Massimo and his family added so much to our stay in Italy. He was friendly and kind and on top of his eagerness to help he delivered fresh home made wine for us to enjoy. The home was clean and tidy. The view from every window was breathtaking and the sound of the birds made for a relaxing and peaceful stay. I hope to stay in Massimo's home when I return to Italy.....Big thumbs up!

Wat een fijne plek! De woning was schoon, de kamers ruim en we genoten van de prachtige natuur in de omgeving. Ook de privacy was top – heerlijk rustig. Eigenlijk was het enige nadeel dat we maar één nacht hadden geboekt. We hadden graag langer willen blijven! Giannina is een top host!

Stefanos Unterkunft war ein absolutes Highlight! Der Pool und der Whirlpool waren perfekt zum Entspannen, und die Lage könnte kaum besser sein. Die Wohnung war super sauber und sehr komfortabel, und Stefano war ein hervorragender Gastgeber. Meine Freunde und ich sind uns sicher dass Stefanos Unterkunft das beste Air BnB ist, in dem wir je waren! Sehr empfehlenswert!

abbiamo trascorso una settimana nell'alloggio di Antonella ed è stata una settimana fantastica. L'appartamento è spazioso,pulito, ordinato,non manca nulla! il contesto del residence è comodissimo sia per la spiaggia che per i dintorni,la zona è meravigliosa e vale la pena visitarla. Antonella è stata ospitale,ci è venuta incontro per gli orari di check-in e checkout, è sempre stata disponibile. Consiglio a tutti questa località e soprattutto l'appartamento di Antonella,sono state delle vacanze bellissime e sicuramente torneremo!

De casa is een geweldig huis, met alles wat nodig is. Veel privacy en prachtig uitzicht. Nicolien, Tom en Sophie zijn geweldige gastvrouwen/heer. Ze zijn vriendelijk en zeer geïnteresseerd in hun gasten. Bovendien hebben ze veel suggesties voor de omgeving, zowel cultureel als digestief. Van harte aanbevolen. Grote dank Theo en Alice

Pure Erholung im Olivenhain! Wir haben einen sehr erholsamen, traumhaft schönen Urlaub in der Villa Claudia verbracht. Die Villa liegt umgeben von Olivenbäumen, einem Feigenbaum und weiteren Obstbäume als auch Agaven, erhöht, wodurch man einen tollen Blick auf die Landschaft hat, inmitten der Natur und sehr privat (nachts ist dies etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig - vor allem als Stadtmensch - da man tatsächlich keine Nachbarn hat, sondern nur Natur). Mit dem Auto erreicht man innerhalb weniger Minuten die Ortschaft San Lorenzo in Campo, in der es verschiedene kleinere Supermärkte als auch Cafés gibt. Der Salzwasser-Pool, den wir jeden Tag zum Schwimmen und Abkühlen nutzten, war unser Highlight. Die Villa ist eigentlich ein rustikales Landhäuschen mit allem, was dazu gehört. Die gesamte Villa war super sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Im Obergeschoss gab es Klimaanlagen in allen Schlafzimmern, aber nicht im Untergeschoss bzw. Wohnzimmer, Küche, ...(dort stand ein Ventilator zur Verfügung).

Sehr schöne, ruhige Umgebung. Tolles Haus, mit dem Notwendigsten ausgestattet. Waschmaschine ist super. Ein gutes Restaurant ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. In 15 Minuten mit dem Auto ist man im nächstgrößeren Ort mit Einkaufszentrum etc. sowie am Meer. Ohne Auto ist es jedoch schwierig Unternehmungen zu planen. Preis/Leistung ist top und die Gastgeberin sehr hilfsbereit und nett.

Filippo is very friendly person, he was still on the phone. He gives to us good tips. We were feeling on his house as in our home. Vila is cosy place, with huge garden. Everything was clean and enough towels were prepared for us. The best was view from home. Also Filippo cleans the swimming pool every evenening, therefore the pool is in great condition. Also we can reccomend a great restaurant Montecucco approx. 600metres from villa. I can very reccomend this accomodation ;-)

Soggiorno speciale nell'appartamento spaziosissimo di Lucia, con un bel giardino e vista mozzafiato sulle colline del Conero. Inizialmente la forte personalità della casa ci ha un po' spiazzato, ma siamo stati accolti da Gigliola (mamma di Lucia) con grande gentilezza. Posizione strategica per mare (15-20 minuti) e bellissime escursioni (Loreto, Sirolo, Passo del Lupo). Tornare in questa "casa" dopo le nostre giornate è stato un vero piacere. Grazie Lucia! Pour la Casa Colorata, nous n'avons que des éloges ! La maison est spacieuse, très propre et bien située sur une colline ; le paysage de la campagne des Marches tout autour est superbe. Loretta l'a décorée avec amour et l'a équipée en tout, dans le plus petit détail. Nous avons passé des beaux jours ensoleillés entourés des animaux, des fleurs et des oliviers - l'huile produit par Loretta est exquis. Nous reviendrons sans aucune hésitation !

Casa veramente all'altezza delle aspettative, molto spaziosa e luminosa. Elio un host veramente all'altezza. Montelupone un posto bellissimo tra le colline marchigiane....e poi i carciofi 🤪🤪

Siamo stati in questo posto meraviglioso con i nostri due cagnolini e siamo stati benissimo. La casa è come in foto, comoda e rustica come ci si aspetta. L’esterno molto grande e recintato, perfetto per chi ha animali. La posizione è panoramica e il giardino molto godibile, anche per mangiare all’aperto. La casa è facile da trovare e ben collegata a tantissimi borghi stupendi. In 10/15 minuti si arriva al mare e in una ventina a Senigallia. Lucio e Edwin sempre gentilissimi e disponibili. Ci hanno consigliato bei posti da visitare e ottimi ristoranti:) Nella zona si mangia divinamente sia carne che pesce, si beve ottimo vino ovunque. E’ stata una settimana rilassante tra colline verdi, mare e belle persone. Consigliatissimo ❤️

Great stay! The place was clean and exactly as described. It was such a relief to have paid parking available on-site, which made everything super convenient. Raffaelle was incredibly responsive and friendly, quick to reply and very helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Thank you, Leandro! Nice stay. Not very far from the main beaches, also like 30 min by bus from Ancona. The place is very clean and just in the centre. 5 min from everything: cafes, a supermarket, 20 min from portonovo. Sirolo is a nice cozy village, with lots of stuff going on during summer, like a local art and craft market, evening dance in the park, concerts, etc. Lovely place to stay. I highly recommend. PS there is a slight problem with the internet. But it's everywhere in Le Marche region. I guess because of the mountains or whatever. But it was not a problem for us. It was vacation, after all :)

Appartamento grazioso vicinissimo alla spiaggia, con posto auto, molto comodo perché si raggiunge tutto a piedi o con le navette gratuite. Maria Luisa è stata gentilissima e disponibile alle nostre richieste. Molto raccomandato per tutti quelli che vogliono passare qualche giorno di relax lungo la Riviera del conero

The view the view bloody hell this view is gorgeous. Better than any Tuscan hillside I’ll tell you that. What’s more Paolo and his whole family with their Italian charm made us feel connected to Le Marche. Beautiful lakes nearby & incredible beaches in the national park an hour away in the ancona province. Notable restaurants to recommend would be: Bar-Chiosco-Trattoria Valleverde at a nearby lake or ristorante dal Silvio which is where the best beaches are. We finished the trip with a pizza night using Paolos oven. The whole family came as well as our neighbours from Milan. Great place definitely recommend 💎❤️❤️

Tolles Haus! Wer gerne Ruhe hat findet das hier. Marco ist total nett und hilfsbereit! Er hat ein äußerst gepflegtes Haus. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche! Bei Anreise sollte man genügend Verpflegung dabei haben damit man über die ersten Tage kommt. Man fährt doch Landesteils 20 Minuten zum Einkaufen . Danke Maco. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Magnifique logement dans une résidence adorable . La piscine est incroyable La maison est très confortable. Parfaite même en cas de jour de pluie ! Debbie est très réactive et sympathique . Je recommande vivement ce logement 😊

Bellissimo alloggio su due piani in centro a Gualdo Tadino. Siamo stati accolti dal marito di Donatella che ci ha aspettato nonostante fossimo in forte ritardo causa traffico. È stato un peccato fermarci solo una notte. Grazie ancora per tutto e alla prossima!!!

Questa è la terza volta che torniamo sulla costa del conero e siamo felicissimi di questa scelta. La casa è molto confortevole ma siamo stati quasi sempre nel bellissimo giardino con vista mare, fresco e ventilato anche nei giorni di caldo grazie alla posizione elevata rispetto al mare. La comoda spiaggia di Marcelli dista pochi minuti d'auto ma se si desidera un pó d'avventura sono moltissime le spiagge più selvaggie a poca distanza.

This house is a real gem, in a small and quiet lovely Italian village. Where can you found a holiday house like this? Bravo Annamaria! Very clean and they came cleaning even during our stay! Ideally located between green nature and the sea. In August it can get really hot, for us to hot. So you should be able to handle hot temperatures! Luckily you can reach within 5 minutes the marmiti dei giganti, to have a swim in a beautifull scenery, or drive a little further to the furlo pass. In the house there are 3 beautifull bathrooms, so enough space for everybody to have a nice shower or bath. In the village you must visit the café/ restaurant Da Guidobaldi , such a nice place/ garden a little up in the village, easy by foot, small climb at stairs, with overlook at the village. Make a reservation in advance.

We had a wonderful stay at Gabriele's! The house is spacious and comfortable, perfect for our family of five. April weather was chilly, but the cozy fireplace kept us warm. The surrounding area is breathtaking, with plenty to explore nearby. You can easily reach the Furlo Gorge for scenic trekking or visit beautiful beaches like Spiaggia Mezzavalle and Spiaggia di Fiorenzuola di Focara. Mornings are ideal for a run or hike in the picturesque countryside. The fenced backyard is a great feature, offering a safe space for our kids and pet to play and relax. If traveling with young children, note the steep stairs in the house. We recommend bringing a baby gate or planning how to restrict access for safety. Gabriele is an incredibly welcoming and kind host. While he doesn’t speak English, communication was seamless using Google Translate. His hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we highly recommend this charming home for a memorable family getaway!

Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir von Laura sehr freundlich empfangen. Sie hat uns direkt das Haus gezeigt und uns sofort viele tolle Tipps für Unternehmungen und Restaurants in der Umgebung genannt. Das Haus ist ein absoluter Traum. Es ist sehr sauber und alles ist top gepflegt. Die Veranda und der Garten sind wunderschön angelegt mit tollem Blick auf den Ort und die Natur. Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen und wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Restaurants sowie die schönen, kleinen Nachbarorte sind alle super mit dem Auto oder sogar zu Fuß zu erreichen. Laura ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Sie hatte sehr viele wertvolle Tipps für uns, die unseren Urlaub unvergesslich machten ! Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder und freuen uns jetzt schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch ! Wir können die Casale di Laura nur wärmstens empfehlen !!
