Well-managed, meticulously maintained property. The staff were all very competent, warm and welcoming. I appreciated the “heads up” from Francesco on the long dirt road approach; arriving at dusk would have been anxious. A terrific experience. Would definitely recommend.

From the moment we arrived at Matteo’s house we were amazed! The peaceful gardens and beautiful house felt like the perfect Tuscany oasis! Matteo was so kind and informative, we could have talked to him all day! The entire experience here was so pleasant and we already can’t wait to come back! We cannot recommend this place enough!

We couldn’t be more happy with our stay at Raffaella’s!! She and her husband Claudio were both incredibly friendly and helpful, and they were so enjoyable to be around. They were very accommodating, flexible, and easy to communicate with. They helped us with directions and had many recommendations. The space was very clean, and they had every convenience to make our stay easy and homey. We were particularly impressed with the bathroom! It was updated, very clean, and had a nice shower. We also appreciated the filtered water system for cooking and bathing. The other highlight was the view off of the balcony! We had scheduled to be out most of the day, but it would have been the perfect spot to stay in and relax- soaking in the Tuscan countryside. The homemade breakfast was delicious!! Our only regret is that our trip was too short!! We wish we could have stayed there longer and spent more time with them! They were a wealth of knowledge and truly beautiful people.

Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt. Der leckere Wein, eine gefüllte Obstschale sowie Käse und Wurst zur Begrüßung haben uns sehr gefallen. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft schön und man kann die Ruhe genießen. Es eignet sich als Ausgangspunkt für Tagesausflüge in die Umgebung. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sabrina ist eine super freundliche und Hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt und die Gegend sehr genossen. Totale Empfehlung für diese Unterkunft!

Bellissima esperienza. l'alloggio è raggiungibile attraverso una strada sterrata ed a tratti un po' ripida e stretta, ma comunque ben tenuta e percorribile in auto, la location vale decisamente il viaggio. Paesaggio splendido, immerso nella natura e molto tranquillo. Alloggio molto particolare, un'insieme di elementi rustici e moderni che lo rende molto accogliente e piacevole. Host davvero disponibili e gentili. Potendo, torneremo sicuramente ❤️

Das Haus ist wunderbar, ein altes Steinhaus, liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Trotz des kalten Wetters war es kuschelig warm. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön, wir konnten direkt vom Haus aus in die toskanische Landschaft mit herrlichem Ausblick wandern.

This place is set in beautiful surroundings and is very quiet. You do have to drive to everything so you will need a car. Sunset is magical.

So good place to relax in quite and beautiful place. Location and views are amazing. You can reach nice place by car pretty easy. Hosts are very hospital and friendly.

We were a New York City family of 3 adults and two children. Our stay was 6 days. Andrea and Armando were exceptional hosts! This is a large, professionally managed property with many different apartment villas. They made excellent restaurant, activity, and wine tasting recommendations. They responded quickly and politely to every inquiry (we have a thread of 50 emails before and during our trip). We even met the owner of the winery who was super kind and accommodating. They speak perfect English. Before arrival, they provided a high chair and infant crib at no charge. I cannot thank them enough for how hospitable and kind they were. The villas are very nice and rustic. We had a large fridge, coffee machine (with ground coffee at no charge), dishwasher, access to free laundry, and parking. Modern fixtures were available. Showers were hot and functional. Didn’t notice any serious bugs, which is impressive for wine country. Plates and silverware were also on site. You can request housekeeping when you need it. Wine tasting is a must. They have delicious Chianti Classico. Also recommend the meat and cheese tasting. Beyond their delicious wines, they recommended other wineries, which were wonderful. We were there for a week and frequented recommended casual restaurants La Barca (5 minute drive) and Pizzeria Napolitana [sp] (13 minute drive). A wonderful recommendation was Laconda del Tartufo. There is a small supermarket 8 mins away by car, which has everything you need for breakfast, snacks, bottled water, etc. They also booked a truffle hunt on the premises—one of the most memorable experiences our kids had. Siena is 23 mins by car. We had to take a taxi one time and they scheduled everything for us. Highly recommend staying at this location. We loved it.

Perfect Stay in Tuscany! Our stay at this flat in Arbia was absolutely perfect! The location is ideal—quiet and peaceful yet close enough to Siena and other charming Tuscan towns. The flat was sparkling clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience, offering excellent local tips and being readily available for any questions. The views from the property are breathtaking, giving you a true taste of the Tuscan countryside. We especially appreciated the cozy atmosphere and the thoughtful touches throughout the home. It felt like a true home away from home. We can’t recommend this flat enough for anyone looking to explore Tuscany in comfort and style. We’ll definitely be back!

Wir haben drei Nächte unserer Toskana-Rundreise hier verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ruhige Umgebung, Supermarkt gleich um die Ecke, Wohnung tadellos sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Toll für Ausflüge ins Casentino. Wir würden jederzeit sehr gerne wiederkommen. Vielen Dank auch für die Frühstücks-Leckereien!

L'appartement est situé dans un joli village un peu isolé et sans magasins de proximité. Pas trop loin de la route du Chianti. Appartiennent très agréable avec des vues magnifiques. L'appartement est bien aménagé. Il y manque une machine à laver le linge et un lave-vaisselle sinon l'appartement est complet. Le chauffage est très efficace quand vous en avez besoin. Internet lent et instable.

We loved our stay and hope to return to explore more of Tuscany. Truly beautiful surroundings and view. So relaxing and peaceful, and the host and other employees are so kind. Delicious homemade food for breakfast, and we recommend the dinner at least once! One thing to note: if you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs because you can hear the other guests coming/going from the shared hallway (especially if other guests have small children). But with earplugs, it’s perfectly fine! Most everyone was quiet and respectful of the peaceful tranquility in the area. Truly a beautiful time and place in Tuscany 🩷

Alloggio stupendo in posizione isolata sulla cima di una collina con una vista a 360 gradi sulle colline senesi e della val d'orcia; un piccolo gioiello che mette pace e serenità per tutto il soggiorno. Camere e bagno spaziosi e forniti di tutto. Totalmente consigliato!

The Airbnb felt just like home. We absolutely loved it. Everything was super clean, the view was amazing, and everyone we came across was so kind. The host is incredibly, genuinely kind — the kind of person you just wish the best for. He replies quickly, gives clear directions, and the place is really easy to find. Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

che dire… Semplicemente fantastico. Siamo stati 2 giorni in paradiso, in un oasi di verde circondata da un bosco incantevole. Il tutto condito da un host eccezionale, che ci accolti e molto cordiale e simpatica. Un plus sono Attila e Alma, i due cagnoloni, con i quali abbiamo stretto amicizia e siamo andati in giro nei boschi ad esplorare e giocare con loro. Se cercate una pausa dalla città, portatevi cibo, posate la macchina e dimenticatevi di tutto il resto. Consigliatissimo!

Esperienza ottima. La stanza veramente graziosa, fornita di tutto il necessario e soprattutto... pulitissima. Rosy è stata un host eccezionale e ha fornito indicazioni precise sulle regole della casa e sulla sua posizione. La struttura è appena fuori dal centro storico di Arezzo ed in posizione strategica per visitare Firenze e Siena. super consigliata.

Matteo en Serena zijn vriendelijke mensen die graag voor je klaarstaan. De kamer (en badkamer) was betaalbaar en erg schoon. Het verdient de aanbeveling om tenminste 1 keer met hen samen te eten: erg gezellig en Matteo is een goede kok. Het is een rustige omgeving, dat heeft voor- en nadelen. De afstanden zijn best groot, een auto is noodzakelijk. Als je het platteland van Toscane wilt ontdekken is dit super geschikt.
