It's perfect for romantic evening with a wine glass. It's comfortable in summer thanks to air conditioning. Free parking in our yard (with camera).

Comfy apartment on the ground floor of a family house in a quiet garden residential quarter. The apartment was renovated and completely newly furnished in December 2023 suitable for short or long stays. Less than a 5 min walk is metro station allowing direct transport to the historical centre of Prague in 10-15 mins. Within a walking distance of 4-10 mins are pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants, a department store, bus station. Parking in front of the house Fri-Sun free, other days for a fee.

Nabízíme apartmán 1+kk v blízkosti metra Budějovická - do centra města je to pouze 10 minut cesty. Byt je po rekonstrukci a je plně vybaven. Je velmi světlý a tichý, je tak ideálním místem pro pár nebo kamarády, kteří si chtějí užít město, ale zároveň mít klidné místo pro spánek nebo práci. V bezprostřední blízkosti je řada obchodů a restaurací. Parkování je před domem ZDARMA od víkendu (od pátku 20:00 do pondělí 8:00), ostatní dny je za 20 Kč/hodina a v noci vždy ZDARMA (od 20:00 do 8:00)

An antidote to bland hotel rooms :) My flat is on the first floor of an historic apartment building and it's original features like high ceilings and parquet floors retain the grandeur of early 20th century Prague residences. Features: - kitchen (and Nespresso) - bath, shower, washing machine, bed 200X160cm. The neighbourhood retains 'local' charm, travel to the centre is easy and there's a cool Vietnamese store next door.

Apartment PP near metro, 5min to the city center

There is a big shopping mall next to the house where you can find everything:a supermarket,a pharmacy,clothes,food,cafes. It takes 3min to get to metro Pražského Povstani by foot and 5min to get to the city center by metro.There is also a night bus directly from the center.We tried to provide with a microwave,an iron with a board, a washing machine,kitchen appliance,towels,cloth beds,soap and other necessary stuffs.
