très bon accueil de Mirka (en français) dans cette résidence très bien située pour explorer les dolomites. belles randonnées au départ de la résidence où virées en vélo électrique mis gratuitement à disposition. L espace bien être est un beau plus après une journée sportive. Prestations au top (ménage quotidien, viennoiseries le matin…) et excellent rapport qualité prix. Garage en sous sol spacieux. Nous avons passé de très belles vacances ! merci Mirka !

L'alloggio si trova a Pera, a circa metà della Val di Fassa, cosicché tutta la valle risulta facilmente raggiungibile; la posizione appena rientrata rispetto alla strada ne assicura la tranquillità: di notte non si sente alcun rumore. L'appartamento è pulitissimo e veramente molto confortevole: non mi era mai capitato di non sentire la mancanza di niente, non di un attacapanni in camera o in bagno, dove tutto è a portata di mano ( persino uno specchietto con ingrandimento), non un po' di spazio in più negli armadi, spaziosi e attrezzati di tutto punto. Perfettamente attrezzata è anche la cucina; il letto ha un materasso molto comodo. Che dire di più? Noi ci siamo sentiti da subito a casa, in quellacasa confortevole in cui approdavamo la sera, stanchi per le escursioni a piedi sulle bellissime montagne che circondano la valle.

Lovely accommodating host and a lovely clean well furnished and modern apartment . Facilities included a sauna . The surrounding views of the Dolomites spectacular peaks from the living room of the apartment is awesome. The start of the hiking trail is just 2 minutes from the apartment . It leads uphill to one of the most amazing and breathtaking views of the Dolomites . The surrounding hillsides are dotted with farms and a magnificent church right on top of the hill !!

My husband and I stayed at Raffaella’s place for 3 nights and everything was perfect. The apartment was pristine and the views were breathtaking. Raffaella was so kind and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend!

Everything was perfect! Thank you so much for the warm welcome of Sovara Residence! Warm, clean and cosy rooms, complete kitchen, large beautiful terrace with stunning views of the mountains and green expanses. The bath, sauna, hammam we also really liked, especially the relaxation area. You can order fresh bread and rolls to your room for the morning. There is also an indoor garage, souvenir shop, breakfasts. The hostess was very friendly and helped with all our questions. We really enjoyed everything, would recommend it to everyone!

Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit. Es war alles bestens in unserer Ferienwohnung. Die Küche sowie die Zimmer waren mit allem ausgerüstet was man sich wünscht / benötigt. Samuel ist ein super netter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Unsere Fragen und Wünsche wurden sehr schnell beantwortet bzw. erfüllt. Vielen Dank an dieser Stelle noch einmal. Stayed at this apartment as a group of three. The apartment was exactly as shown in the listings. Absolutely spotless with a phenomenal view of the lake. Parking on the premises was easy, and Giovanna showed us how everything worked and helped us find restaurants that were open in the shoulder season. She even ensured that we had access to the spa facilities when we wanted to relax one afternoon. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone.

Great spot that's only a few minutes away from the main street. Easy check-in, great views, and the amenities were amazing for a slight additional cost (private spa for your group is a must!). We planned a last minute trip and Gianni was so quick to respond and so friendly. Definitely recommend staying here!

Das Appartement ist ein exzellenter Ausgangspunkt ins Val di Fassa und weiter auf die Sellaronda. Der Skibus hält nur 100 m entfernt. Das Appartement liegt an der Hauptstraße, Geschäfte und Cafés in direkter Umgebung. Es steht ein einfacher Ski-Raum zur Verfügung. Ein Highlight ist das Frühstück, das Daniela morgens nach Wunsch direkt an die Tür bringt. Das Appartement ist penibel sauber, gut ausgestattet. Sehr schickes Bad und eine schöne Infrarotwärmekabine. Die Küche ist funktional ausgerüstet. Sehr bequemes Bett. Daniela ist eine reizende Gastgeberin, hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt.

Alessandro's place is a gem if you want to visit this area of the Dolomites. The place is spotless and very modern. We visited in early September and it was slightly hot at night since the place does not have a cold air conditioner (only heating is possible). Beautiful decor and must be lovely in Winter.

Vielen Dank für diesen wundervollen Urlaub. Es war für uns einfach perfekt und wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön eingerichtet - minimalistisch und doch alles vorhanden was man braucht plus viele Details, die einen Wohlfühlfaktor bringen wie eine Kuscheldecke und Bademäntel. Besonders hat uns auch gefallen, dass viel Platz in der Garderobe für alle Skiklamotten von 4 Personen war. Die Lage ist fantastisch für den Skiurlaub: fußläufig zum Monte Pana Sessellift und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten quasi gegenüber & nebenan, Erholung in der Sauna am Abend. Wir freuen uns schon sehr auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt bei Euch! :-)

Die Lage ist malerisch: Das kleine Bergsteigerdorf ist abseits der tourisitschen Pfade. Das Haus ist sauber, hat eine Wellnessartige Dusche und Whirlpool, mitten in der Natur. Man fährt zum Passo Cibione nur 10 Minuten, dort und etwas dahinter kann man gut Essen. Wir können die Unternkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen, vor allem, wenn man Ruhe mag. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich.

In Mitten von Weinbergen, umgeben von einer wunderbaren Aussicht liegt dieses bezaubernde Anwesen, in dem man sich sofort wie zu Hause fühlt. Dario hat uns super freundlich willkommen geheißen und uns herum geführt. Er war bei Fragen für uns da und ist mega relaxed. Das liebevoll gebaute und eingerichtete Haus bietet alles, was man braucht und nach einem langen Tag, kann man noch in der Sauna abschalten. Im UNESCO Weltkulturerbe Prosecco haben wir zu 5. für 4 Tage zwischen den Jahren fast die Welt vergessen. Von ganzem Herzen sagen wir Dankeschön für deine Gastfreundlichkeit lieber Dario und wünschen dir ein gutes und gesundes neues Jahr. Susi, Winni, Michel, Ramona und Isabell.

Our stay was truly memorable, with stunning mountain views and winter activities everywhere. The location was incredibly convenient and just a short walk to the supermarket, which made cooking meals easy. The host’s attention to detail was exceptional, with thoughtful touches that made the space feel like home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would love to return!

We had a very nice time in the apartments. Everything was very clean, modernly furnished, we especially liked the large bathroom, the possibility to sleep comfortably and the beautiful view from the window. When staying for several days, you have to take into account that there are no shops in the immediate area and the only cooking options are the microwave oven, so you have to be creative. If you have a chance, I definitely recommend visiting their restaurant right there on the first floor, a charming atmosphere and food that we will remember for a long time.
