There are not words for our wonderful stay at Daniele and Barbara's house. It's a whole family affair, with both parents taking care of us and the house. You can tell they all have the kindest souls and did their best to make us feel welcome and at home even with the language barrier! The house was very clean and had a beautiful view - I've never seen a more beautiful sunrise, honestly. The driveway is steep but we made it up just fine in our 9 passenger van. It is easy to find and it is very easy to access the downtown area. There are a lot of grocery options nearby and restaurants, as well. We tried to take the train one day but couldn't find parking - just a warning if you plan to do the same (though with a smaller car, you might be fine). The house is very close to some good wineries and easy to access Greve in Chianti, which was a nice visit. The house itself had very comfortable beds, clean bathrooms and nice water pressure in the showers. I would recommend this stay to anyone!

l'alloggio come da foto è semplicemente fantastico, in ordine, pulito, ottimi servizi esterni per colazione all'aperto e stare in relax. Laura è un host disponibile e gentile che offre consigli su uscite ed escursioni da fare vicino al borgo oltre a ristoranti per provare prodotti tipici. bellissima esperienza!

This place is simply amazing and Simona is probably the best host you can find, she makes you feel like a family friend and not just a guest. She made quite q few recommendations (even after leaving her place) that really made a difference. The house, the restaurant, the staff, the surrounding area, the swimming pool, everything is like coming out of one of those films that makes you want to go to Tuscany, so authentic and aesthetic. All the details are carefully looked after and this place makes you feel exactly as you expect when you choose Tuscany. Thanks a lot Simona, we really enjoyed these days and we expect to come back in the future.

While looking for a place to stay it’s often difficult to choose. If we had known how fabulous this place was it would have been a no brainer! We all agreed that this is the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in on all of our travels. Massimiliano was a delight and so personable. He made excellent suggestions one being having a cooking lesson. If you have a chance ask for Francesca! The BEST! One last thing…we left with amazing recommendations for the next part of our trip. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! I’m a frequent Airbnb guest, in different locations around the world, and I don’t think I’ve had a better experience than here. Simone was spectacularly helpful and friendly , and the meal he made us all on one of our evenings was Michelin star standard. The villa itself was incredibly well equipped, with everything that you could ever wish for, especially in the kitchen which was so well equipped ( and I speak as someone who booked a villa in Sicily in June this year, where the kitchen was quite the opposite) The location was ideal, with a view of the Tuscan hills and the Arno valley to die for. I can’t recommend this villa, and especially Simone, more highly

На первом этаже душевая, кухня, спальня проходная, но есть выход на улицу, так что можно всем находится отдельно и дальняя спальня с собственной ванной и также с отдельным входом. На кухне есть все необходимое. На улице гриль, джакузи, теннисной стол. Особое внимание хозяину, отвечает моментально, на все просьбы реагирует доброжелательно, очень отзывчивый. Giacomo, спасибо вам большое. У нас была компания 15 чел., 9 взрослых и 5 детей, все в восторге. В округе магазины Conad и Coop в 8 мин.езды, Флоренция 50 км, много ресторанов. А природа-восторг. Подойдёт для групп людей, кто хочет отдохнуть, насладится Тосканой. От чистого сердца рекомендую.

Amanda's apartment provided a warm, comfortable, and well-appointed home for a month in Castiglion Fiorentino. The laundry room, large kitchen, and private outdoor space were the perfect amenities for an extended stay for a couple. Part way through our trip, we had friends rent the attached apartment and we opened the adjoining doors so we could play cards in front of the fire in the evenings. Amanda arranged occasional cleanings during our stay, as well as organizing cars to/from the train station on our arrival and departure. This is a beautiful, safe, and walkable hill town with fantastic restaurants, museums, churches, and shops that were open even in the off season. The people, town, and food were warm and wonderful. We began Italian language lessons while there and became regulars at the Cafè Le Logge with its incredible view. We took regular daytrips by train to Arezzo or Florence, and by bus or car to Cortona and Chiusi. We could have stayed a month longer! Amanda was amazing!

This small old house in the 12th-13th century medieval village is tastefully furnished and excellently equipped. We think the two bathrooms are a big bonus, it was very useful for us. In addition, we would highlight the equipment of the kitchen and the quality of the bed mattresses.The host lady lives right next to the accomodation, a few steps away, which gives security. She was very flexible and patient with our late arrival. You can only park a little further from the house, but it seemed safe and a short walk would not hurt.Overall, we recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, romantic stay.
