Posedarje: аренда домов с бассейном

We hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf in Posedarje. De woning is compleet nieuw met alle nodige accomodaties. Bovendien heb je hier complete rust, zit je op amper 10 minuten wandelafstand aan het meer en in het dorpje tussen de locals. De perfecte ligging om er met de wagen op uit te trekken en ook slechts 20km van de luchthaven van Zadaar. Een absolute aanrader om hier te vertoeven! Een bakker, slager, grootwarenhuis... Allemaal op wandelafstand. Ook het ontvangst en afscheid was super vriendelijk en warm. Kortom, een welverdiende 10/10 :-)

Anita hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und alle unsere Fragen sehr schnell beantwortet. Das Haus und um das Haus herum ist alles blitzeblank sauber. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet. Die Betten sind bequem was unsere Erholung sehr förderlich war. Der Pool wurde jeden Morgen während wir schliefen gewartet und wir haben es auch sehr genossen an sonnigen Tagen eine schöne Abkühlung zu haben. Wir konnten vom Haus aus alles perfekt anfahren und hatten tolle Erlebnisse gehabt. Nachts wird ed sehr schön dunkel sodass wir die Sterne sehr gut sehen konnten. Es ist so schön ruhig dass wir sehr gut schlafen konnten. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Vor der Buchung und der Anreise war Saša sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Fragen beantwortete er über dieses Portal seeehr schnell! Bei der Ankuft hat er bereits auf uns gewartet und uns alles gezeigt. Es war kein Problem für Ihn, dass unser Hund (Labradormischling) dabei war. Der Garten war komplett umzäunte und hatte Sichtschutz. Vom ersten Stockwerk hatte man einen schönen Ausblick auf das Meer. Zur Begrüßung befand sich im Kühlschrank kroatisches Bier und Cola. Zum Abschied bekamen wir ein hausgemachtes Geschenk. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können es nur weiter empfehlen.

We had a wonderful time at the Villa Tempest in Slivnica, Croatia! The accommodation was exactly as described – very clean, well-equipped, and perfect for relaxing. The area is quiet and idyllic, yet not far from Zadar, making day trips to the city easy and convenient. One of the highlights was the stunning nature all around. There are several amazing national parks nearby, such as Paklenica National Park – great for hiking – as well as the Krka waterfalls and the Plitvice Lakes, all of which are definitely worth a visit! Our host was incredibly kind and welcoming. She surprised us with fresh eggs and local delicacies – such a thoughtful gesture that made our stay even more special. We highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway near Zadar while also wanting to explore the breathtaking nature of Croatia. We would come back any time!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Ivo et Eva! Ils ont été très accueillant et rempli d’attention très appréciable pour notre séjour. La maison était superbe, très bien équipé, très spacieuse et extrêmement propre. La piscine, le jardin et les équipements d’activités proposés étaient vraiment agréable . Nous recommandons et avons hâte de séjourner de nouveau dans la maison.

Wir wurden unfassbar herzlich und offen empfangen, und uns wurde alles perfekt erklärt. Bei Fragen hatten wir jederzeit einen Ansprechpartner, dieser wohnt auch direkt im Haus nebenan und ist sehr hilfsbereit. Man ist innerhalb weniger Minuten am Flughafen, am Meer oder in der Altstadt. Wir haben uns gefühlt wie zuhause und hatten die Zeit unseres Lebens. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und wir kommen gerne wieder. 100% empfehlenswert !! 😊

Fantastic stay at the home which is beautiful and well kept - Great hosts and would recommend staying here to any future guests. The space/amenities at the home are amazing and great for smaller or large groups. Not much to do in Policnik but we were happy getting Ubers into Zadar which took around 15 - 20 mins at good prices. House is great place to relax and the swimming pool is great. Only improvement needed is the pool table (billiards) is currently unuseable as it is not level and this was a big selling point for me and friends (Fix this and everything is perfect). Thank you again to the hosts for our stay!! :)

A great apartment for 5 guests. We were given a welcome by the host's daughter who showed us everything we needed. Everything was clean, tidy and spacious. The outside seating and dining areas were perfect and the shared pool was the highlight (we were all sad to leave it behind!). If you have a car, as we did, the location is fine (7 or 8 minutes drive from the old town car parks) but it would have been a long walk without a car. Highly recommended!

This place is amazing, everything what you need on holiday - beautiful view, swimming pool, sea and mountains. The apartment was alsow graet and very cozy, just like home 🙂 Perfect place for unforgettable vacation. Thank You!

What a find! Our flight was delayed 3 hours, so we didn’t arrive until 3.30am. Our host Marijana was up and waiting for us. We were made to feel so welcome. Toni also took us to the supermarket the next day. They really went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The apartment/villa was big and spotless. Perfect for 2 adults and 2 teenage boys. Lovely big shower. Towels provided for both shower and beach towels. We stayed on the ground floor - huge patio and a few steps to the pool which we had to ourselves most of the time. It is open from 9am to 10pm. Lovely and warm and the furniture around the pool was really comfortable. We didn’t hire a car. It is about 30 minutes walk into Zadar Centre but only 5 € in an Uber. We loved Zadar but the accommodation is what made the holiday so fantastic. You rarely find hosts as lovely as Mirjana and Toni. Always on hand and they even made us a lovely breakfast on our last day. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend

What a great apartment! Rodavan has been very helpful and advised us on some places to visit and eat. The apartment itself was beautiful and very clean! It’s only 7min drive to the airport and 10minutes away from Zadar old town so ideal for us. Lidl is only 5minute drive and we tried couple local restaurants that are within 15minute walk. We highly recommend and we hope to come back one day!

Hôte parfait. Très à l’écoute des besoins et très disponible. Il nous a beaucoup aidé et a été très rapide et efficace dans nos demandes. La maison est exceptionnelle avec jardin et piscine privative. La cuisine d’été et la grande table à manger avec tous les ustensiles étaient très apprécié. Un super séjour. Je le recommande sans hésitation. Exceptionnel!

The apartment was amazing! The whole experience of the stay was above expectations from the moment of arrival until the end of the holiday. The apartment attracted us because it accepts pets and is located in an great location - outside the city crowds and a large number of tourists, but close enough to Zadar and a few national parks. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a delicious platter and a bottle of wine. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly. The apartment was clean, tidy and beautiful. The pool was great, but we spent most of the time on the terrace overlooking the bay. We usually like to go on hiking with our dog on vacation, went to the Plitivice national park which was amazing. There is also a nice hiking path going along the shore of the bay near the apartment with empty beaches, so we could easily go and play with our dog in the sea. The hosts also recommended us a trip by boat through the Zrmanja canyon, which was one of the most beautiful trips I had in a long time, I really, really recommend anyone go to see it, we didn't know for it before the trip.

Meine Familie und ich waren Ende September bei Marijana zu Gast. Die Unterkunft entsprach der Beschreibung und war mit dem Pool ein entspanntes Erlebnis. Unsere Gastgeberin war sehr herzlich, hilfsbereit und brachte uns sogar regelmäßig frisches Obst aus Ihrem Garten und half uns mit vielen tollen Tipps für die Umgebung. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist leider nicht wirklich zentral. In den umgebenen Dörfern gibt es zwar kleine Strände, jedoch sollte man bedenken ein Auto für die Erkundung zu haben, da es nahegelegen sehr ruhig ist und man etwas weiter raus fahren muss für mehr Aktion. Nichtsdestotrotz war es ein toller Aufenthalt und wir verabschieden uns dankbar von Vrana, Kroatien. ❤️

Really enjoyed our week in Zadar and the apartment was ideal. Walkable location to the old town and with plenty of local restaurants and seaside walks. Fabulous pool and outdoor kitchen. Highly recommended.

My family and I had a great time here! We were 6 adults and two small kids. The play area was great for the kids and there was also a nice sitting area outside for the adults. Everything was spotless and nicely decorated. It showed that the owners put much effort into making the house feel welcoming and cozy. The kitchen was big enough and we had everything we needed. The owners were very friendly and quick to respond. I would 100% recommend this vacation house for families with kids.

Alles war bestens! Super Haus, super Pool, gut ausgestattet. Kann ich nur jedem empfehlen 💪

Wirklich wunderschönes und nagelneues Haus. Wie haben uns sehr gerne dort aufgehalten und es ist genau so toll wie auf den Bildern. Sehr gute Ausstattung, es ist alles da was man braucht. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder :)

Ich war absolut begeistert von unserem Aufenthalt! Das Haus ist einfach wunderschön und unglaublich sauber – man hätte wirklich vom Boden essen können, so ordentlich war alles. Die Einrichtung ist mit sehr viel Stil und Liebe zum Detail gestaltet, man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Auch die Gastgeber waren mehr als freundlich – die Kommunikation vor und während unseres Aufenthalts war hervorragend. Es gab wirklich nichts, worüber man sich beschweren könnte. Wir waren im April dort und konnten den Pool leider noch nicht nutzen, aber wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder, wenn es wärmer ist. Vielen Dank für diese tolle Unterkunft!
