Hello, this is Alexander. I am a musician and IT director. This luxury flat has a real story. Built in the 90's , it was for a few years the flat of an international artist. Also one of the oldest AirBnB here : 85 square meters with 2,70 m of ceiling heights, with a direct view on the symbol of Berlin, and Alexanderplatz. My furniture are a mix of German vintage and contemporary (flat screen with Apple TV...). Don't bring anything with you, everything is already in the flat, like a hotel.

Beautiful family home right in the heart of Berlin close to famous KaDeWe and to wonderful Viktoria-Luise-Platz and its fountain. Good connection to all the other great hot spots in Berlin (U-Bahnhof Wittenbergplatz) and supermarkets close by (the closest smaller one is just 5 min. by foot away). There is a kids bedroom with two beds as well. Families welcome but also couples without kids can enjoy our apartment. Happy to give you some Berlin insider tipps!

Our little village next to the Havel river presents a traditional setting. There`s a local pub providing good old traditional german food, beer and spirits. The international dark sky association has certified the Naturpark Westhavelland around Gülper See as Star Park for optimum Sky watching besides Bird watching as our main attraction. Our spacious and warmly furbished former brick- farmhouse gives space and atmosphere for relaxation as source of energy.

Sie ist gelegen in Nähe des bekannten Golfplatzes Motzen und einer weiten seen- und waldreichen Umgebung, die zu großen Teilen wegen ihrer Besonderheiten in Fauna und Flora unter Naturschutz gestellt wurde. Möglichkeiten zum Wandern, Radfahren und zur Ausübung jeder Art von Wassersport sind hier gegeben. Auch Abstecher in den nicht weit entfernten Spreewald bieten sich an.
