We had a wonderful,albeit brief stay. We wish we had at least 1 more day! The trails were absolutely adorable and our dog had a blast exploring them. We all slept incredibly well and it was the perfect spot for an overnight stay. Our host was great with communication, extremely friendly and helpful upon arrival. We can’t wait to go back and enjoy another stay!

Was as described, we really only stayed over night after a night out, but it was easy check in and check out. Street parking was a little crowded but we found a spot close by. Thanks!

The tent and site was great! There was plenty of room for our dogs to run around and for us to relax. Our pup loved swimming in the little pond and running the trails! We were very unprepared for the rain so we didn’t get to enjoy the outdoors as much as we liked but we took a short 45 minute drive to Newport to occupy our day instead! Be sure to bring your own food as there are not a ton of options for restaurants in the area but the site is equipped with a really cool over the fire grill! Also be sure not to get the Pines and the Ferns confused as there are two sites in the property! Overall it was a great weekend!

Yolanda's Place was a perfect little get away for a couple of nights in Providence. It was super clean; the linens were soft, and the kitchen was supplied with all the necessary items one would need for a quick getaway. I would visit Yolanda's again!! It has a really nice outdoor deck, although we were there in chilly wet weather, it is a great space for nicer weather.

Clean house, looks like the pictures. Debra was very responsive and provided a bunch of recommendations in the area. I was in the area for a baby shower so did not get to explore too much.

Joel and his husband were very nice. We weren't there long (1 night and gone most of the time) so our interaction was short but it was very nice. Joel was home when we arrived so he showed us around and as we left we had a great conversation with his husband. I wish we had more time to chat and get to know them better, they seem like really great people. Would definitely stay here again.

Great host! We had a couple small hiccups but were well taken care of. The rental is huge, it appears to be freshly re done. Beds were more comfy than the average hotel room, furniture was comfortable.

My friend and I stayed here after the Providence marathon. Was a great place to catch up on some rest after the race. Would stay again!
