Perfekte Unterkunft um bei einem Kurztrip Mailand zu erkunden. Gut ausgestattet, gemütlich, sauber. Filippo war sehr gastfreundlich, jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns viele Tipps gegeben. Toll war, dass wie bereits vor dem regulären Checkin unser Gepäck abstellen durften. Wir fanden die Lage großartig - mit vielen Restaurants und Cafés in direkter Umgebung, nebenan die Metro-Station, man kann zu Fuß vieles erreichen, in 10 Min. an den Navigli-Kanälem. Die Hauptstraße vor der Tür ist recht lebhaft, und man hört sie bis in den 7.Stock - uns hat es nicht gestört bei diesem Trip. Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft zu 100% weiterempfehlen!

We loved our short stay at Alexey's apartment. The location is walkable to both the metro and the train station. Numerous restaurants in the area too. The apartment is spacious, funky in style and Alexey responded to all questions so quickly !! Would we return or recommend to friends ? Yes and yes

Krásné ubytování, milá paní hostitelka, která nás přivítala a vše vysvětlila, ubytování krásné a čisté, na přespání úplně stačí, kousek od centra, v dochozí vzdálenosti výborné restaurace, můžeme jen doporučit!🤗❤️

Gospodin Alessandro je izvrstan domaćin, jako je susretljiv i ljubazan sve Vam odmah pokaže i objasni, također imate i sve upute vezane za javni prijevoz u stanu tako da se jako brzo možete snaći po gradu. U centru Milana ste kroz pola sata i manje kombinacijom autobusa koji svako malo stane doslovno ispred smještaja i metroa a imate i opciju tramvaja. Kvart je jako miran i uređen a auto parkirate na privatnom mjestu odmah kraj zgrade. Stan je jako komotan, uredan i čist. Ako želite odsjesti u mirnom djelu grada a brzo biti u centru Milana ili ići na neke druge atrakcije definitivno preporučam ovaj smještaj. Gospodin Alessandro definitivno zaslužuje titulu super domaćina i preporučio bih ga svima. Želim mu puno uspjeha i sve najbolje u daljnjem radu. Ako me put opet natjera u Milano rado bih opet odsjeo u ovom smještaju.

Myself and 3 friends stayed at Fulvio's apartment and had the most amazing stay! Fulvio is professional, kind and hilarious! He was helpful in guiding us with public transport, recommendations for restaurants and shops, nothing was too much trouble. The apartment itself is beautiful and the beds were really comfy. I will return with my family because I enjoyed it so much. Thank you Fulvio

Roberto met us upon arrival and showed us everything we needed for a great stay. He was incredibly responsive, helpful and accommodating. Loved the area. Great shops and restaurants near by. Flat was a little smaller than expected from the pictures, but the rooms and bathrooms were a nice size. Everything was clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

We came to Rodero with my friend, his daughter, my parents and my family living in Singapore. As we come from very busy city we were looking for quiet and relaxing place with nature around. We are very happy that we found this in Riarel Apartments. At first it looks like place far away but actually 5 min drive, there is train station that takes you anywhere around region. So in the end we have been central to all interesting locations in North of Italy or South of Switzerland. We used train for family trip to Bellinzona and it was great experience. As we had 3 small children we appreciated possibility to use kitchen and garden - kids had so much fun there. Carlo- owner of Riarel was always very helpful and was able to give us great tips what to do around Rodero. Rooms were perfectly prepared for our arrival, clean, nicely furnished, with nice view and great design. If you are looking for nice place to stay out of busy and stressful city this is perfect choice. Highly recommended !

Eine super saubere und sehr ansprechende Wohnung mit allem, was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht! Top ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Von Gewürzen, Spülmaschinen Tabs bis hin zu Reinigungs- und Badartikeln alles vorhanden. Super, super und nochmal super. Immer wieder gerne😉 Danke für alles😉😘

What a treat Marco’s place was! He is an amazing host that not only picked us up from the airport($40 euro) he helped us navigate the city and our next adventures. Our favorite area of the apartment was the top leave with access to the terrace. His kitchen couch was by far my favorite place to hangout visit with my husband and relax after walking around Milan. The apartment is so close to the metro station. Making travel in town so easy and affordable. If you have the chance book this place!!

Un soggiorno perfetto. Dall’accoglienza alla partenza. La zona è molto tranquilla e molto vicina a Bergamo alta. Abbiamo trovato il nostro posto perfetto per fuggire dal caos milanese. Piscina e idromassaggio in perfette condizioni così come la pulizia della casa.

We loved staying at Denise's home. The house is beautifully decorated and light-filled, with lovely open spaces for being together. The kitchen is well stocked and I appreciated that Denise said we could use a few pantry items, since we were only staying a few days, and were flying home right after. The beds were comfortable and our girls (ages 7 and 9) love, love, love all the toys and books. After being on the road for a while, staying somewhere where it felt like their best friends lived was amazing! We appreciated the ability to pull down the black-out shades, too, for them and us, as we definitely stayed up later in Italy than we do at home. At night we could hear the creek, and we did a little walking on the path that goes to the lake. Thank you, Denise, for such a lovely home away from home!

Very good location of the accommodation. Separate entrance from the street. 2 minutes walk to the metro station, and you can get to Duomo by metro in 15 minutes. Nearby is a large supermarket and the San Siro stadium. 2 full bedrooms with a large bed and one small room is suitable for children or just to spend the night. The kitchen is large, there is everything you need for cooking, but we did not have enough regular plates and the dishwasher did not work. The owner was always in touch and answered questions quickly.

The apartment was clean, tidy, and spacious—a true representation of the pictures online. The location near the Metro station made it easy to get around. It is conveniently located near the Metro, which makes it easy to access tourist attractions in Milan and the surrounding areas. Laura is an amazing host—very hospitable and quick to respond to our questions. She also provided helpful tips and suggestions on places to visit, along with guidance on how to get there. We had an amazing time both in Milan and at the apartment. Thank you, Laura, for hosting us

A well-equipped apartment, convenient check-in (clear instructions and possibility to arrive at a later hour) and extremely attractive price. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a place near Como (by car/bus).

O apartamento é bem maior do que nas fotos, tem uma cara de casa mesmo sabe. Alguns itens de decoração antigos que trazem essa sensação de casa. Ele também é bem equipado, cobertor e travesseiros maravilhosos. A comunicação também foi muito boa, precisamos mexer no horário do checkin e ele foi muito proativo e atencioso. Gostamos muito!! O metrô fica uns 4 minutos a pé, é bem tranquilo. E é o apartamento fica quase na esquina de uma grande avenida, o que é bom para sair, encontrar restaurantes, dar uma volta na praça ao lado, mercados e pegar táxi. Recomendamos muito!

Siamo state molto bene, l’alloggio è super accogliente e pulito. Unico piccolo intoppo è stato nella ricerca del locker con le chiavi ma tutto sommato è andata bene. Lo consigliamo!!!

Loved this Airb&b. Hosts were amazing, friendly, and flexible! We are so appreciative of the kindness of Mimi and Fabio. We stayed here on the last night of a two week trip and just wanted to relax before our long journey home the following day. the location was great, close to grocery stores, dining, metro stops. Fabio even offered to bring us espresso in the morning, but we didn't take him up on it, due to having to leave pretty early. thank you again for everything!

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole! La zona è molto bella – vivace e ben collegata. Direi che è più adatta ai giovani, perché la sera può essere un po’ rumorosa, ma a noi non ha dato fastidio per niente. L’appartamento è molto spazioso e accogliente, ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Anche l’arredamento è molto bello e c’era tutto quello di cui avevamo bisogno. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo la serratura elettronica: davvero comoda, molto meglio di una chiave il telefono si perde molto meno facilmente! Torneremo sicuramente consigliatissimo!

Ein wunderschön restaurierte Unterkunft in einer malerischen Umgehung. Wir hatten eine der drei Unterkünfte in einem alten Bauernhaus mit fantastischem Seeblick. Zudem haben wir super Empfehlungen für für die Umgebung und zum Einkaufen bekommen.
