Had a wonderful 2 nights staying in the cottage on a working farm. It felt really peaceful but was also only a 5-10 min drive to Ruthin. We stayed here so we could go walking in the Clwydian Range, this was around a 15-20 min drive depending on which car park we wanted to start the walk from, but it was all perfect for us. We even found a short local walk from the cottage itself along a public footpath. The cottage was very well equipped, we used the kitchen each evening, and it was a lovely cozy space. The cottage was immaculate and we really enjoyed the hot tub, and watching the horses nearby. Richard and Ceri were lovely and welcoming hosts and we'd highly recommend the rural retreat.

Great small touches lovely fresh eggs, bread, butter, wine and even supplied some baby food for our grandson. Very friendly and thoughtful, responsive to requests. We also met Luke who kindly lit us a fire in the evenings. Lovely Airbnb comfortable and in beautiful surroundings. Would recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage. We would definitely stay again and will be recommending our families and friends to stay.

Fabulous stay at Mountain Studios. Lliwen called to let us know the cottage was ready earlier than we expected which was so kind and allowed us to have just a little longer than we thought in the idyllic surroundings.

This was one of the most beautiful places we've ever stayed. We loved all the thoughtful touches and everything was to such a high standard. Beautiful location with absolutely breathtaking views. We are already missing it.

Our group really enjoyed the ‘cute cottage’. Really cozy and perfect for our group of 5. The hot tub went down particularly well! Would be happy to visit again. Paul the host gave helpful instructions and recommendations

An amazing 3 nights stay at Cuddfan, perfectly placed to explore North Wales. Conwy, Zip World, Mount Snowdon and Llandudno all visited during our break 🙌🏽🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿. I would highly recommend this property, tastefully decorated, perfect location and good value for money. The hot tub after climbing Mount Snowdon, was absolutely amazing 🛀 💆🏼‍♂️

Wow! We could have e stayed forever! Mark is an excellent host, we found everything just as described, with helpful suggestions to maximize our time in the area as well as little welcome touches like tea cake and a personalized welcome letter. The bed was comfy, the kitchen had everything we needed and the space just oozed charm. So convenient, and shops just steps away. Great shower, cute and private back patio, quiet neighbours, and parking on site. Mark hit all the boxes on our list. Thank you for helping make our stay in Conwy so memorable!

Lovely cottage, excellent location, walkable to pubs and places to eat and walks.

We absolutely loved our stay! The location was idyllic, peaceful and exactly as described. We used the local pub on recommendation and it didnt disappoint, massive portions and great food! Lisa and Chris were so welcoming and helpful.... it was perfect, exactly what we had pictured for a celebration weekend away! Just breathtaking!

A peaceful and relaxing stay with beautiful scenery and plenty of walks near by which was perfect for us. Bala is just a few minutes drive away which has all the amenities you'd need for a short or long stay. We took our fairly reactive dog with us and she settled in right away and slept soundly through the night. We cooked a roast on the first night and the kitchen was well equipped for this 🙂 Wifi was good in the lounge and we loved the DVD collection! The bedroom was downstairs and the bathroom upstairs, but this didnt bother us at all! Just something to bare in mind for those who aren't as abled. Would recommend this place for anyone wanting a break from the hustle and bustle and for those who love walking/water activities 😁

I have stayed at several Airbnbs in and around Beaumaris but this is my now my favourite. The house is much bigger downstairs than it appears from the outside with several cosy couches throughout the property and it was lovely and warm. The beds were really comfortable with lovely crisp bedding. The whole house was decorated beautifully and felt like a home from home. Even though the weather wasn't good it was really nice having the outdoor space and this would be great in summer with bi-fold doors open. The Central Bakery was a 2 minute walk for fresh hot croissants and bread, the shops and restaurant were all a short walk. I managed to park close to the property throughout the stay. Hopefully next time I come to Beaumaris I will be able to stay here again!

Amazing weekend . The cottage is wonderful and has got everything you need, the welcome pack was very appreciated , the views of Red Wharth bay and the Snowdonia mountain range are unbelievable. 10 minutes to a fantastic local pub that serves really good food. I had a fantastic stay! The surroundings were absolutely lovely—peaceful, scenic, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The host was incredibly proactive and accommodating, always on hand to help and ensure everything was just right. I especially appreciated the thoughtful local recommendations, which really enhanced our experience. Would definitely return and highly recommend to anyone looking for a welcoming and well-cared-for place to stay

Such a beautiful little cottage! Location is just amazing, right on the beach with amazing views. The cottage was spotless with everything you could need for your stay. Beautiful walks surround the cottage and it's a 30 minute walk to the Ship Inn and the Boat house for really good food. The swing seat overlooking the bay was a real bonus. Mags was so welcoming and friendly and available if we needed anything. The cottage is so peaceful, quiet and relaxing and we will definately return!

Great communication from the start, allowed us to check in earlier than stated time. Private parking was an added bonus for our van. House had everything we needed and was spotless. Would highly recommend and will use again.

Eine kuscheliges Cottage mitten in Wales in traumhafter Umgebung. Besonders das Obergeschoss hat uns gut gefallen, es war schön hell und die Zimmer schick eingerichtet. Als kleinen Verbesserungsvorschlag haben wir noch die Erweiterung der Küchenausstattung. Die Töpfe und Pfannen könnten noch etwas größer sein. Bei Schwierigkeiten mit der Heizung hat uns Yvonne sofort schnell weitergeholfen. Wir würden die Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Absolutely great place in a wonderful location. We walked by the lake, drove to Llanberis and climbed the mountain and did some sight seeing. The cottage was beautiful and fantastic for a short stay. The only downside, and this isn’t anything to do with the cottage is simply the lack of parking in the village. Both days, builders were parked outside the cottage, which meant we had to park quite a way away and walk in the rain. Other than that, everything else was perfect.

We loved staying in this idyllic location. The garden was great for the dogs to run around in and we got to go on walks in the peak district. Judy is so lovely and the place was spotless. We would love to come again.

What a beautiful place. Located on the lake shore. The cottage is beautiful, very traditional with modern touches. We all had an amazing time, Great location for trips in and around the area. All in all very impressed. And thank you for the additional touches 😊

Ett av de absolut bästa boenden vi har bott på. Så vacker omgivning, vackert hus och stilren och fin inredning. Boendet var stort och rymligt för två personer och väldigt väl disponerat. Sue är en väldigt trevlig, hjälpsam och generös värd. Vi önskar att vi hade bokat fler nätter där!

What a great find! The cottage was charming and immaculately clean. It's in a beautiful area of the country and couldn't be in a quieter location. We definitely aim to visit again.
