Lucrezia is a great person and she welcomed us at the entrance. We had a pleasant and peaceful stay. The only thing I would highlight is to be careful of any consumables as most of the stuffs expired many years ago and she still kept it, I don’t know for what reasons.

Värden var flexibel med incheckningen. Vi hade meddelat när flyget skulle anlända. Då anpassade hon sig efter det. Bra kommunikation med meddelanden. Promenadavstånd till city. Nära till busstation. Nära till bageri där man kan köpa färskt bröd . Huset har en praktisk innergård så man kan släppa ut småbarn där. Vänligt bemötande trivsamt boende.

Lorenzo ist ein sehr netter Typ, äußerst hilfsbereit. Zuerst haben wir seine kulinarischen Selfmade-Willkommensgrüsse genießen dürfen, grandios! Eine große Hilfe war der selbstverfasste Tourist Guide mit seinen persönl. Tipps zu den Highlights aus der Nähe aber auch aus umgebenden Regionen. Auf einem Kamm, in einem wunderschönen Grundstück liegt die hübsche Small Villa, die nur durch ihre verträumte Lage im Hang äußerlich klein wirkt. Innen ist sie sehr geräumig mit hohen Zimmerdecken und durch die großen Glasflächen vom Licht durchflutet. Viel Grün ringsum (z.Zt. mit herrlichem Farbenspiel u. Duft vom Blauregen). Premium ist der Ausblick von der Terrasse - ich habe mich aber in den Blick vom Tor in das nordwestl. Tal verliebt. Die 10 Schritte sind ein ‘must have’ bei Sonnenuntergang. Ob Meer, Florenz oder San Gimignano - nix weiter als ne Stunde Fahrt entfernt. Wer Ruhe abseits der Touris sucht, dem sei San Miniato unbedingt ans Herz gelegt. Unbedingt Buchen! Staying at Flora's was nothing short of magical! We spent a week at Flora's with our kids (3.5 and 6.5) during April and had a lovely time. The unit is comfortable, well kept and cosy. The surroundings are quiet and picturesque. The location makes it easy to travel around northern Tuscany in a rental car, and you can also park at the town nearby (2 mins drive) and take the bus to Florence (which takes about 30 minutes). Flora herself is a kind and attentive host and made us feel so welcome. Our kids loved playing with Goofy the dog and watching the chickens from across the fence. The fresh eggs, olive oil, cookies and sweet wine were a nice and welcoming touch. We feel lucky to have had the opportunity to say at Flora's and would wholeheartedly recommend it!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement idéalement situé, avec une vue tout simplement magnifique ! Les couchers de soleil étaient grandioses. Le logement est très bien équipé, confortable et parfaitement adapté pour se sentir comme chez soi. Un grand merci à Isabella pour son accueil chaleureux et ses précieux conseils tout au long du séjour.

Franco et son épouse nous ont accueillis chaleureusement, toit en restant discrets. Leur propriété est magnifique au milieu des collines et entourée d’oliviers avec une vue sur la plaine. L’emplacement est parfait pour visiter la Toscane. Nous recommandons franchement ce lieu et ces hôtes !

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in Cristinas Haus in Fabbiano verbracht und dort unsere Auszeit vom Alltag sehr genossen. Das Haus ist wunderschön in den kleinen, ruhigen, sehr romantischen Ort eingebunden. Man geniest vom Garten aus einen wunderbaren Blick in das Tal und die Berge und kann vom Haus aus auch gleich eine schöne Wanderung aus unternehmen. Cristinas Empfang war sehr herzlich und gab uns das Gefühl, uns in ihrem Haus wirklich willkommen zu fühlen. Wir konnten sie jederzeit fragen, wenn wir Rat benötigten. Der Garten ist traumhaft. Leider war es für den Pool schon zu kalt. Dafür haben wir den Kamin sehr genossen. Trotz des durchwachsenen Wetters haben wir viel unternommen denn das Haus liegt zentral zwischen Meer, den Bergen und einiger sehr schöner Städte (z.B. Viareggio, Lucca, Pisa, Bargo). Da der Garten komplett eingezäunt ist, konnte sich auch unser Hund die ganze Zeit frei bewegen. Für kleine Familien, die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit lieben, ist das Haus ideal

Wir waren zu zweit bei Chiara und ihre Familie zu Gast. Unseren zweiten Aufenthalt im September konnten wir sehr genießen. Nicht zuletzt, weil sich unsere Gastgeber genauso gefreut haben, wie wir uns wieder zu treffen. Natürlich auch die Hunde. Bereits am ersten Abend durften wir zu Gast sein, von Chiaras Geburtstagsfeier. Immer wenn wir Fragen hatten oder Hilfe brauchten, wurde uns wunderbar geholfen. Für Unternehmungen im Umland und um diesem Bereich kennen zu lernen, ist Molina di Quosa der perfekte Standort. Wir würden wieder dort wohnen. Grazie mille, Chiara e Davide e Andrea

I had the most amazing experience staying at this beautiful villa in Florence. The location was perfect—peaceful, private, and surrounded by stunning views that took my breath away, especially from the parking area. The villa itself was incredibly cozy and charming—so well maintained and full of character. Honestly, I didn’t want to leave. I’d live there if I could! The pool was a dream—relaxing, and the perfect spot to unwind with the Tuscan countryside all around you. Our host, Leonardo, was absolutely fantastic—so friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. You can tell he really cares about making guests feel at home. This place was everything I hoped for and more. I would 100% come back again. Highly recommend!

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour chez Carlo et Elena. Le jardin clôturé et la piscine étaient de vrais plus. Sans compter toutes les petites attentions que Carlo a pu avoir pour nous, et même un cadeau pour notre petit chiot. Le logement est paisible entouré de montagnes avec une belle vue. Nous recommandons cette maison et son hôte car tout était parfait!

Eine traumhafte Zeit. Wir waren mit unseren 2 Kleinkindern bestens zufrieden. Die Wohnung sah viel besser als wie auf den Fotos aus. Blitzblanke und gut ausgestattete Küche. Den meisten spaß hatten wir am Pool, wunderschöne Aussicht und super ruhig. Nur 45 min. von Pisa Turm entfernt. Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Abbiamo alloggiato in questa casa nel periodo della fiera di Lucca. Gli host ci hanno subito accolto calorosamente, assieme alla dolcissima cagnolina Luna, facendoci sentire come fossimo a casa nostra. La casa si trova sopra una collinetta di Balbano, garantendo quindi un ottimo silenzio. Avendo un grande giardino, presenta anche un ampio parcheggio, che non è da sottovalutare. La casa è ancora in fase di ristrutturazione quindi è sì una bella casa, ma con ancora qualche piccolo accorgimento mancante. In generale una bella esperienza.

Siamo stati solo 3 giorni e purtroppo abbiamo incontrato cattivo tempo, ma questo non ci ha impedito di sfruttare l'immenso giardino che con due bambini piccoli è stata la salvezza🙂 La casa offre molti spazi (eravamo due famiglie) lasciando modo di avere la giusta tranquillità e privacy all'occorrenza. Alessandro è stato molto disponibile e gentile e la sua mamma, che abbiamo conosciuto prima di andarcene, è una signora molto simpatica e affabile.

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich ein Traum! Wir hatten eine schöne, erholsame Zeit bei Deborah. Der Pool und die Lage ist toll und Deborah gibt super Empfehlungen, ist total warmherzig und man fühlt sich wie zuhause. Und hat es so gut gefallen, dass wir nochmal wiederkommen möchten!

We really loved our stay, the beautiful surroundings and the place was even better than the pictures. Alfredo was very responsive and friendly. Would really recommend if you’d like a peaceful stay with close proximity to local Tuscan villages to explore.

Totalmente recomendable. El apartamento tenía todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. Annalisa fue muy amable y nos dejó para desayunar. La comunicación con ella fue muy fácil y nos dio total flexibilidad para llegar al apartamento. La único mejorable es que en la cama pequeña dos personas caben muy justas. Todo lo demás excelente!

*Super super nice and relaxing* We had a great time and, above all, the relaxation we were longing for. The view was even more beautiful than we expected from the photos. Daniele was a perfect and very nice host. The accommodation inside and outside was also 100% what we had hoped for. Highly recommended!

Boggina was such a beautiful setting for our two families. There is no air conditioning, but the house kept beautifully cool by using the shutters in the day and using fans at night. The bedrooms were dreamy, full of trinkets from families past. The pool was fantastic and we enjoyed a lovely wine tasting tour! We basically didn’t want to leave! Many thanks team Marco 😊

Perfect place for me and my husband during our stay In Toscana. Dominick was a very nice host and the communication worked out very well. Can recommend a stay in Dominic’s cottage.

Lara is the most welcoming and heartfelt person. Our stay at La Radice couldn’t be any better really. The house and garden was amazing as well as Lara’s restaurant with the most delicious homemade food. Everything made us feel very at home. We are very thankful for the stay and Lara’s help during our journey. Thank you for your kindness. We’ll definitely come back next year :) Grazie

We really enjoyed our stay here! The unit is very high quality and well furnished with everything we needed. The location is literally steps from the main square and all the main attractions. The kitchen is well stocked with very high quality tools which was a plus for us. We also really appreciated having a large bed since that’s what we are used to at home but is not common in Italy. Lastly, the Internet was super fast and allowed us to get some work done. Would love to stay again in the future!

Alcova romantica a due passi dal centro città ma con i pregi della casa di campagna, silenziosa e ritirata. Bella struttura dove abbiamo passato una settimana di relax e che abbiamo usato come base per visitare Pistoia e l’Appennino. La signora Gianna ospite impeccabile. La consiglio

Giulietta und ihre Familie haben uns sehr zuvorkommend behandelt und uns herzlich aufgenommen. Wir sind leider sehr verspätet angekommen, unter Umständen die wir nicht beeinflussen konnten. Giuliettas Mann hat extra spät in der Nacht auf uns gewartet. Alles weitere konnten wir am nächsten Tag klären. Alle unsere Fragen wurden geklärt und leider fehlte das warme Wasser, was aber umgehend behoben wurde. Leider konnten wir nur zwei Nächte in dieser Unterkunft verbringen, da wir auf der Durchreise bei Freunden in der Umgebung zu Besuch waren. Wir können die Unterkunft empfehlen und würden wieder buchen. Man muss einfach wissen, dass die Strassen zum Haus recht abenteuerlich sind. Aber man gewöhnt sich daran. :-) Vielen Dank für all das Verständnis und Entgegenkommen!

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour chez Elisabetta qui nous a très bien accueillis avec son mari et son fils, et une tarte excellente !! Emplacement idéal pour sillonner la Toscane.
