10 napot töltöttünk az apartmanban, otthonosan éreztük magunkat. Az apartman nagyon tiszta és kényelmes volt, csendes helyen, de mégis közel a centrumhoz, ugyanakkor a tengerhez is. Részletes leírást kaptunk a megtaláláshoz és a becsekkoláshoz, az első napokban voltak kérdéseink, amire szinte azonnal választ kaptunk. A szállás abszolút ár/érték arányos, javaslom mindenkinek, aki Calabria Trebisacce környékét szeretné megnézni és kényelmes, otthonos szállást keres.

Ho organizzato questo viaggio all' ultimo per motivi familiari ma non potevo non approfittare per fare qualche giorno di relax a Roseto. Per fortuna ho trovato l' Alloggio di Giuseppe , ha tutto quello che serve , e in più, offre una bellissima vista sia dalla mansarda sia dal balcone dalla parte opposta. Lo consiglio.

Beautiful apartment in a great location. Minutes walk to restaurants, groceries and beach. Everything needed was provided and very clean. Great host and very responsive. We would absolutely stay again and highly recommend.

Abbiamo soggiorno in questo appartamentino una settimana di Agosto. Eravamo io, mio Mart ed il bambino di 10 anni. L' appartamentino molto carino, curato e nuovo. È dotato di un divano letto comodo, oltre la camera da letto. È situato in un parco quasi di fronte al viale principale. La vicinanza alla ferrovia è assolutamente tollerabile. I treni passano per lo più di giorno ma con bassa frequenza. Il plesso ha l'ascensore, quindi è consigliabile per chi deve spostarsi con passeggini. È dotato di posto auto. La proprietaria è estremamente attenta. Al check-in ci è stato regalato un fascio di origano e due mini vasetti di marmellata. Ad ogni richiesta la proprietaria ha risposto immediatamente. In buona sostanza, abbiamo fatto un ottimo soggiorno e lo consiglio vivamente.

Appartamento molto confortevole, ampi spazi, curato, con tutto l'occorrente e di più. Presenti molte comodità e la possibilità di stare in terrazza gustando un panorama da favola. Graditissimi alcuni prodotti di prima necessità fatti trovare all'arrivo. Vista incantevole, e terrazza meravigliosa. Posto auto agevole e comodo. Si respira tranquillità. Todd molto preciso e corretto. Grazie mille !!

Het appartement van Karolina was helemaal nieuw en smaakvol ingericht. Het was van alle gemakken voorzien. De locatie van het appartement was ook goed: vlakbij het oude stadje en met uitzicht op zee. De communicatie met Karoline verliep prettig. Dank voor het verblijf in je fijne appartement, Karolina!

Fully renovated, simply furnished one and a half bedroom apartment on the second floor (European count) of an early 1970's townhouse. Dining table for 6. Quiet location although only 100 m from sandy beach. Solid locks on front door and apartment. Parking directly in front of the house. Reception and briefing by the friendly hosts. Excellent mattresses and very good cotton bedding. Quiet sleep. Good washing machine, washing line in front of the window, laundry dries within hours despite the proximity to the sea. Kitchen equipped with proper pots and pans. Coffee capsule espresso machine. Wi-Fi 40 Mbit/s good for video streaming and voip.

Felicito a Fabrizio por su casa y por la dedicacion de Carmine y su esposa para que los huéspedes se sientan como en casa. Lo pasamos muy bien porque todo funciona y todo está limpio Dejamos el auto en un lugar muy espacioso y eso es muy importante. Muchas gracias!

L'ambientazione nei vicoli di Scalea vecchia è estremamente suggestiva. Il parcheggio, anche gratuito, è molto semplice da trovare. La casa è deliziosa, in particolar modo la cucina ed il terrazzino, con una vista bellissima. Il doppio bagno poi è un'estrema comodità. Il tutto per un prezzo vantaggiosissimo. La casa è inoltre fornita di tutti gli utensili necessari.

Ho soggiornato a Villetta Paradiso e che dire, posizione ottima, il mare si raggiunge in meno di 10 minuti a piedi e quindi anche il lungo mare di sera, che offre un’ampia scelta di locali dove fermarsi per cena o anche solo per sorseggiare un drink. Vicinissima anche ad un supermercato. Appartamento pulito, esattamente uguale alla descrizione e host super gentili.

Ein sehr nettes, gut ausgestattetes kleines Haus mit zwei großen Bädern und zwei Schlafzimmern. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt sehr geeignet, auch mit Familie! Vom Schlafzimmer aus hat man Blick auf das Meer, der Strand ist in fünf Gehminuten erreichbar, die Wohngegend ist angenehm ruhig. Die Gastgeber sind super freundlich, es war sogar für Frühstück gesorgt!

Irene e Vittorio sono stati padroni di casa discreti, ci hanno lasciato piena libertà di azione e sono stati sempre disponibili a soddisfare le nostre richieste (dal sapone per bucato alle presine da cucina). La biancheria (lenzuola e asciugamani) era profumata e a metà del soggiorno è stata interamente sostituita. Ci sono stati forniti cuscini extra (nuovi, sotto vuoto). Il giardino è curatissimo e ideale per far giocare i bambini in sicurezza (ci è stata prestata anche un'altalena dei loro nipotini). Il silenzio che consente di sentire il rumore del mare a pochi metri non ha prezzo. Disponibili stoviglie di ogni genere (piatti, ciotole, vassoi, bicchieri, mestoli e posate in abbondanza). Zona lavatoio e stenditoio comodissima, doppia doccia esterna nel verde, e con acqua calda, superlativa. Acqua fresca nel frigorifero e un cadeau di benvenuto all'arrivo. Avremmo prolungato il soggiorno ma la casa era già prenotata da altri ospiti. Torneremo sicuramente, 10 e lode agli hosts.

We stayed 10 days with my girlfriend at Tiffany's home and we felt really welcomed by her family, they picked us to the Casolare and shown us around. The place it's big, cozy and it was spotless when we arrived. Tiffany's family were super nice and eager to help and answer all the questions we came up with. If you wanna have a rent big house with a nice view to the Calabrian sea and live a full italian experience this place may be perfect for you.

From the very first we could not have been made to feel more welcome. Both Francesca and her mum could not have been more helpful from dealing with initial niggles ( our fault and misunderstanding) to providing advice and support throughout our stay. The apartment was wonderfully situated for the sea and for the climb to the Old Town. It is also only a short walk to the supermarket and numerous local shops. Cariati itself is a charming place which slowly seeps into you and leaves marvellous memories.

Gli appartamenti di Maria Teresa sono graziose casette con una bella veranda spaziosa, immerse in uno splendido giardino. Gli alloggi sono semplici e funzionali, ben arredati e completi di tutto l'occorrente per un soggiorno piacevole. Maria Teresa è un host estremamente gentile, molto socievole, simpatica, ma soprattutto premurosa. Ci ha inviato messaggi utili verso la fine del tragitto per informarci bene sulla strada da percorrere ed è stata sempre molto attenta ed accogliente. Soggiorno molto positivo!

Wir haben uns bei Rosalba sehr wohl gefühlt. Problemlos, flexibel, schnell. Es war sehr ruhig, das lag sicher auch daran, dass die benachbarten Wohnungen weitestgehend unbewohnt waren.

Il posto è molto bello. La casa è difronte al mare quindi è in posizione perfetta per chi desidera una vacanza rilassante. Il passe è molto carino, poco distante da ristoranti, supermecati. A pochi minuti si trova un paese più grande dove è possibile trovare supermecati,negozi, bar ecc... La signora Angela è molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha dato tante informazioni utili per la nostra permanenza.

Just the place in itself was more beautiful. I'm very well, kept then the photos even let on. the view is spectacular, almost picturesque. To a point you feel like you're dreaming when you wake up. i myself did not have a car and they helped me with groceries a couple times which is above and beyond what I ever expected, it was very gracious of them. Any questions that I had were answered very promptly and very politely. i never felt that it was a bother to write them if I had a question about local activities etc. i found almost everyone there very polite and helpful and anything that I needed or wanted to ask. The place is truly tranquil and I do miss staying there very much. doing that trip by myself. I was pretty much terrified, but I felt right at home once.I settled in. And the feeling of being rightRight at home was something that I needed, and it's something I think everyone on a holiday needs. I do highly recommend this place.And I intend to go back as soon as I can. 👍

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und unkompliziert in die Wohnung eingeführt: Reichlich Wasser und Kaffee standen für uns bereit. 2 Balkone (Nordwest bzw. um Eck Nordost mit Blick aufs Meer, Südwest bzw. Südost ums Eck mit Blick auf die Bergketten) luden ein, das Frühstück, ein Sonnenbad oder den Abendausklang zu genießen. Die Einrichtung ließ keinen Wunsch offen (s. Beschreibung). Hunde, Katzen, Hühner in der Nachbarschaft vermitteln ein ländliches Flair. Fabrizio Piccolo war für uns der Ausgangspunkt für viele kurzweilige Unternehmungen (Nahbereich: Rossano und Corigliano - enge Altstädte in Hanglage, Sibari mit dem Archäologischen Park; Fernbereich: Camigliatello Silano im herrlichen Sila-Nationalpark). Ein Auto ist für das Quartier empfehlenswert, genügend Parkraum steht am Haus, gelegen an einer Sackgasse, zur Verfügung. Der Abschied, unkompliziert arrangiert, fiel uns schwer.

Ubytování bylo čisté a útulně zařízené. Bylo patrné, že se majitelé snaží o co největší pohodlí hostů (klimatizace, otočné větráky, bábovičky na písek pro děti, .) Komunikace s Davidem i Adélou probíhala bez problémů, ocenili jsme jejich podrobný manuál, který jsme měli po ruce po celou dobu dovolené (mimo trasy k ubytování a provozních věcí jsme v něm hledali i tipy na výlety). Oba dva hostitelé byli v komunikaci aktivní a trpělivě odpovídali na naše otázky. Děkujeme, budeme se rádi vracet.
