In summer you can dedicate yourself to beautiful walks, hiking in the mountains or to your relax In the stillness of this Pretty house. In winter, the view is tinged with white and in your warm house you will enjoy the falling snow, or dedicate to cross country skiing or alpine in the small facility located a two kilometers from home. Autentica montagna. La casa si trova nei pressi del Parco Naturale del Mont Avic e a 3 km dal centro di Champorcher. L'alloggio è in una casa indipendente, situata in una frazione piccola e tranquilla a 1600 metri di altitudine; potrete quindi godere di pace, intimità e una vista mozzafiato sulle montagne. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie alla mano in cerca di sport e natura oppure relax e tranquillità. Possibilità di affitto stagionale/mensile per il periodo invernale.

Charmant deux pièces entièrement rénové, totalement indépendant, dans maison individuelle comprenant un jardin avec terrasse en bois plein sud. Idéalement situé que ce soit en hiver pour les pistes de ski ou en été pour les randonneurs nous sommes à 12 mn de Saint Gervais les Bains, 20 mn de Combloux, 25 mn des Contamines Montjoie, Megève et Chamonix et 5 mn des Thermes de St Gervais Parfait pour être au calme tout en étant au centre des lieux touristiques et d'activités.

Nous sommes heureux de vous accueillir dans notre adorable petite maison/ ancienne remise maçonnée entièrement rénovée et réaménagée avec soin mi 2021. Belle terrasse sud ombragée l’après midi, vues vraiment magnifiques et dégagées vers le Mont- Blanc, les aiguilles de Chamonix, « au pied » du glacier des Bossons en face. En retrait de 20m de la route dans un quartier résidentiel. Transports à 2 pas. 2 places de stationnement devant la maison. Wifi. Pas de TV.

My apartment is close to the cable cab that will bring you direct to the slopes during winter season (100 meters far from). The center, full of shops and restaurants is 5 minutes walk (500 meters). My house is brightly, quiet place and there is a private garden than you can enjoy. There is also a covered private parking. You will find a warm welcome. The house is perfect for couple, families with children
