One of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had..hands down. The space is peaceful, spacious, and perfect for both relaxing and working. Kimberly and her husband were great hosts… flexible, respectful, and easy to communicate with. The energy at the property was exactly what we needed, and my guests couldn’t stop talking about how nice everything was. If you’re looking for a professional, comfortable, and clean spot with good vibes, this is it. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Tam’s place was perfect for our trip to DC with our dog. The yard was fully fenced, and the house was quiet and comfortable.

Cute cabin and not too far out from the city! Loved the privacy of the space and it looked exactly like the photos. Host was very communicative and responsive and amenities were accurate! A few minor “Cons”… 2 full bathrooms but one of them is inside the main room upstairs and the downstairs bathroom door doesn’t close so you either have to hold it shut while using the bathroom or put the trash can to hold the door close. I wished the snow/ice was removed from walkways and outdoor amenities so we could enjoy them! We ended buying salt to put down for the walkway to the home as it was as we didn’t have the most balanced group lol. Would’ve definitely appreciated if they took care of that beforehand. There was a significant amount of dog hair on the living room rug which was bothersome for one of my friends who had allergies but we vacuumed which helped. Overall great place to stay and will keep this place on my list for future staycations 🤗

This house and host made our trip to the Faifax area comfortable and convenient. There were spaces for working, morning yoga, and conversations, and the back deck and yard was lovely for the people and our little dog.

Muchas cosas por decir, todas buenas, Juan y su familia estuvieron siempre atentos a los diferentes requerimientos q presentáramos, fueron amables cordiales y súper atentos. Por otro lado el lugar espectacular, pasamos 10 días allí y fue espectacular, se siente calor de hogar, fue como estar en casa! Gracias a Juan y su familia por recibirnos allí! Súper recomendado.

There are so many wonderful things about this place, but ill try to be brief. The house itself is gorgeous and felt like home. It was nestled on a hill and felt very secluded and peaceful, despite being in the middle of so much to do. The walkability was incredible! Every day I walked to breakfast, lunch, dinner, and shopping. I brought my dog and its a very dog friendly area!! Lots of hiking around, as well. The town of occoquan is filled with shops and historic attractions. The host was very friendly and responsive, too! I can't say enough good things about this stay - highly recommend!

This airbnb was superb! Each of the bedrooms were clean and so nice! Plenty of pillow, blankets and great decorations all over the airbnb. The kitchen was clean and had so many cooking supplies which made it super convenient. I had an amazing relaxing time and would highly recommend it for others!

Very clean and clutter free space. Comfortable beds and good kitchen. Very responsive host. Fifteen minute walk to Tysons metro. Lots of shopping and restaurants very close by.

Spacious house, beautiful land, great pool, convenient location, great amenities, and great host. The house was large enough for 12-15 people without issue. AC was nice and cool and no issues (important for summer months). The kitchen had everything we needed and we found ourselves in the kitchen all the time. Coffee area was used frequently by us. Espresso machine is a plus. Ability to grab eggs from the coup was great for breakfast. Beds were comfortable. A LOT of beautiful land available, so if you have kids, bring soccer balls, activities, etc. We didn’t, but thanks to the pool it didn’t matter. Pool was a nice size. Not too big where you worry about the kids, but not too small so you can spread out. No umbrellas out there, so if you need shade bring some umbrellas. Luckily we had one in the car. Location is convenient. 711 five minutes away and full on shopping centers are about ten minutes away. We’re looking forward for the next time we can visit here!

Linda and Rob were so friendly and so very kind! They are such good people! The cottage is wonderfully appointed and very peaceful. We PCS’d back from overseas and stayed there for about six weeks and it was a wonderful set up for our family of four. Our dogs had plenty of space to run freely and play and our boys so enjoyed helping with the chickens! It was a wonderful experience and felt like home! We were sad to leave at the end of our stay as Linda and Rob feel like family! We will be back to visit!

Ike was such a wonderful host and the property was lovely. Quite clean and private, and the AC works great! We will be back to use the pool this summer!

My wife and I stayed for 2 days with our 2 dogs. The neighborhood and the building were nice. There is a grocery store and a Starbucks that are just a minute or two walk, which was very convenient. The apartment was nice. The kitchen could maybe use a bit of updating, but everything was clean and comfortable. The hosts were good communicators and everything went smoothly. If you're looking to bring your pets, we found the apartment and the building to work well for us. There were alot of people in the building that had pets and plenty of outdoor space to take them for walks, etc.

This was such an amazing property and the host was amazing, flexible, and I will definitely be back!!!! LOVE IT!

Very nice and comfortable place. At the end of a busy day, returning to Jodie’s place was so nice and relaxing- it actually felt like home to us. Jodie was a great host and very kind. Since there was ice and snow on the grounds, she made sure we were able to safely access/exit the apartment during our stay. I look forward to staying with Jodie on our next trip to Fairfax.

Needed a place for the night with my little dogs. This was not much more than the price of a pet friendly hotel. It was exactly as advertised in a very nice neighborhood. Close to lots of things. Would highly recommend.

Mai's place is gorgeous, it matched everything I saw when booking, but the best part is when you're actually there. Nothing better than waking up and spending a few minutes looking at the pond out back while the birds chirp. I would definitely stay here again!

Great Location, in a quiet cozy neighborhood!

My fiancé and I stayed here with our two small dogs for a weekend! This home is so beautifully decorated and the location is great, so close to everything we needed. Jennifer was very responsive and helpful as well with any questions we had prior to our stay and during. We recommend!

Large, spacious, and comfortable, in a very nice neighborhood, kitchen had lots of amenities. A few basic supplies were missing or low, but host was very quick to respond to our requests. We had a wonderful stay! We would highly recommend and would love to stay again next time we visit the area.
