The house is placed 5 kilometers away from the closest town, Portoscuso. There is a private entrance with relative parking secured by the main gate. The pool is in operation 24/7, laundry and kitchen at the guests disposal. Two bedrooms: the main bedroom with a double bed and a small bedroom with 2 single beds. A large bathroom with 2 basins, toilet bowl, shower, bidet and jacuzzi bath. All the equipment is necessary to cook available in the house. Wi-fi is available. TV and radio available.

L'appartamento si trova a circa 200m dalle fermate delle principali linee bus, 1km dalla stazione dei treni di Piazza Matteotti che in circa 10 minuti vi porterà all'aeroporto di Elmas ed a circa 500m dalla fermata metro di Piazza Repubblica.
