Maggie’s house was perfect for our family getaway! You can’t beat this location. It was a quick walk to Eastern Market metro and tons of local shopping/dining options, yet the street was peaceful and quiet. We were able to spread out and relax as a family of three with two dogs. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. Maggie was responsive and helpful from booking and through our stay. 10/10, would book again.

We had a fantastic stay at this Georgetown Airbnb! The location was perfect, nestled in a charming, historic neighborhood, and within walking distance to its shops and restaurants. The host had local tips for dining and activities. The space was quiet and felt private, yet so close to all the action. Check-in was easy, and the home was very clean upon arrival. We particularly enjoyed the charm of this older home. Overall, this was an ideal base for exploring DC. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a blend of comfort, convenience, and local charm in Georgetown! Would definitely stay here again.

Uche our host and the Victorian Xscape home was perfect for our family vacation in Alexandria. The home was beautifully maintained, exquisitely decorated with attention to details. Uche was responsive, friendly and welcoming from beginning to end. His team even left us a bottle of wine to welcome us to the home. The home was clean, beds were comfortable, fully stocked with kitchen appliances, flatware pots , coffee maker, Nespresso maker, Instapot, pans , dinnerware which allowed us to make a beautiful family meal and make memories for years to come. He even provided us with a wonderful guide of places to visit that was family friendly. Anytime we are in the area we will be utilizing Uche properties for years to come. 5 star home and experience! Do not hesitate to select one of Uche homes for your next vacation.

This location is walkable and great for families even with restaurants nearby and we felt safe the whole time. The White House and everything to see in DC is easily walkable, or a short Uber! This townhome offers very comfortable beds/bedrooms, and awesome shower heads.

Fantastic host. Very responsive. House is fantastic. Stayed with my mother & daughter for the weekend. All of the bedrooms were clean and as described. Towels provided. Pillows were comfy :) House looks like the pics. Very clean and updated. No issues getting in/out. With 3 of us staying at the house, made it easy. We are able to use the kitchen, cable/chromecast and also the washing machine. Looking forward to coming back to DC for another trip when the Mets are in town and will 100% try to book. Our stay in DC was wonderful. The place was spacious and clean. Great location - we walked so many places but also had a car and it was never difficult to find street parking. Host was extremely communicative. We had a little bit of trouble getting in with the passcode but host resolved it ASAP. Wonderful outdoor space both inside and outside. Pictures and home descriptions are extremely detailed and accurate. Thank you to our host, it was a wonderful stay!

We had an absolutely excellent stay at Jennifer’s place! She was a responsive host, gave us recommendations and instructions were really clear. The home was clean and close to bus stops to the city. Only things I’d say is: A- the bed was really wobbly and I was a bit nervous to move on it because I did g want to wobble it further and B- it would’ve been really amazing if the front door had a covering or curtain as for a bit more privacy but overall, amazing stay!

We had a great time staying here. The location was awesome, a fun walk to the Metro via the Messianic Memorial. It was great family place, lots of room, a full kitchen (we cooked Easter Dinner there!). Couldn't have been more pleased!

Me and my husband really enjoyed our stay at Alex's great apartment and would not hesitate to book it again. The apartment is well maintained, has some great views of DC, and more importantly very close to the metro, shops and restaurants. The gym in the building and the parking was an added bonus. The building itself is located on a slight hill and there are wonderful side walks, to do that walking exercise. We highly recommend this apartment.

We had the most amazing time staying at this Airbnb for our girls' weekend. The location couldn’t have been better—walking distance to so many fantastic restaurants and bars, which made it so easy to explore and enjoy the area. The photos on the listing were spot-on; everything looked just like the pictures. We especially loved the back patio at night. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a fun getaway!

We spent 4 days site-seeing in DC and Lily's location was perfect, being just off the Richmond Hwy it was easy to get to by car. We paid an additional fee for parking under the building which was well worth it given the convenience. The Crystal City Metro station, with both the Yellow and Blue lines, was a very short walk away and could even be accessed via an underground walkway system just outside the building. Also just a block or two outside the building was a movie theatre and several bars/restaurants. Having breakfast on the 14th floor balcony was a great start each morning before heading to Metro to start the day's adventures. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay very close to family and all Capitol Hill has to offer. Two bedrooms are rare in this area. Anne was a wonderful host.

I had a great time staying at Hudsons place. It is in the perfect area, and close to many restaurants/cafes. Hudson was very responsive during my stay, which I really appreciated. I definitely recommend staying here if you are ever visiting DC!

We had a lovely stay at Elizabeth’s place. It was in a nice quiet neighbourhood, good cafe around the corner for a morning coffee and 15-20 min walk to the Capitol building. Very comfortable place to come back with all the amenities. Would recommend.

We had a lovely stay at Tom's place! Very peaceful and friendly neighborhood. We were able to take the bus downtown from a block away. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed to cook up some breakfast. Finding and getting into the apartment was easy, Tom's instructions were very clear and sent in advance of our arrival.

Great place to stay! Fit exactly the description and felt very private as well.

A heartfelt thanks to Eugene, the host, and Leah, the co-host, for making my stay wonderful. My niece and I truly enjoyed our stay, and she is planning to return with her granddaughter. As for me, I love the location and how well-maintained the area is. It’s quiet and peaceful, which I appreciate. However, my only issue was that I didn’t have enough time to stay since my niece had to go back to work on Friday. This is a wonderful place that would be especially great in the summer, as you can sit outside in the morning and enjoy your coffee/tea.

A great stay! I felt right at home at Bens place and there were grocery stores and good restaurants nearby. It was also a quick 14 minute walk to the Walter Washington Convention Center. Overall, a super comfortable space with everything you'd need for a DC stay in a trendy neighborhood. I highly recommend.

We wanted to thank you for being so accommodating with our last minute requests and working with us to make sure we had a safe and clean place near the hospital. We will definitely return and highly recommend staying here if anyone has a chance. House was in a great location. Tons of restaurants within walking distance and we thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at Maketto.

Perfect stay in DC with a view of the Capitol. Easy to reach, plenty of „free“ parking, plenty of space in the apartment and everything in walking distance. Liz was easy to chat with and flexible with check in/out. We will Come back for another DC visit.

Our trip was nothing short of amazing! Our first time in DC and we couldn’t be more satisfied with our stay. George was an amazing helpful host. Israel place was perfect. It was waking distance to many great venues, like the Nationals Stadium, the Bible museum & the White House even. It had great amenities, water, snacks, coffee & even wine. Israel was responsive. The parking we thought might be a problem but it worked out perfectly because he was able to give us a temp permit.
