Everything brand newly done and just finished, there are oak floors, lovely high ceilings and windows all around, meaning the apartment is lovely and light. Being on the corner it is dual aspect. There's a little balcony where you can have your morning coffee looking out over a roof garden opposite. There is a smart TV and free Wifi. In the generous sized bathroom there is both a beautiful stone clad shower & a claw footed bath for luxurious soaking as well as lots of cupboard space and a dressing table. The 53m2 loft is ideal for either one person travelling alone, a couple or two friends. There is a king sized bed up in the bedroom on the mezzanine level. There is also a brand new good sized sofa bed in the living room, although be aware that if you have guests sleeping on it they will have to cross the corner of the bedroom upstairs to use the bathroom - so really only recommended if you are good friends or family. Smart TV, Apple TV, Wifi, hairdryer, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, cooker + induction hob, washer/dryer, dishwasher, kettle, Mitsubishi air conditioning and heating, fridge/freezer, iron & ironing board, umbrella ( it usually rains during the film festival at some point!). There is the exit to a public car park ( Parking Ferrage) literally opposite the front door of the building - 1st hour of parking free and better parking rates if staying for several days or weeks. ( for example: €54.50 for 4 days or €84.80 for 10 days ). There is a little beauty salon just further down the alley from the apartment, for massages, facials, manicures and treatments. We live only half an hour away so are always on hand to help or advise. We can meet you at the bus stop or the station if you need us to take you to the apartment and can recommend all sorts of things to see and do. The apartment is located near the port off Rue Meynardier, a cobbled street lined with charming shops, cafes, and restaurants. Walk to Marche Forville for an array of grocery options. Walk to Palais des Festivals in 2 minutes, or to the beach in 8. The apartment is superbly located for congress and festivals being within about two minutes walk from the Palais des festivals and is also brilliantly located for transport. A couple of hundred yards from both the train station, the bus depot, a taxi rank and also from the express bus to Nice Airport. You can easily walk to the beaches, the Croisette, the Palais, the Suquet and the Port in just a minute or two. There is the exit to a public car park ( Parking Ferrage) literally opposite the front door of the building - 1st hour of parking free and better parking rates if staying for several days or weeks. ( for example: €54.50 for 4 days or €84.80 for 10 days ) The apartment is on the 3rd ( top ) floor of a small building ( Three flats including ours ). There is no lift - although the stair flights are wide and short so it doesn't feel too bad at all. Unfortunately therefore not suitable for wheelchairs. PLEASE NOTE: The property is not to be used for parties. Neighbours have been instructed notify local authorities if they experience loud noise or disruption to this quiet pocket of the village. An exclusive house in the very heart of one of France most famous wine village. All the comfort of a stylish contemporary home with the charm of an old village house. Relax in a very private courtyard with a pool, 3 sun decks with partly shaded areas or entertain friends and family around the BBQ area. The interior features a spacious open plan ground floor with kitchen, dining and lounge. The first floor comprise a guests bedroom with queen size bed, a bathroom and toilet and a kids dorm sleeping 6. A foldable baby cot is also available in the house. On the second floor is a luxurious loft retreat with a king size bed, en suite bathroom with a shower and a bath, a separate toilet and a spacious private terrace overlooking the village and the valley with views of the Mont Ventoux. The house is decorated simply with vintage furniture and quirky pieces. The entire house and studio (depending on the number of guests). My family lives close by and is available to assist our guests with any issue. Chateauneuf-du-Pape is a classic provençal village where one of France's best wines is produced. From the sound of the church bells marking the hour to taking a stroll to the bakery for fresh croissants at breakfast time, soak up village life. We recommend having your own vehicle (car, motorcycle or bicycle) to take full advantage of the place and its surroundings Chateauneuf-du-Pape is a classic Provençal village where one of France's best wines is produced. From the sound of the church bells marking the hour to taking a stroll to the bakery for fresh croissants at breakfast time, soak up village life. The house provides a great base to explore the greater region and places like Avignon, Arles, the Luberon, Mount Ventoux, etc.

In the historical and pedestrian center of Saint-Remy-de-Provence, the apartment is located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of a 19th-century building. Discover classically Provençal bars, shops, and restaurants, all within a 3-minute walk. Visiting and living inside the St-Remy village is relished just by walk, at the discretion of the historic streets. The car is necessary to visit the surrounding Provence sites. When in St-Remy, park it at the parking of Liberation, free 24/7 and just 2 to 3 minutes by walk from/to the apartment.
