Studio Apartment EVLONI *** is located 10 km away from Novalja, Drazica bay, Sonjevi Stani 25, in a quiet location just 200 m from the sea, with sandy beaches surrounded by centuries-old olive trees. It consists of a separate bedroom with double bed, kitchen with dining area, extra bed suitable for 1 to 2 small children or 1 adult, bathroom with toilet, terrace. Residence Jakov offer quality accommodation; you do not have to get out of the yard to access to beach and it is really great accomodation and an exclusive position in Stara Novalja. This appartment is best option for family who like to spend their time outside because it has big beautiful private yard with grill, sink, deck chairs and furniture for dining with chairs and bench. The beach is literally few stairs from the yard. Every guest said it is really priceless and we agree (see photos)! :)

Family Farm Pelejš - Holiday House

On the ground floor is an open space with kitchen, dining room and living room. The bedroom and bathroom are separated by a small hallway. The upper floor of the house/attic also has an open space with kitchen, living room and dining room. There are two bedrooms, one of which has a balcony. Upstairs is one bathroom and one toilet. In the garden is a pool with holiday furniture under the pergola, 8 sun loungers, parasols and an outdoor shower. There is a children's playground by the pool.

Calm and quite villa with lot of green in big yard and the beach of private characteristics. Only three apartments in this Villa guarantee a pleasant stay without the crowds. The apartments are spacious, with large terraces overlooking the sea and are fully equipped with all furniture, appliances and air conditioning. The beach is accessed by several steps from the yard. It has a sandy part suitable for small children, shade but a concrete pier and access by boat.

Our house is adapted village house located in a quiet and attractive place Dražica (10 km away from Novalja in the direction of Lun). In this area you can find peaceful vacation. , 100 m away from the sandy coves, surrounded by olive trees and greenery Our house has 2 apartments ( both of them are for 4 person).
