We renovated our basement to be a private in-law suite for our mother, with its own entrance (in 2024!) She’s not able to use our 2 bed unit anymore, so we’ve listed it on Airbnb! The space is a thoughtfully designed and decorated apt with privacy in a quiet area, with all the amenities you may need. Our goal is that you’d always feel comfortable, safe, and peaceful!

There is a grocery store five minutes away, a Dollar General within walking distance as well as CVS. Bryant University is 15 minutes away and less than 30 minutes from JWU, RISD, Brown University. Providence is 20 minutes away and it is also less than 30 minutes to Gillette Stadium and the Xfinity Center.

Come stay at our magical tiny house with a yellow door! A lovely retreat tucked away with an equally magical garden. Our tiny was built for family and dear friends to come and enjoy Providence, and all the surrounding wonders. When it’s not shared with our family and friends we open it up here. It’s what Airbnb was when it first started, just regular folks opening up their spaces for people who love traveling and exploring or who might be curious about tiny house living.

Comfy queen bed + sofa bed, private bath, Apple TV. Great for long-term guests and weekend visitors. Backyard, grill, laundry available but shared with house. Potential basement storage for long-term stays. Ceilings are low in places, may not be comfortable for taller than 6'.

Located in historic Smith Hill, this open floor plan 3rd floor walkup penthouse apartment with private entrances, bath and chef’s kitchen is conveniently close to Brown, RISD, PC, RI College, Down-city, hospitals, Providence Place, Amtrak/MBTA Station, and I-95. Sleeps 2 with one queen bed, full convertible futon and single futon. Off-street parking for 1 compact to mid-sized vehicle. Parking is “tight” for larger vehicles.
