della casa. Essendo immerso nel verde è ideale per chi vuole fare delle passeggiate. Consigliamo la struttura !

Excelente lugar para hospedarse en Monsummano Terme, viajamos con nuestro perrito y fue recibido muy bien por Antonia y toda su familia. El departamento es acogedor, bonito y está muy bien equipado para cocinar. Cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estancia corta-media. La zona es muy segura y cerca de muchos lugares de interés.

Luciana and Giovanni were very hospitable and nice. They welcomed us in person and also prepared for us some treats. We felt immediately like home, the house is very nice and have absolutely everything you need, we loved our stay there. Hope to comeback!

Consigliato, come essere a casa.

We had a wonderful time with two families in the mill. It was a real adventure to be allowed to stay here. We baked delicious pizzas in the wood oven and swam in the river every day. The children loved jumping from the rocks into the water. Leticia was a great host who solved any problems we had flawlessly. We really hope to return to such a great place and host.

We were a group of six 4 adults and 2 teenagers. The space was absolutely perfect we had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. This is a beautiful place in a fabulous location close to amenities but private as well. Pierluigi was super helpful and always responded to any questions really quickly. He also put us in touch with Nicole and local lady who does cooking classes and offers food services. We took advantage of this and had a meal prepared for us for our first night and it was the best decision we made totally recommend meeting up with Nicole who went above and beyond to help make our stay wonderful providing us with lots of ideas on what to do in the area. This is a beautiful listing and would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay with Antonella, a beautiful apartment in gorgeous surroundings. our dogs loved the gardens! We tasted some of their delicious olive oil which was a lovely bonus. Antonella and her husband were so friendly and welcoming, we felt right at home.

La casa é in un piccolo borgo di poche case. Divisa su tre piani, con terrazzino delizioso dove facevamo gli aperitivi, scale in legno e parquet rustico a terra. Dentro era fornita veramente di tutto il necessario, compresa biancheria da bagno, letto e cucina. Abbiamo anche approfittato della presenza di una smart tv che abbiamo collegato ai nostri telefoni sfruttando la rete Vodafone, che lì prende benissimo, 5g compreso. Noi eravamo solo in due, quindi abbiamo utilizzato la cameretta al piano intermedio come cabina armadio, super comoda!

Très chouette endroit et hôtes ! La piscine est grande et à partager avec les 4-5 habitations. Une voiture est indispensable pour se déplacer.

Appartamento molto bello, arredato con gusto e fornito davvero di tutto che si affaccia sulle piste , sul bosco e su di un ruscello. L'ideale per una vacanza rilassante ma anche attiva, vista la possibilità di passeggiate e trekking nei dintorni. Ottima pizzeria/ristorante a pochi passi. La comunicazione con Luca è stata sempre veloce ed efficiente, con consigli su cose da fare e da vedere. Ci tornerò molto volentieri. Straconsigliato!

Dal 30/04/2025 al 04/05/2025. Siamo stati accolti dai genitori del Sig. Soriano. Si sono adoperati per farci sentire sin da subito a nostro agio. Abbiamo trovato in loro molta disponibilità, cortesia ed attenzione affinché la nostra vacanza potesse risultare piacevole e confortevole. La casa rispecchia perfettamente la descrizione e le foto dell'annuncio; ottima pulizia, molto ordinata, ampia e con tutti i servizi necessari per un pratico e comodo soggiorno. La posizione è ideale per raggiungere le principali mete turistiche quali Firenze Pisa, Lucca, Siena, San Gimignano (quelle da noi visitate) e molte altre. Soluzione consigliata sia per brevi che per vacanze più lunghe.

L'appartamento era fornito di tutto quello di cui avevamo bisogno e anche di più. Accogliente, arredato in stile rustico, ampio, silenzioso e fresco nonostante che il soggiorno sia stato in agosto. L'ospite ci ha fatto trovare diversi prodotti del territorio e una squisita torta e un pane fatti con le sue mani, e e una raccolta di indicazioni per tante piacevoli escursioni. Il paese è delizioso e silenzioso. La proloco ha ravvivato il nostro soggiorno con iniziative musicali e cene a tema sulla terrazza panoramica. Ideale per una vacanza rilassante.

A really great place to stay! We were hiking on the Via Francigena and stayed for one night. Lucy is amazing, super friendly and helpful, and communication was perfect. The place is very big, had absolutely everything we needed, we could even wash our clothes and hang them in the garden to dry. Lucy was happy for us to use her garden and take some of the herbs for cooking. All basic cooking ingredients were also there for us to use. The town is also cute, and everyone we meet was very friendly. I can absolutely recommend the place.
