E' composto da un ampio e luminoso soggiorno con due finestre che si affacciano sulla pittoresca piazzetta della cisterna con un angolo cottura attrezzato anche di lavastoviglie, una spaziosa camera matrimoniale con bagno con doccia e bidet.
