Casa Amena, suspended between the sky and the sea, located on the hill of “Neso” (Oneso) which overlooks the town of Lacco Ameno, worldwide famous for its thermal waters. It is near the ancient Villa Zavota which now is known as Villa Parodi Delfino. Giuseppe Garibaldi, stayed there in 1884 to recover with the aid of the thermal waters from the wounds suffered during the battle of Aspromonte. Our House offers small apartments, completely furnished suitable for families. - living room equipped with a with kitchen corner . - master bedroom - spacious bathroom with shower -lush mediterranean garden: lawn/ solarium/barbecue, vegetable garden, fruit trees, citrus trees and vineyard over 2000 m2 The furnishings are functional, modern and well looked after -the kitchen is fully equipped in order to fix your own breakfast or other meals -parking available for motorbikes and cars -Our House is located in a very quiet spot however it is only 5 min on foot from the town of Lacco Ameno, with its thermal spas, shops, beaches, the marina and museums. Casa Lolò è immersa nel verde di Solchiaro, il promontorio più a sud di ‪Procida‬, dove il sole tramonta nel mare. E' perfetta per gli amanti del relax, della natura e delle passeggiate. La casa è composta da una spaziosa camera da letto, un soggiorno con cucina a vista e divano letto, un bagno con doccia e una stanzetta a parte con lavanderia. Un'ampia terrazza affaccia su un orto a picco sul mare di fronte all'isolotto di Vivara, riserva naturale di rara bellezza, e all'isola di Ischia.

Situato sul Corso principale di Lacco Ameno, e’formato da una camera da letto matrimoniale, poltrona letto, bagno, cucina. L'ampio terrazzo panoramicissimo, dal quale ammirare il porto di lacco ameno e il suo "fungo", è attrezzato per potervi cenare e sdraiarsi al sole. Basta scendere le scale di casa per avere tutto a disposizione; spiagge, fermata bus, taxi, parcheggio, supermarket, bar, ristoranti, shopping, e a meno di 1km la splendida baia di S. Montano e il Museo di Pithecusae.

Casa Procidana come una volta, al centro del porto di marina grande,dove affaccia ad una meravigliosa vista che va da capo miseno a punta faro. L'appartamento conserva tutte le caratteristiche delle abitazioni Procidane di un tempo, in modo da potervi far immedesimare in un luogo storico dell isola. Dal balcone è possibile apprezzare lo spettacolo di luci che illumina la baia Procidana. Caratteristiche invece le paranze che giorno dopo giorno preparano le reti per uscire in mare.

Newly refurbisced cozy apartment within a controlled traffic zone ,a minutes's walk from the sea.It has a wonderful view of the Aragonese Castle, the bay of Saint Anna and of Capri. The apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen/living room area and a laundry room. And it also has a spacius balcony wich surrounds the house and where you can have breakfast and sunbathe. It has all the mod cons: Wi-fi, tv, air condictioning, a fridge, and oven a washing

casa da maria ...a due passi dal mare

L'appartamento è a due passi dal mare, dalla spiaggia della chiaiolella, dove si può godere del sole dall'alba al tramonto!Nei dintorni sono presenti tutti i principali servizi dal ristorante al supermercato passando per tanti altri negozietti . La casa è inoltre collegata molto bene con tutte le altre zone dell'isola. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, chi viaggia per lavoro, famiglie (con bambini) e amici pelosi (animali domestici).
